Just returned from a week long trip to the resort. First thing I want to say is the staff there are so friendly and kind, whether it was the front desk personnel, the waitresses, room services or the grounds keepers. They always had a smile on their faces and were always the first to say hello. I noticed though it just wasn’t there at the resort the people all over the island were so nice too. The resort itself was fabulous. It was a beautiful, well kept resort. The rooms were nice and had great views of the ocean. I would definitely recommend staying there and hope to return one day in the future.

We had an amazing stay at the Four Seasons Nevis. It’s quiet, has great and clean facilities and very good food. The villa was spacious and they tailored the amenities to our family including little robes for our kids. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again!

Superb stay. This is our second time staying at this beautiful property. The Four Seasons Nevis has all the Caribbean feeling and taste you should be looking for when visiting the islands. The hospitality of the hotel staff is magnificent, nothing is too much trouble for them. Smiles are a staple of this happy island people. Food is fantastic ranging from local flavors to international cuisine. Tropical glamour and the simplicity of island life all convey in one bright and sunny place. Recharge, replenish and relax in one of the many pools, restaurants and lounges under the palm trees. You’ll love it! 🌴☀️

The Four Seasons is known for its outstanding customer service, and in that, it did not disappoint. Everyone was extremely welcoming, warm, attentive...this is a top notch operation. The people were great. Just as there were small touches that stood out in a positive way (seamless transportation from airport to hotel (for $200 pp) salon-quality hair dryer in room, OFF can of bug spray in room for guest use, complimentary guest laundry room, diptyque toiletries etc.), there were small things that detracted from the vacation being truly unparalleled: The food was *astronomically* priced for the quality, the vegetarian options were mediocre, decor was a bit tired and dated, cocktails were weak and too sweet, the pool scenes and beaches were not remarkable. Two amenities that stand out compared to other resorts are the gorgeous golf course and tennis courts. However even just to play tennis or pickleball for an hour, the resort charged us $80. Courts were otherwise empty. After what we're paying to stay and eat there, it seems silly to nickel and dime us for an hour of tennis or pickleball! Another tip for Four Seasons management: put the names and numbers of the buildings on the beach side of each building! It should be easier to navigate the grounds. Also, make filtered tap water available to guests. It's not environmentally friendly nor pleasant to have to pay $10 each meal for water. After several days at the Four Seasons, my husband and I moved to the Park Hyatt St. Kitts across the Narrows. There was no golf course or tennis courts, but the Park Hyatt was far more impressive in almost everything but its service (design, layout, rooms, pool scene, restaurant quality and value). Service there was good but not as perfect as FS. Overall the FS is quite lovely and my husband and I had a marvelous time, but I'm not entirely convinced that the value was there. I'm willing to splurge for a vacation, but it's important to get both the little things and big things consistently right, such as food.

Well, let's just say the way they handled a situation was very obvious all they were concerned with was liability and they took zero liability. The property is dimly lit and after 1 glass of wine with dinner, we walked around and my girlfriend tripped over the lounge chair and fractured her wrist in 3 areas about 3/4 of the way through and they sent a security guard to be the first aid medic and we more concerned with wanting to know where it happened and the glass that was broken, then they were about her injury. There was NO manager on duty on a weeknight around 9pm and certainly no medic or first aid. The apple does not fall from the tree because when I notified the GM he wanted me to call him international and never bothered to call me. No compensation for her broken wrist, nothing whatsoever which I find for a Four Seasons to be appalling. We never did receive any ice that we asked for and the restaurant was so hot inside, we had to go to the ladies bathroom for some cool air.

Four Seasons Resort Nevis is everything you dream of in a 5-Star resort. The attention to detail in food, service, housekeeping is unmatched and luxurious. Our family of three visited in the off-season and we practically had the place to ourselves. We swam in the pools, waded in the ocean and filled our days relaxing and playing with our daughter. We had a memorable tour of the island and that’s something we would recommend— ask for Humpy, a local taxi driver to take you around the island for the day and show you every nook and cranny of his hometown. This island has some very tragic history with sugar cane production built on the backs of slaves. It’s terribly sad/awful but important to learn about when you come here. We enjoyed a day in St. Kitts zip lining and swimming with dolphins. The hotel stayed in constant contact with us via their apps. They are incredibly attentive and go out of their way to help you plan, troubleshoot and make things much easier than if we had to do it yourself. If you enjoy being pampered, care about aesthetics, design, luxury, attention to service and delicious, healthy food this is your place!! Thank you for making our stay a dream come true.

Like visiting a wealthy old aunt’s estate, the Four Seasons Nevis has a similar feel. Once grand but now rather worn around the edges. We have stayed at dozens of Four Seasons and this property is just not up to the expected level of the brand. However, the staff and the people of Nevis are absolutely lovely. The staff from housekeepers to landscapers were truly the friendliest we have ever experienced and it actually felt genuine. The grounds are tended but more than just fresh paint is needed. No mulch, brown grass and half dead plants in many areas. All the exterior sidewalks need a power wash. Lots of dated, cracked tiles, etc. Nicely updated rooms but very dated bathrooms with poor lighting and stained carpets in the entry area of the room. The tennis courts, spa, lobby and main restaurants are nice but the rest of the resort needs a good designer and landscape architect to come thru and update the materials and add some charm. Hundreds of lounge chairs on the beach but no guests using them. Somebody decided the Four Seasons needed new lounge chairs but also left the old ones on the beach. This makes it feel like an oversized, cheap all inclusive resort. Some of the pools have new dark colour lounge chairs but it seems there wasn’t enough budget for side tables so they used the old, beat up white side tables. The blue children’s fountain and nearby half empty playgrounds were a real eyesore from our window and looked like something left over from the 80’s. Even some tall plantings surrounding these areas would help. Marriott Vacation Club feel at Four Seasons prices.

