I am very well travelled in the Caribbean and I can easily say this has been the best service I ever experienced in the Caribbean. From the staff at the front desk (Shermaine) to the bar staff (oselette, Martha, the oriental male and black male bar servers also) was apart of why my experience so was comfortable and welcoming. I will definitely be visiting again!! The house keeping and hygiene standards are very high and everybody loves this. It’s close to the beach and not a far drive from town either. Gym and pools are beautiful and well kept also

I was celebrating my 21 wedding anniversary which I told the person who make the reservation for me. I was hoping to experience a room that wa decorated but instead it was just a plain room with the furniture all stained with milk or icecream from the previous guess. There was anything to say we welcome you for the first time. I was given a complementary ticket from the vacation club of a cap. If this is how local are treated, it is not good. Josephine one of the house cleaning lady, was kind enough to decorate our bed to make us feel welcome and appreciated. The fronds desk staff and the bell boys were very pleasant . I was displeased about my room.

Only a short drive from the airport. Stayed in an apartment with cooking facilities and a fridge and very good air conditioning. Also, the hotel had a supermarket, a barbers and a fast food facility on-site. 2 pools very close to us and 2 bar restaurants very near also. Food in both restaurants was excellent. The town centre for shopping, again, was only a short ride away. The Strip, where there is a beach and plenty of bar restaurants is only 10-15 min walk or a short cab drive away. Staff were excellent, very helpful and polite.

😤I would have rated this higher but one major mistake has taken place. I came to this hotel for a wedding and I brought work equipment with me that was of a certain value. I ask the front desk not to clean my room the lady asked house keeping not to clean the room. They cleaned the room anyway and left the door ajar with the lash. I was so beside my self when I walked up to the door. Good thing nothing was taken because of where my room was. I filed a complain to the front desk manager, general manager and the president. Only the front desk manager replied and they did nothing to put me at ease or to apply a zero cost at least for that day or a opportunity to return for a better stay. I was told they will use my experience in there training. 😡😡. I would never recommend to anyone to stay here.

Stayed here for 5 days as part of a group of 75 people. We all had different type rooms but we’re very satisfied with the rooms. Check in staff were friendly. Has excellent amenities. Good AC. Comfortable beds Safety is good has security on the front entrance at night. The doors have card key access but lock from inside. Patio door secure with wooden block on ground floor. Food & drinks are available The cocktails are delicious. There are 2 pools with beach towels. I recommend a stay here and would return in the future.

We really loved our stay and will be coming back. All the staff were so friendly. Rooms were comfortable, and we loved sitting on the balcony watching the birds. We had a lovely evening of banter with one of the barmen who made us some beautiful cocktails. Food was immense! It's perfectly located for a stroll to the strip at Frigate Bay, with lots of shops and restaurants nearby too. Very very happy with our stay and lots of positive memories.

Stayed here for a week with my family and had an amazing vacation. The hotel is in a great location not far from the beach, and the workers are extremely friendly and very helpful if you need any assistance. Lots of great food surrounding the hotel and the rooms are clean and comfortable. Not to mention the gym is incredible for lifting. My family and I would definitely stay here again.

Loved the location. A few minutes from the airport but once your there, everything you need is just a short walk away....attractions, restaurants, pool, music and the beach! Enjoyed the service and pool. Had a blast with my daughter!

Overall a very nice resort. The resort restaurant with the buffet was extremely disappointing and considerably more expensive than local restaurants off resort. December/January has the strongest winds of the year making the beach uncomfortable..40 to 66 km winds the week we were there mid December. Being on the Atlantic side the winds are much worse than the Caribbean side.

Stayed for about 6 days and found the staff to be especially friendly and helpful. The food was good; the rooms larger and more comfortable than I would have ever expected, and the full kitchen and proximity of services like supermarket, café, other restaurants was ideal. Fantastic stay at Royal St. Kitts! Superior studio was clean, comfy, and spacious. Shermaine at the front desk was super friendly and helpful. Loved the well-equipped gym too.

Stayed here for 2 weeks as part of a group of 11. We all had different type rooms but we’re very satisfied with the rooms. Check in staff were friendly. It’s a very nice hotel with great amenities. Gym, laundry on site restaurant at Splash.The living room has pool tables, games table.The rooms are very clean and comfortable. Maids clean regularly.Rams Supermarket is close by for any essentials.Sweet and Savoury serves breakfast and pastries close by.All the staff were friendly Orelmo, ( great cocktails!)Joselle, Charmaine to name a few. The beach at the Marriott is just over the road. There are restaurants in walking distance and the strip has even more bars/ restaurants. There was only entertainment provided on a Friday. Live bands which were good. We had a fabulous stay here and will definitely recommend and return here in the future.

We wanted a much needed rest and relaxation from the hustle & bustle of NY. Me, the wife and daughter took a lovely 1 week trip to beautiful St.Kitts. The stay at the this hotel was wonderful. I can look out our terrace door and see tropical flowers and coconut trees. The staff is amazing and everyone greets you when you say goodmorning or goodafternoon. Some of the best beaches on the island are minutes away. The Splash restaurant onsite serves up awesome dinner and breakfast meals. What a trip! We plan to be back.

