One of the WORST real estate agency in the west. By Mistake handed my property to them and was wrecked by their so called best tanents and when I made a complaint I was litrally abused with F*** words repeatedly. End up selling the property with such a bad experience. Even the Head office of the Ray white did not take any responsibility and lady from Head Office (Trisha) was even worst than the Director of St Albans, Ray White. I will never even in my life will ever deal with any Ray White after dealing with Head office of Ray White. I wish I could score in Minus Stars then I would give -10 stars. Do not give you valuable property to these unprofessionals.

one of the worst Agency in West Area

Well...We bought a property from them and had to rent it out via Ray White St Albans as well. The tenants were really bad and we were in a way pressurised to get them.(They never paid full rent on time but kept on paying in instalments) After a few months...the tenants destroyed our whole house. Broke all the doors with hammers and we had to wait around 8 months for insurance to pay us. Ray white refused to clean the property and we had to clean the garage with our own hands. We had to get it steam cleaned ourselves swell. You wont believe what we cleaned...from cat food to used food containers and much much more. They are a bunch of liars and found ways to avoid the situation. I would say be careful. My husband was abused badly and treated horribly. The owner states in one of the reviews above that he tried to appease us. But hell yes..with abusive words and refusing to take responsibility of their actions. Kindly please don't respond to my comment Ray White St Albans. We knew you from a long time and hope you understand what you did to us. And as far as all the reviews here...it has not been too positive.

I had a chance buying a property with Lam Nguyen as the agent for the property. Even though the deal was not settled due to the property conditions, I had nothing to say but amazing work, always willing to go extra miles coming from Lam and his team. When it comes to intergrity, he is one of the few you can trust that he would do the right things for both Vendor and Buyer. Highly recommended. Keep up good work Lam and Ray White St Albans.

We went there today’s morning. The girl on the reception was so rude. We were just asking for inspection dates of property and she replied so rudely. I have never experienced that type of behaviour from any other real estate.

I did a house inspection the other day and agent was Minh Tran. He was on the phone during the house inspection and not talking English. I kept waiting 20 mims to get more information about the property and hardly I get something. So disappointed at the Raywhite Awfully unprofessional

Shaun Marijanovic is one of the rudest people I have ever encountered. He is particularly obnoxious to females. Very unprofessional and highly aggressive. Would strongly recommend never to do business with him.

We had a family property sold with Ray White and were continuously lead astray with buyer issues, became over the top to the point where we have taken the property elsewhere. We are still constantly being hassled by Ray White with numerous messages about how they have authority over the property which is completely false. They are now in the process of putting a caveat on OUR OWN home. The disgusting attitudes and behaviours of all parties in this office are appalling and disgusting. Beware of this Real Estate Agent. my sister lives in a property in east esplanade st Albans,she loves it there ,close to the shops.Her property manager Jelena Kovic is always pleasant,honest always willing to help.

Salesman canceled a pre booked private inspection on property we were interested in buying 10 minutes beforehand with no notice.... wasted 2hr drive across town in peak hour traffic.... if you want to sell your house l would avoid the Ray White sales team as they dont seem to know how or want to sell ...no one ever even bothered to follow up after l complained to manager who made some nice feel good statements. So a potential lost sale for the poor unsuspecting vendor in a tough buyers market. Avoid!