Our time at the Four Seasons was very beautiful. We came during the off season so the resort was quiet and at times we would have stretches of beach or the pool to ourselves. The rooms were very well maintained and had a very cozy feel. They made sure you had everything you could need and were willing to find items that you did need. The staff was also exceptionally kind and attentive and made you feel like old friends when you arrived for drinks, activities, dinner, etc. We would love to go back if our budget allows in the future. Definitely not an inexpensive experience but one we are glad to have had.

What can you say. It's a Four Seasons at a beautiful location. From the airport, the drive to the ferry is breathtakingly gorgeous. A short boat ride with complimentary rum drinks was the perfect way to arrive on the island. We were all met on the dock by a personal host who showed us the property and took us to our room. The food has been great so far but be prepared for some high prices even at the local spots. Great fresh fish and local rum drinks. Try the Killer Bee at Sunshine's down the road. Just be careful. More than 2 can lead to a wild night.

We just returned from a lovely trip to FS Nevis and had a wonderful time. Our room was spacious & clean. The bathroom has Diptyque body care products, which smell amazing. The service is impeccable, whether at the breakfast buffet, a restaurant or at the beach. There are no shortage of activities around the island, which concierge was able to arrange for us through the app. The app makes communication quick and easy. The beach has plenty of chairs and umbrellas. The sand is soft, no rocks-but it can get hot in the afternoon. The water is crystal clear, very gentle waves with virtually no undertow. You are in walking distance to a handful of restaurants but it is also easy to get a taxi as there are always taxis parked at the hotel. We hope to return to this gem of an island and hotel!

We had a poinsettia room which includes a separate living space with a table chairs, couch, bar serving area. The food at the result is wonderful. There are three pools, Main, family and adult. The adult pool is close to/ in front of building 7, 8 and 9. It was very quite since it's 'down" season while there but service was not lacking. Attaching picture of adult pool, walkout from main lobby, view from our room.

Beautiful hotel. The staff really went out of their way to make sure our time there was fantastic. Liam Scott is the kind of employee I wish everyone could have.

Golf course was spectacular. Amazing views from every hole. We got a surprise when a family of monkeys ran in front of us.

Had a wonderful time here. The scenery, beach, sunny day, golf course, food and people are so lovely & friendly. Did some rum tasting and enjoying the famous Carib beers by the beach.

Very disappointed. This is the first out of many Four Seasons resorts which we have visited which is completely not meeting the standards of the brand. The room is nice but with a very dirty carpet. We put the “please make up the room” sign when leaving for breakfast and no one came the whole day. The staff is not attentive, no personal approach, no going above and beyond or even meeting basic 5 star requirements. The breakfast was very mediocre which was extra disappointing seen a cappuccino costs 9 dollars and the whole meal was 200. We spoke to the manager wanting to give some feedback but she seemed completely uninterested in our comments and kept saying how there is nothing she can do. We asked for a coffee and were told we can go to the restaurant 😂. At dinner, I was waved at by the staff wanting me to come to the other side of the restaurant. No Four Season beach bags in the rooms either. I emailed them several weeks (!) before to let them know we are coming for my husbands birthday and they do not seem to have that noted even once we arrived. No special greeting, no wine or surprises in the room, which is what we always get at other locations. Feels like a big chaotic resort, not exclusive hotel. Overall, do not go if you are used to the real Four Seasons experience in places like Mahe, Desroches or Ocean Club. Edit: the stay is becoming more and more disappointing. I texted with an employee at the hotel several days ago to book a table for my husbands birthday at the Easter Brunch (Luckily I have the conversation saved). And of course we arrive and they do not have the reservation. Level of service is so appaling we feel like in a hidden camera.

I just got back after spending a week here. This resort has a relaxing vibe and is a great place to stay to soak up some sun and relax. We were in a spacious 2nd floor room with a nice patio overlooking the ocean. Lounge chairs and a small table and chairs made this a favorite spot for some private relaxation. We arrived with the four seasons transfer by boat from the airport and were taken right to the room which was nice not having to go to a check in desk. The place itself was not crowded at all and we never had to rush out to snag a chair at the beach or pool. As you would expect food and drink arent inexpensive but the meals were all excellent. I would highly recommend using a virtuoso travel agent or Amex platinum to book so breakfast will be included. There were a couple of misses here like not enough snorkel gear (the reef at the hotel has a lot of diversity) but management was very responsive and I think this will soon be corrected. This was a great chill week.

Even before our stay began, Veronica Sunam was so incredibly helpful and detailed. We had trouble getting in touch with the concierge, but Veronica took the time to help us. You could really tell how knowledgeable she was. She answered all my questions very thoroughly, even in reference to things she wouldn't necessarily work directly with. Everyone at the four seasons was accommodating and friendly, but Veronica went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect. The views and weather were incredible. Even if it rains, it only lasts a few seconds. The ocean is surprisingly calm in comparison to St. Kitts. Perfect for snokling. The grounds and rooms were beautiful, and turn down service was very detailed. I know I already mentioned the staff, but I can't state enough how the staff truly takes the experience to the next level all around.

Beautiful resort with gorgeous sunset views and fantastic snorkeling, tennis, water sports and golf. Crystal clear waters with turtles, rays and colorful coral. The staff couldn't be nicer. It has a low key vibe, and the way it's laid out is perfect for both couples and families.
