Wow. Possibly the best beer on the island. Great menu. Great customer service. The brewmaster is very knowledgeable and personable. Try a flight of beer (bartenders choice) and see how it goes. Addendum We had to come back a second time. Another flight of beer, jerk chicken nachos and seafood pizza. This place is the real deal!

Staying at Marriott and thought it would be a nice choice for dinner. Wife and I shared the BBQ platter and lobster salad, 1 beer. That was $70 US, and I had to ask what meat I was eating. Brisket was in recognizable and couldn’t cut it with a knife. Hostess acted like she really didn’t want to be there.

One of the worst dining experiences I've ever had. Multiple mistakes were made from getting the right food to getting the right price when we got our check. Food was expensive and bland. Servers were not checking on tables, which there only 2 of at the time with 5-6 waitresses. Would not reccomend. There are too many amazing places to go on the island to spend money here.

Good food and the service is good. I had the seafood platter but I substituted the fish for additional shrimp. Cost $28

Fantastic & Friendly Bar. Jon the manager is super friendly and always keen to make sure your time there is on point and that you have all you need. Certainly a sports bar - they have around 30 or 40 screens showing pretty much any sport on the planet. The food is brilliant, menus are on ipads and they're house beers are brewed on the premises in their own micro-brewery. The bar area is very airy, there are booths if you want a family or close time with friends, also tables by the doors to watch the tourists walk by. Always make a point of saying hello to Clovis the bartender when you visit.

I love the setting and the food was pretty good

Uncle Fat’s is the most recent restaurants opened in the Frigate Bay area. They’re located right next to the St. Kitts Marriott, in the Royal Plaza. Uncle Fat’s is definitely a sports bar! With multiple tv’s on almost every wall, you’re bound to find the sport that you’re looking for. The place is fully air conditioned and a great place to beat the heat! They have a really nice bar and the drinks are always cold. The staff there are friendly and helpful. The food is also quite good. The menu includes things you’d expect to find at any Sports Bar and then some, like pulled pork. The prices are a little above the average but for the comfort and amenities that are offered, its worth it!

Plenty of TV's to watch what ever game you want. Staff was friendly and courteous. Came for Trivia Night (Tuesdays) and had a lot of fun. A little mix up with the meal, received a salad instead of fries, was quickly corrected but the salad was probably the healthier choice. Manager was great, had a nice, in length conversation with him and a free round of drinks for our table was a very nice token of appreciation from him.

Uncle Fats is the only brewery on the island that makes their own brew and on top of that serves up some really good food for all palates, from fresh island fish & lobster to burgers. We had the fish tacos, lobster taquitos and the ribs. All were really tasty. The mop sauce on the ribs was very tasty. One tip, as a fellow rib maker....please take off the membrane on the underside of the ribs before cooking them the way you do. I found the membrane to be kind of annoying as I was eating it. Other than that this was an awesome meal. And the beers that you make were awesome. In addition there are tons of TV is all over the place so for those Americans who crave their football or any other sports throughout the year you will have plenty to choose from. Honestly it is the only joint like it on the island. If you stay at the Marriott it is a must see and must eat place to go to period if I am back in St Kitts at any time in the future I'll be sure to return.

On both occasions that I’ve gone here the customer service was horrible, literally the worst experience I’ve had on the island and I’m a student here. As soon as we got there, we told the waitress that we want a table to just have a few drinks, and with the worst attitude, she said “don’t you just want to sit at the bar?” No lady if that was the case we would’ve done that, she was just being lazy and didn’t want to work. After that the waitress was unbothered the entire time, rolled her eyes at us, and just sat at the corner avoiding eye contact while we were trying to get her attention. For the high prices you pay here, the customer service certainly doesn’t reflect that. Definitely not coming back here!!
