They did an excellent job resizing my wedding ring, and we're very patient when I wasn't able to pick it up for months and months due to COVID lockdowns. I'll definitely be back for other jewelry repair and rework.

I do not have a history of giving 5 stars, so when I do I mean it. I have used the repair service at Jewels of Hawthorn a number of times and I have been nothing but impressed at the skill and care in their service. They are truly professional giving sound informative advice on the repair and restoration of treasured family jewellery. Other family members have reported the same. If you value good old fashioned quality service, then this is the place.

I have bought a few pieces of jewellery already and plan to buy more from this shop. Always really kind people to deal with. Overall it’s a pleasant experience and have good jewellery and would recommend it to anyone.

I went to Jewels of Hawthorn because of the reviews on the website. So pleased I did. Very friendly staff and my work was performed virtually while I waited. A friend also went in a few days later with an urgent cleaning job and a resizing of a ring. This was also done within half a day. Impeccable service! I had my necklace repaired on the SAME day, 20 minutes before the store closed on the last trading day before Christmas. Furthermore, it was done at an excellent price which was completed to an impeccable standard. A lovely store with high quality, stunning jewellery. Wonderful service!! My daughter lost an earring 8 years ago and has tried ever since to have a replacement made. It was a twirly style quite unusual. I dropped in to Jewels of Hawthorn and they assessed the earring and said come back in an hour and we'll see what we can do. IT WAS DONE! Just like that! DO NOT GET YOUR WATCH REPAIRED HERE!! Problem with the store owners accepting no responsibility for the off site watch repairman they use who sent my watch back with a broken crown rod. No refund, no offer to fix it even though I kept the EFTPOS receipt. Very disappointing outcome and of course I won't be returning I just hope this doesn't happen to anyone else!

Simple watch battery replacement. Done quickly, watch set to the correct time and even the date set. All of that warrants a three star review. That's what you might expect from a jeweller. Add in a smile, courtesy and a pleasant demeanour for such a small job and ...bingo! Five star review incoming! Thank you! 10/10 would recommend.
