We really enjoyed our stay at the Hamilton Beach Villas. We stayed for 5 nights during our kids' Spring Break. This resort has both temporary renters staying on vacation, like we were, and permanent residents. Most of the activities, such as snorkeling, are on St. Kitts, and you will have to figure out traveling back and forth. Office Staff- very friendly and helpful. Nevis may have the nicest people in the Caribbean. House Keeping- Did a wonderful job everyday. Even cleaned dishes in the sink that we were planning on putting in to the dishwasher. Grounds- The grounds are beautiful. You are in paradise. Accommodations- Our room was awesome. We had a post card view out of our beach front room. We ate breakfast on the balcony most mornings. The appliances were all in good shape. It was great having a washer and dryer in our unit. The floors, fixtures, coutertops, etc are all a grade above typical high end chain hotel. A/C worked great. Not much water pressure though. Restaurant- The restaurant is not owned by Hamilton Beach but is on the property, so I felt like I should mention. The food is good. The drinks were very good. Service was great. You do have to remember that you are on island time, so your experience will take longer than in the states. We got one breakfast to-go which was great. We had one dinner at the restarant and ordered one dinner to take to the room. Odds and ends- There were a few quirks with the our unti that were nonissues for us, but I thought I should mention. The bathroom handle on the main bath door was reversed and the lock was on the out side. None of the shutters close 100% shut, so they do let a little sunlight through. The door knobs still open from the inside when locked. We had a funny experience because of this: When we checked in and were given a tour of the unit we went to see the roof top deck. I closed the door to the outside on the way up, and we were locked onthe roof! Fortunately a very nice permanent resident was walking by and opened the door for us. The water went out twice. I think it was a whole island thing not just our hotel. Was not a big deal. One negative experience- After a great day of snorkeling, we decided to cool off in the pool closest to the beach and our unit. At approximately 5:00 PM, a retired english man that lives next to the pool started screaming at us from his porch to get our kids under control and asking us "what kind of parents are you?" My wife and I were shocked. He was yelling that there are people that live here and to get our kids under control. Our kids were under control. We have 10 and 11-year-old girls that were being kids in a swimming pool. It was very uncomfortable and troubling. If the resort wants to promote itself as family-friendly and attract more permanent owners that have kids or grandkids they will need to figure this out. It was bad. In summary, we overall had a very good experience at the Hamilton Beach Villas. The pros way outweighed "Get Off My Lawn Guy." I would have given a 4 out of 5 if not for the negative experience. Nevis is a wonderful island to experience!

Great place to stay for a week or more. The apartment we stayed in was recently renovated and was extremely comfortable. The oven connected to my phone! TVs with wireless connectivity. AC cooled well. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Gym has the basics and pools are lovely. The beach that you can access is unreal.

Great accommodation for a family. 2 bedroom luxury villas available with a queen bed in each room. Close to the Sea Bridge (5-10 min) and Charlestown (10 min). No elevator for 2nd and 3rd floor walk up villas. Parents with kids commonly stay here. The Hamilton Beach Villas and Spa is a beach holiday dream come true. Staff are top-notch, always going the extra mile to help out. You'll be wowed by the stunning beach views from this prime spot. Chill by the fab pool or tuck into some delicious fare at the on-site restaurant. Seriously, this is beach-living at its finest!

Heaven, Paradise, Lovely Nevis! Hamilton’s Villas and Spa consistently luxurious, mesmerizing, the beach, the views, staff, office, condo, housekeeping services all the best! Clean, crispy linens, AC, all comfort. The pool, Yachtsman grill right there, cold cold beer for the thirsty traveler on arrival, good food and vibes. Always greeted with a smile. Smack dab on the quiet beach front this villa resort is a perfect combination of low key living with a hopping beach bar and grill! Short beach walk to a few other bars. And any from the hustle and bustle of the town life. Staff cleaned our room daily and arranged for rides to and from our activities. Diving here is outstanding. Not very much fishing to find. But how many islands have hot springs?

Great place to stay! Villas are large with very nice appliances. The beach is beautiful and the restaurant is delicious. Our only complaint would be that the pool was quite cold even on a hot day. We ended up swimming in the sea more since it was warmer.

Just returned March 2023 from 10 days at Hamilton. Fantastic time with no complaints. Great staff. Modern facilities. Clean and safe. The on-site restaurant The Yachtsman Grill is top notch as well and will add to your Hamilton experience. Absolutely loved this spot.

This place is truly amazing, gorgeous rooms, great customer service. If you been to all the islands like me, you will notice this one is a lot cleaner, nicer and full of good neighborhoods, not one dirty or bad neighborhood. People here truly care about tourism and offer great hospitality.
