The proprietor ( Evan ) came to my house twice after work to solve problems with my garage remote controls that an electrician and others could not achieve . Not only that , he was cheerful and friendly . There was no charge . Magnificent service . Ray Johnson

The 2 guys that were working were extremely friendly , and were able to answer every question that I had about tungsten ring engravings. I first went to another place at Cranbourne park which said that they couldn’t engrave onto tungsten , yet the guys working today said that the job was easily doable. I’m extremely happy with the engraving on the ring, the price was super cheap, ( only $20) and took around 10 minutes for them to complete the engraving as well. Amazing service. I’ll definitely be coming back for their service in the future.

Absolute rip off, came here like I have in the past because I thought I could trust the service. Had an issue with my garage key remote and was told I needed a new remote and was sold a very specific one for $90. I trusted that advice but come to find it’s actually $50 and didn’t even need to be that brand! Ridiculous margin for a markup and not helpful at all. It takes a lot for me to be compelled to leave a review but that’s horrible service and I wouldn’t recommend anyone to come here unless you want a lighter wallet.

Thought we were up for a new key or costly repair but they were fantastic in checking all possibilities re problem with the key rather than just charge me $300 or more for a new key! Really appreciated the great service provided when it turned out the new battery we put in the key, was a dud even though it was new. Only cost me $24.95 and would definitely go back to use them again.

My partner and I recently had a bracelet engraved and he had basically ruined it. With very poor engraving skills as per photo while also acknowledging the poor work while failing to provide any assistance. Took it down to the other engraver outside of Harris Scarf and he was able to polish the bracelet and re-engrave it to a very high standard. Will never use this company again. Very unprofessional

I visited this place about 4 years a go to get my honda replacement key cut, I have been getting the keys cut elsewhere pretty much every 6 months as the housing brakes often. Sales person recommended me to get the different type of housing instead of the regular with the logo. Happy to say that I’m still using the same key I got it from here and I still don’t believe it’s going to brake anytime soon.
