The worst carpark I have seen so far in Australia. The entrance to the carpark itself is a one-way pigeonhole and the carpark simply doesn't have 2 lanes. If 2 cars come head on then one has to reverse to allow the other to pass. On top of that, hotel Adina doesn't allow car park customers to use lift in the night. So you will have to walk around into the park, climb one level of stairs and then access lifts from level 2. Even when exiting the card machine is in the way of incoming cars. Every nightmare of a car park has been properly designed into this place. Avoid at all costs.

This place deserves no star! Never encountered such a car park with a single lane for both entry and exit. Though the lane inside the car park marked with two way arrows, it's too narrow for 2 cars from opposite directions to pass through. You will be extremely lucky if you are able to park your car without a scratch. I think Wilson Parking should ditch this parking location for its reputation.

Do not park here. Ridiculous. One lane for both entry and exit is absurd. I've never seen anything like this anywhere in the world. The inside is so cramped with so little space you can't help but laugh. I'm not convinced this carpark isn't a practical joke. Shouldn't exist. Black comedy.

Surely this place is not legal and does not comply with Australian standards . Ridiculous narrow lanes on each Level and passageways that only fit one car . When you finally escape this chicken coop, you exit and are confronted with one lane to exit and pray there is no one entering the car park at the same time to force a stand off . Regards to the architect who designed this place , keep smoking the drugs !

I had a panic attack trying to park my SUV here.. almost had a divorce over the parking. I think this place is only for parking kids' cars. The turns on each floor are narrow, and there is one entry exit lane. Duh! The most amazing part of this parking gem is the misleading right side of each floor. Apparently, it ends as soon as it starts. But wait, there are 3 parking spaces for cars.. and some brilliant car park designer realised that some leeway space should be kept in case other cars need to reverse! Phew! My night out with my family almost cost me a stroke, and there was possible damage to the side of the car. Even while exiting the car parking exit, if you manage to misjudge the turns angle, you are sure to get a dent in the car's rear or front bumper. I implore people not to use this parking if they dont want to end up running to the mechanic later.

I would give 0 stars if I could. There's a reason all the reviews say this is the worst car park in Australia. One way in and out. Wilson will also take your booking that you prepay for and then not have the spaces available when you arrive and still take your money. Absolute shambles.

This is NOT a good parking spot. I’ve used a lot of Wilson places & it has to be one of the worst Wilson Parkings in Melb CBD First off, the exit is also the entry. I got there and there were more than 8 cars trying to come out, imagine the wait. Then the driving area is so tight as you go up, you can easily hit other parked cars and any of the walls on either side - not because you are a bad driver but because space is that tight Or you have to reverse to let another car pass you. And then you get to very top and there’s nowhere to park, even though it said “parking available” at the entrance Do not park here even if your life depends on it. Pay premium and park elsewhere. Otherwise the bill to fix your damaged car will cost more

Absolutely could not believe this place and I'm kicking myself for not coming here first to see the reviews. Couldn't even find a park (despite pre-booking) so had to make my up and down the levels in a tight single lane. I don't get how this is even legal, it's incredibly dangerous and I'm just lucky I didn't bump into another car on the way up or down otherwise it would have been madness.

Doesn't even deserve one star. Extremely tight parking lot. One top of the infrastructure, the parking management - Wilson - allows spots to be booked, although there are no spaces available It is tricky to manoeuvre your car around (because it's already so tight, and a car might be backed up behind), and it could take a long while to exit, as the exit and entry lane are one and the same.

Do not park here! I feel generous giving this place 1 star. One lane in and out, means you have to wait in the one way street blocking traffic for other cars to come out. Even after I booked online I struggled to get a park, but finally I could find the tightest car park I’ve ever been in right up the top. I was lucky that no car was coming the opposite way as I went up the levels as there is literally not enough room for two vehicles.

Worst car park. If I could give 0 stars, I would. Tiny, need a small car, 1 way in and out, car bottomed out on 1st incline, even though I pre booked, tap for card didnt work, had to use intercom 3 times to get in and employees were rude. Never again. DO NOT GO THERE.

