On the positive side, the resort was beautiful, the rooms were great, and the staff were overall very friendly. However, when my wife got food poisoning from the dinner one evening, the staff demeanor quickly turned for the worse. We made the front office aware of the food poisoning, but instead of being met with sympathy, we were made to feel as though we had done something wrong & were causing a burden on them now that they had to report it. We were advised that the executive chef would be reaching out to us later the next day, but it wasn't until a few days later as we were checking out of the resort that they offered us a sandwich to-go to make up for the food poisoning. Instead, I asked that we be refunded the price of her dinner that caused the food poisoning. This is not asking for much given the pain & stress caused from my wife huddling over the toilet for an evening. However, they were incredibly resistant to refund us for just her portion of the dinner. After I insisted, they agreed to refund us half the base cost of her dinner. After I insisted further, they agreed to refund us the full base price of her dinner. After I insisted yet further, they agreed to refund us the full base price of her dinner + the 18% service charge that was tied to it. I never did receive the additional 12% tax that they charged on top of the dinner, but we had already spent well over an hour attempting to get a refund at this point so we cut our losses. To be clear, this was by far the most expensive dinner I've ever paid for so if it gives my wife food poisoning then I should at least be refunded her portion of the dinner. I'm surprised & disappointed that I not only had to fight for even that but also that Hyatt didn't proactively offer any sort of reasonable refund or credit.

This is a well organized resort, with a lot of amenities that would keep you entertained and relaxed. It’s off the major tourist attractions in the island. The moment you walk in, you’ll feel the calmness and tranquility of the resort. FYI, The restaurant makes their food from the scratch and requires a little bit of patience. I really enjoyed my day at the resort.

The hotel itself is lovely, and we particularly enjoyed the room's proximity to the beach and pool. However, there were a couple of VERY disappointing incidents during our stay - enough not to return and consider the Four Seasons. Regarding the Great House: We arrived for breakfast before a spa appointment and informed the host about our tight schedule. The host said she would notify the spa, so we proceeded to order. Unfortunately, after waiting for 20 minutes without food, the host informed us that our spa appointment was canceled. We left breakfast, headed to the spa, and learned that the host had never relayed the information. Tried GH later in the evening - We made a 9pm reservation at the Great House, and upon arrival, we were seated even though it seemed like they were closing. The service was unprofessional, as we waited for 20 minutes without being offered water or beverages. Ordering was a challenge, with the server informing us of menu items being unavailable only after we ordered. The server also brought me two meals instead of what I ordered. We ate quickly and attempted to pay, but the server disappeared WITH our credit card. The chef had to help us locate him. Regarding the Spa: I had reserved a couples' spa experience online, but the website didn't mention that the price was per person. The massage was mediocre, and there were issues like the non-functional hot tub and steam room, and inappropriate jazz music during the massage. We were shocked to be charged $800 for a 90-minute couples massage. We aren’t cheap people. The value and the service doesn’t match what we paid. Despite presenting our concerns to management, they were dismissive and only offered $50 off our dinner from a previous night. As experienced travelers who appreciate quality service, we found the value provided by these facilities to be inadequate. The attempt at resolution was insulting.

This resort is ridiculously expensive even by Caribbean standards. What is more the food at the fish restaurant took an age to arrive and was cold- for nearly $250 U.S. for 2 not unreasonable to expect better. The 30% combined sales tax and service charge is steep by Caribbean standards . Wine is absurdly pricy - about 12x French prices as compared to 6-8x experienced elsewhere in St Kitts. The staff are well drilled rather than genuinely friendly . The location is gorgeous. We won’t be returning or recommending this place.

Took advantage of a resort day pass while cruising. It was perfect! Resort is beautiful, staff super nice, and amenities ideal for a day off the ship.

Beautiful property with nice rooms and sweeping views. Amazing pool and private beach. Complete gym. Nice spa. Dreamy weather. So much to like. But they overcharge you for everything. Buffet breakfast (avg buffet) is $65 per person. Scrambled eggs are $31. Dinner will set you back considerably more. You can’t really go off property to eat because there is almost nothing nearby and a taxi into town is $42. This hotel knows they have you trapped and they take advantage of you. I resent that a bit. It’s the principle of it, not the price. Another example. A water taxi to Nevis is $10-$20. The hotel will charge you $30. Taxi to the airport is $42 but the hotel will charge you $55. The hotel arranged a taxi to take us to lunch and back in Nevis. The driver, called “Hollywood” with Priceless Taxi, charged us $80!! The service wasn’t so great at the hotel either. Long wait to check in. People just didn’t seem friendly and we did not feel welcome. Maybe we are too poor to come to places like this, or naive about some parts of the Caribbean, but we would never come back to this hotel, and probably not to St Kitts and Nevis. What a shame, as it really is a beautiful place. But there are lots of beautiful islands out there.

