Friendly and helpful customer service staff. They are always happy to bring out different sizes until we find the right size. Appreciate good customer service.

Outstanding and fast service. Friendly and helpful ladies who knew exactly what was compulsory for every school. Spacious clean store with enough changing rooms. Wasn't too crowded when I visited in the morning and was out of the door in about 30 minutes. A lot of parking space available.

Has a big parking space and the staff are friendly. The place itself is neat and clean but lack of seats for those who wait.

I bought a school beanie for my daughter from the shop. When I went home, the beanie's label had a name on it (used by someone else? not brand new?). I rung up and the lady apologised, she asked my home address and sent a new one straight away. The next day, it was in my doorstep.

Felt unwelcomed and watched like there was a staring contest the second I walked in. First lady stood back at back of house just watching me like what are you doing here. Usually you’re meant to be like ‘Hi, how can I help’ when someone walks into your shop right? I simply said hi (No hi back lol) I’m here for this and that items and then a second person popped out of boh, arms folded scared me half to death (she was clearly hiding behind the wall at first listening) I had my son on the phone confirming sizes as I look up lo and behold there was now a 3rd person. ALL 3 stood there as I was paying… like why? What for? School uniform? unfriendly racially profiling middle aged people. Honestly like Chill, surely you’ve seen other black people in your lifetime.

Amazing experience at Academy Uniforms - Deer Park! Thank you so much to Emma who helped my daughter (starting Yr7) and I get set up with all the uniform requirements. Emma was super warm and friendly. We didn't even need to tell her sizes - she just knew by looking at my daughter. All sizes were spot on. Very comforting experience for a nervous new high schooler.