Booked online, arrived at carpark and all spots were full. Wilson won't issue me a refund (as part of their policies) Carpark itself is a claustrophobic death trap. Go here if you want scratches on your car, buckets of stress and a horrible customer experience!! Should be shut, seriously

I wish i had of read some reviews on this shocking car parking effort. Located down an alley way (one way) but also one way in and one way out?? Extremely tight corners....i say that again 'EXTREMELY TIGHT CORNERS!' - so much that i had to reverse back up the ramp on level 2 so that another car coming up could turn around the corner. I will not stay at the Adina hotel as well if this is the car park to use. Do not bother unless you drive the worlds smallest car....ie a kids ride on

Can't even fit a small car up there, never any parks. Should be private parking only, it's ridiculous

Booked and paid for our parking spot via the Wilson Website We got there at around 3.00 pm for our car spot, unfortunately after driving to the top floor their was no parking spaces available I also noticed 4 other cars looking for a parking spot After wasting our time we ended up finding a parking spot at another Secure Parking across the road We wasted so much time and we were late for our show NEVER AGAIN

only one way and one gate for enter and exit . so we got stuck not able to get out when cars coming in. absolutely stupid parking spot. avoid at all cost

Do not park here, one way in. One way out. Super tight parking and $23 on a weekend night. Avoid at all cost

If i could give this carpark negative stars i would. It should be illegal. To enter the carpark you turn into a 1 WAY ALLEY; meaning cars both entering and exiting the carpark do so in the same lane. What idiot thought that was a plausible idea. Although the ramp has 2 lanes you can realistically only fit one car. Cars are parked right at the top of the ramp making it extremely difficult to turn onto the next level. Then when you actually get to the carparks they are extremely tight (kid car sized). AVOID AT ALL COSTS. It was $15 all day Sunday + PTSD + $500 OF DAMN RETAIL THERAPY.

I booked online and when I got there the carpark was full. I was late to my event and had to pay $100 to park elsewhere. Totally unacceptable.

Worst parking in Melbourne city. Narrow roads in 2nd and 3rd floor, 2 cars cant even pass each other without one backing into the paking slots.

WORST CAR PARK EVER! Would give 0 stars if I could. Credit card payment is a joke without the boom gate opening, all while having incoming traffic, and the operator providing no assistance. Spent twenty minutes to try get out - and multiple transactions on the credit card that now need to be disputed because their credit card and intercom system is just as faulty as their carpark. AVOID!!! Never again!!

Just don’t park here. Just one way in and one way out. There is no room and a parking jam is inevitable. It’s a hazardous place to be.

  • 1/5 Krishna 1 year ago on Google
Please make sure that you arrive way before time if you are parking here. As it has only one lane in and out, I ended up waiting 15 mins at the entrance signal just to get inside. I am disappointed because it wasn’t mentioned in any of the confirmation booking or else where.

As others reviews have said this carpark is very poorly designed. There is a one way entry/exit system which is impractical due to the small side street entrance and limited room to fit cars. Once inside the park, it's very cramped and tight to have two cars at one time. I don't know how this building got approved for use it's that bad. Park at your own risk

DO NOT PARK HERE. This, by far, is THE WORST carpark I have been to. The spots are small. The driving lane is narrow. Huge columns throughout virtually make it impossible to manoeuvre when the carpark is getting to capacity. If I could give this place negative stars, I would.

One way in and out down an alley in a one way street. An absolute mess. 10 cars trying to reverse down the one way street - blocking traffic on Queen Street. Then when you get in it’s dangerously small. If you ran into a car going the other way you would be very hard pressed to get around. Absolutely ridiculous, so dangerous. If I hadn’t pre booked there’s no way I would’ve put up with it. STAY AWAY

  • 1/5 Lauren P. 2 years ago on Google
Avoid this car park! Entry is down a small alley, where you discover it is only one car in and out at a time, so I had to reverse out a narrow alley way into oncoming traffic to allow an exiting car. Two cars cannot be going up and down at the same time - extremely narrow. I had pre-booked my carpark. Drove all the way to the top to discover there was not a single available car parking space despite my pre-booking. Had to risk parking in a reserved spot. My kids learnt some new swear words that day!

Somehow Wilson Parking considered it appropriate to accept a parking booking, charge our credit card and then say oh, too bad so sad, the car park is full at the time you booked to park your car in their car park. They also think it's a good idea to have a shared lane for the entrance and exit. Then to top it off, their computer wasn't working to open the boom gate on exiting. Do yourself a huge favour and go elsewhere.
