    We had to get some glasses engraved today at Knox. Ty's service was exceptional. He was very patient, kind and took the time to assist with a decision. His engraving on the glass was so beautiful, we will definitely be recommending him to all our friends. Well done Ty keep up the good work

    We experienced excellent professional service at a good value price. We fortunately came to Mister Minit after we experienced very bad customer service at Quick Shoe Repairs. Quick Shoe repairs did not tell us that we needed an appointment to get this done when we rang for a quote. They said that they were open until 530om without mentioning the need for an appointment. Mister Minit were friendly and provided immediate fast service. Thank you!

    I purchase a key ring and asked for engraving. It was ready in a timely manner in the font I asked for, which was great, however when I pointed out the engraving was done on the back of the key ring, the man who served us asked if that mattered. I replied with ‘yes, it does matter. He disagreed but said he’d redo it. Then quietly threw a tantrum, throwing the key ring over his shoulder. When I returned to pick up and pay for the replacement, the bill was very high. When asked for the breakdown in costs, he relented and gave a vague reply knowing I would not be able to work out the costing structure. I feel I was overcharged, and am disappointed in his lack of professionalism.

    Completed a 'full renovation' on my favourite work heels and did an absolutely outstanding job! They were scuffed at toes and heels with a 1cm rip in the heel of the leather and damaged heel sole. They are now literally as good as new!! Like magic - and all fixed within an hour! Extremely affordable and certainly cheaper than buying another pair of leather heels! Thank you, Jason!!! :)

    Jason went above and beyond shorten my dad's Rolex watch bracelet that got stuck. It is a piece of memory for me which now I can wear comfortably on my wrist. Thanks Jason for your awesome work.

    Untrustworthy, Dishonest and Extremely rude!! Went into get a key done at knox for my car and it took them three days! The first day I went their I told them I needed a key to automatically open my car because it doesn't open manually from the outside. He had cut the key and left without anyone else their to connect the key to the car and they made me pay 250 for it that day. The next day I went back to get the job finished and he couldn't do it so he directed me to go to a mechanic who directed me to a different locksmith who basically let me know I was being stuffed around. I then went back to this one and asked for a refund because they hadn't done the job I had asked and paid for. Immediately the female their started aggressively speaking to me and tried to push blame on me telling me it was my fault that they couldn't do their job so they didn't have to give me a refund. They tried to say that they couldn't connect the key to the car because the button to manually lock the car from the inside didn't work ( which works perfectly fine) I had to take the guy back out and show him where that button was and that it did work. he still wasn't able to connect it. They had the manager come out to my home the next morning who had poor customer service but was able to connect the key in under a minute. I was given no apology or compensation for the way I was treated or my time that was waisted. I will never be going to this business again as it caused alot of stress and anxiety, there are more reliable locksmiths in the area.

    Yesterday I wanted to get the battery changed for my car remote. The lady said it was $25. Once done, I paid by card and she said all good. See you next time. I requested for a receipt and then she said, oh something has happened to the EFPOS and I had to wait for about 10 minutes. She was busy talking to her colleague, then I asked again, "can I have my receipt and she said it's still trying it's slow." Then she said I have accidentally charged you double the price and I need to refund $25 back into the card. I replied, Lucky that I asked for a receipt is it not? or I would have never known till I looked at my credit card bill that you have charged me double." to which she replied, I would have returned to you. How would she have, she does not have my contact details. she was saying good bye and was sending me off. She did not charge accidentally , it was by purpose. You cannot accidentally press $50 instead of $25. They were not busy either. I was the only customer. And guess what, I came home and the remote is not even working to unlock my car. unless I stand very close to it. Usually I can lock or unlock the car from a distance. Like from my house to the garage. I came in with my shopping and was trying to lock the car and it would not. I had to go to the car close to it and then it did. This is what happens when the battery is not new and has had use. Never with a new battery. My gut feeling is that she has put in an old battery. Today after work I need to go again and get it fixed. Be aware they are NOT honest. She will keep chatting away to keep you distracted or will tell you to sit at the chairs at Westfield. While they play you out. Very disappointed .

    Mister Minit Knox is the best! They replaced the battery of a defective watch... when I returned it they didn't charge me for a second watch battery replacement.

    I went to enquire about fixing my nursing fob watch. The guy said it'd be $20 and seeing as it was $4 on eBay I didn't bother. But when I walked past the window with the watches and stuff they sell, they had brand new fobs for $19.95. Dishonest. I have had better luck at Mister Minit Eastland where they actually give you honest advice.

    excellent service. I went to get my leather watch strap punched and my battery on my car key changed. they didn't charge me for the watch strap resize and did a great job at changing the battery. great customer service, 10/10 would recommend

    Huge thank you Jason at Mister minit Knox for helping me with my watch. I’m the past I had to go service & change battery through Omega store and it costed me an arm & leg, had to wait a week or two. Jason did this in an hour and the watch is in perfect condition again. I am wrapped. Highly recommended.

    Went today to get a garage door remote was quoted $80 for remote was trying to explain to the man that if i couldnt sync the new control to the garage door it would cost me $250 to get someone out. He chose to then pack away the demo control he was showing me, replied in a disgusting tone and stormed off ignoring me. I went to eastland Mister minit lovely man same control $20 cheaper and offered if i couldnt sync the control myself he would come to my place to help. Disgusting behaviour by the man at Knox.
