The staff here is exceptionally welcoming and friendly, and I truly appreciate their chattiness. They've been incredibly helpful in assisting me with the products I was looking for and providing clear explanations. It has made my shopping experience exceptionally enjoyable.

Its a perfect place for buying pet stuff. The place has quite good prices, you can find everything you are looking for, and the service is really quick and friendly. I love the membership program, which you have many benefits with, including money back when your puppy or pet doesnt like the food you have bought. Loved this place.

Polly was amazing. Really, really helpful and knowledgeable concerning the needs of my elderly cat who has bladder issues and now requires a prescription diet. She offered me a variety of options, including those that were good value for money while also taking into consideration my old girl's fussy eating habits. I walked in a bit worried and confused and walked out feeling confident that I'd bought the best I could for my best friend. To my surprise, Mittens has taken to her new diet really well which is such a relief. I won't be shopping anywhere else. Thanks again Polly!

This store is 5 minutes from my home via car. The staff are always friendly and helpful. In particular two I will endeavour to obtain names. One male and one female. They are always extremely helpful, bright and knowledgeable about your products. I find the shelves are stocked regularly. I own a very happy cat..

I have spent a fair amount of $$$ here and purchased an expensive retractable lead about 3 weeks ago. The cord starting fraying within 2 days of using it. I thought I would take it back to see if they might possibly exchange it. Well that was wishful thinking 😁 The lady that served me told me that it must have been chewed!! Well no that isn't what happened. My dog has never chewed any lead. Anyway I was clearly wasting my time because there was no way I was going to get an exchange or an apology. So I will never shop here again.Was actually very disappointing 🙁

A good selection of pet products/food/toys for such a small shop! Im jealous of all the dog owners in the neighbourhood. The part of the whole experience is the level of customer service the girls that work at the shop bring. Very patient, attentive and helpful. You don't feel rushed or as if you are a burden like you get at other pet stores for asking questions. Highly rate this place!
