Andy really looked after us, great manager really provided great service and let us know what is on what! I recommend number 11! My favourite food in Chadstone.

Only got a salad and rice paper rolls. Never get Pho from a shopping centre we learned that year ago unless you’re actually in Vietnam. Was fresh and delicious but was disappointing on the lack of fresh herbs used. Would still grab a snack from here again though. Two smiling friendly staff the day we were there

I had been there at 15:28pm, on 7th Jan 2020 and was serving by an Asian girl. She had not given me a drink which I had paid for and she used her finger pointed at my face to stop me from asking her for my drink, then she served the next customer while I still standing in the front of counter. After collecting all customer’s money, she came back to me again. Didn’t say sorry or anything. Then she gave me a lot of 5 cent change. Definitely won’t come back again. Super disappointed why Chadstone had this shop.

The rice paper roll was quite tough because we ordered in the evening and it was probably left over. Taste is a 2/5 but it gave me a stomach ache and bloating so 1/5. Go to Roll’d instead.

The pho is really tasteless. Broth is so wired

If they keep going with this type of management, won't last very long especially their quality of food. It's sad to see such a terrible food inside the best shopping center.

Wasn't expecting much from a food court salad but this was yum, heaps better than rolld and I believe cheaper?

No one at the Conner , the shopping centre is full , waited for 10 min .. no sign .. too bad you lost costumers and money

Honestly I used to quite like food here before the pandemic. However, after they switched to used the take away box, the food are so so so little. And recently I ordered the roast chicken with rice noodle. I could barely see meat in it. And now they even increase their price by 3 or 4 dollars!? I will never ever come here. It is so disappointing….

Ordered beef pho and veg. Broccoli was old and yellow, beef 2 tiny slices. Save your money, try elsewhere.

Bad services and terrible food. There was insect in my bowl, I have to throw it away. I told them to give me a refund but they did not accept, then they gave me new one but it is even worse. The staff are not nice at all. Definitely never come back and would not recommend to anyone. Thanks.

Pho is flavourless, barely any beef in the ‘rare sliced beef’ pho

Had a previous good experience here, but tonight their eftpos wouldn’t work, they couldn’t print me a receipt and also lost my order. Food was tasty once I finally got it 🤷🏻‍♀️

Beware the rice paper rolls. If they have been sitting there too long they will be rubbery and dry. No quality control here!

My friend went to this place and got violently sick from the food their, then had to spend 2 weeks in hospital from the food poisoning.

Taste wasn’t too bad but you barely could find meet in the Pho :/

For a place that had really bad reviews I was anxious to go, but honestly the food is fine even considering the busy environment it’s in. Idk about all those bad reviews but my experience was fine.