We were there for 7 days and definitely coming back here when we choose out next dates to return. Close to everything we needed and also not too far from town . Overall great stay here . Definitely recommend

We stayed for 4 nights 1 couple and two adults male and female. We stayed in the luxury 2 bedroom suite. The room it self is really nice plenty of room for four. The hotel in general is also very nice. During our stay we found the staff to be accommodating we loved our room attendant Pauletta. A couple of things to note about our room. We booked for four people and when we got to the room there was only enough towels for 2 people. We requested extra towels and they were brought to our room. We needed to use the sofa bed but couldn't as it was broken we reported it but it was not fixed. Apart from those two things we enjoyed our stay and will stay there again. The hotel is also right next to a supermarket and restaurants nearby.

Stayed February 11-18, 2023, two-bedroom suite. There were several occasions where the water was turned off without warning for long periods. Had a terrible and noisy view of the maintenance building—staff working and yelling to each other at all hours--but after changing rooms a few days later to a view of the lake, everything was perfect. Ram’s supermarket is right across the parking lot and we made good use of it and cooked many meals. Had a fantastic meat pizza at Splash one night, and hung out and watched some of the Superbowl on the big screen outside. The grounds are lovely, the pool and lounge area around it are beautiful and relaxing, the rooms are very clean, housekeeping came every day, the air conditioning worked great, the area was full of things to do, see and eat, and there is easy access by foot and by car to nearby beaches and the strip on Frigate Bay, and Timothy Hill viewpoint. Did a trip to Nevis and tried out the Killer Bee drink at Sunshine’s—potent! The ladies at the front desk, Ornella and Celesia, were just exceptional and helped us whenever we had questions or requests, going above and beyond. All staff on site were friendly and professional. Incredible island with so much to see and do, and great snorkelling at many of the beaches on the Caribbean side. The Royal St. Kitts makes an excellent home base.

This wasn't my first time here but definitely my best time. As a local hotel hopper, I have to give this place number 1 over the other resorts on the island. From the live band on Friday night, to the game room, to the dj at one of the pools on Sunday, to the two amazing restaurants with the most amazing and welcoming staff, everything was perfect. There was always something to do if you wanted to, and on the off chance that you just needed to rest the rooms were extremely comfortable with each having their own balcony. The food; A1, signature dishes, local cuisine, fine dining, what more can a person ask for. I'll be back sooner than my pocket would like but it can't be helped with how amazing it was. 100000/10

The ambiance is just spectacular and you had two areas to choose from. The mahi-mahi dinner was delicious everything cooked to perfection the music is not too loud, friendly staff… just a really nice relaxed classy vibe With great food and drink

A really good place to stay. Quiet, great location (easy access to some great restaurants, shops etc), and very clean. Well worth it.

Israel booked us in quickly and we were soon settled in our room. Room service was spot on. Had a swim and a drink from the bar, very nice. Husband regularly used the gym. All in all a lovely week's stay at Royal St. Kitts Hotel. Will gladly recommend and first opportunity will return.

No running water for 24 hours. No cancellation allowed or discounts offered. Added name to list for buckets of water to flush toilet twice but never received any. Stood to check in for 20 minutes because concierge was arguing with someone the entire time. Overhead light turned on randomly multiple times throughout the night. Dishes in cabinets dirty.

I have stayed here a few times. It’s professionally run and staff are excellent. The hotel is laid out really cool and the rooms are all upgaded (at least all the ones I have been in). They literally remember me from a year ago which is cool. I stayed at the marriot my first visit and that is nice too but moved over to royal st kitts across the street when I extend the stay. I like the vibe here more. Restaurant here is great. Kitchenette and coffe makers great , Internet is solid . TVs and air conditioners all all newer. Casino is across the street . I don’t have anything bad to say.

Royal St. Kitts Hotel is a gem. Lots of amenities in the hotel and nearby. Night life can be a spirited walk away. They have fully equipped kitchen so you can make meals in your room. Restaurants are also in the hotel or nearby if that is your preference. Pools. Pool bar. Excellent customer service and 24hr security. Gym in the hotel, if you are into fitness while on vacation. A top spa at the hotel for some relaxation. Other spa options nearby as well. My top choice for a staycation. It should be your top choice for a vacation period. No complaints.

Incredible staff, lovely grounds, great location, good food... Did I mention the incredible staff? From security to front desk to pool bar to chef's to waitstaff... Even the resident cats were amazing. Can't wait to go back

Very clean, and very professional staff. Great rooms and great stay even in the midst of Covid. Stayed there twice and if I ever need a hotel on St.Kitts and Nevis that is where I will go! Everyone I encounter from cleaning Ladies to management are very courteous and will go out of their way to make sure your stay is perfect!

Very good stay, nice staff, lovely room. Only the Splash restaurant open when I went, but still good food.

I completely agree with all the positive reviews of Royal St Kitts. I’ve just come back from my stay in St Kitts and this hotel is incredible. Lovely people, lovely accommodation and perfect amenities. Loved the Splash pool and the breakfasts are fantastic! Absolutely obsessed with the rum punches too! Thank you so much for a great stay!

The rooms are just what you need. I had a 1 bedroom. Sometimes you expect the room to look a bit less than on the site. Not the case. Then the kitchen has all you need. The fitness centre is a real gym. There is an excellent supermarket less than 2 minute away.

I had a fantastic 4 night stay at the Royal St. Kitts. Check-in was easy and staff was very friendly. The group I was with was greeted with cold drinks when we arrived which was a nice touch. The property itself is well maintained and offers plenty of accomodations (2 pools, gym, restaurant etc.). The location is also very convenient as it's not far from the airport. There are also several restaurants and stores within walking distance. Chef Larry is The Man. He'll make sure that you're taken care of if you're dining at the hotel.