Phenomenally beautiful resort. Beautiful, comfortable rooms where sometimes you get little guests (birds, crabs, lizards) that visit on the patio :)! You are steps from the ocean at all times at the resort. Transport from hotel to airport and vice versa is simple to arrange. Easy to get to Nevis as well. A water taxi will literally pick you up at the hotel dock. Something I did wish I knew at check-in was that the 18% Service Fee that gets attached to every charge you make is for the housekeepers, groundskeepers, maintenance workers aka those who wouldn't ordinarily recieve acknowledgement in that way for their work (which is awesome!). I'd still recommend tipping the standard amount for your servers who give phenomenal service. I was adding smaller gratuities until I asked about it. Speaking of staff, they're wonderful and kind, and all have amazing lives and stories they're willing to share. Also, as someone who was extremely hesitant to travel due to COVID, I felt very comfortable at the resort. It's less than 100 rooms and feels very secluded and private. To all those complaining about the "dirty" beach, I saw them rake sea grass starting at 5AM for hours every morning. The Narrows are known for being mostly sea grass, and that's where you get the diversity in fish and animal species that call it home. As far as trash, yes, it washes up. If you're in 2022 and surprised to see ocean trash knowing how much we as a species dump in the ocean, then you are living near a river called Denial. It has to go somewhere. Sometimes, that's beaches, sometimes its giant "floating oceans" of trash. It truly never breaks down. Anyway, all that washed up when I was there was a beautiful cowrie shell and a still-alive starfish I got back into the ocean :)

What a beautiful resort! Views are breathtaking and the rooms are clean & beautiful! Starting from the front desk- the service was amazing- wouldn't change a thing. They were at about 50% capacity when we were there- 2-3 restaurants were open. I do need to point out that the service at the restaurants is extremely slow so be prepared to spend a long time waiting for your food. The pool is beautiful but the water is colder than we're used to in the Caribbean. Our kids attended the kids' club daily and they had such a great time- they have daily activities prepared and the staff there was AMAZING! The hotel must do a great job of fumigating the property b/c I didn't get bit by mosquitoes once- once i left the hotel, I had tons of bites so bring spray if you plan on leaving! I think the staff could do a better job of disclosing some information- for example- kids under 5 eat free- the first night we were there- we ordered my kids off the regular menu- the waitress didn't say anything. If we had known that they were free- I would have ordered from there. Another example- we're globalists- they told us breakfast is free for us- one day we decided to order it as room service instead and they said that was fine but didn't mention the full meal would be charged and excluded as part of the globalist benefits. Overall, I would go back for sure- my whole family had a great time!

Avoid yourself the trip. This place has nothing 4 star about it. The sand is black and smells from the terrible seaweed. The food is mediocre at best. You are also situated in the middle of nowhere on the Southern point of the island. I believe the hotel was at best 25% occupied when we arrived. There was not even room service of any kind. This is a brand new resort, but stay at the Marriott for half the price and you will be doing yourself a favor. I ordered a drink from the bar and it was over $20. The best part about this hotel was leaving.

I can't say enough about how beautiful this Resort is! We were only on the island for a day and decided to spend it at the Park Hyatt. The views just from the drive to get there were breathtaking! Once on site, it just got better! Black sand beach, beautiful infinity pool with Beach entrance, and Excellent service! Everything you can imagine a beautiful Caribbean Resort being! We highly recommend!

We decided to visit St Kitts (for the second time) as our first family trip since the beginning of the pandemic. We had booked the trip months in advance and were super excited to get away for some R&R. We could not have chosen a better place!! From the immediate greeting upon our arrival to saying our final good byes we could not have been treated any better. Every employee we came in contact with made our trip that much better. Whether it was Tisla at breakfast (who greeted us everyday with a huge warm smile and affectionately called me “Mom” as she quickly grabbed my hot water for my tea as soon as we entered the restaurant) or the spa staff (all 6 of us had the best massages we have ever had!) or the pool employees who catered to every want we had and just stopping by to chit chat with us about themselves or their beloved island or ensuring we were going to Reggae Beach on the Friday (which we did and was so much fun…highly recommend). As we walked through the property EVERY employee we passed would say hello. I cannot speak more highly of the wonderful staff at this property. As for the property itself, it is beautiful. The stone features are magnificent and the entire property was spotless. My only criticism is the pools are not heated and there isn’t a hot tub. We had the privilege of staying in the house on the property and it was nothing short of amazing. Upon arrival we were greeted with bowls and platters of fresh fruit and the monkeys in the bushes right beside the house. The house is spacious and well appointed again would have loved for the pool to have been heated. We visited each of the three restaurants on the property and loved the unique dining experience at the Stone Barn the most. It’s a must do if you are visiting the resort. We stayed in one night and had room service which was excellent. We ordered it in advance for 7pm and we’re told they would call just before delivering it. They did and we got all our piping hot food right at 7! All covid testing was arranged at the hotel and could not have been any easier. The nurse was super and we had our results later that evening. We cannot recommend this resort and it’s wonderful kind staff more. If you want to head to St. Kitts make sure you stay at the Park Hyatt as you will not be disappointed.

My boyfriend and I stayed here this summer for a few days, and everything was amazing. The service was world class, the food in the restaurants was superb, and the room was incredible. Highly recommend for a romantic getaway or a family friendly tip. Will definitely be coming back

I have had a great time at special events here. However, I did dinner at their fine dining restaurant, Stone Barn, and the service was horrible. I can not blame the servers as they were set up to fail by the management. Only 2 servers for a busy Friday night. All tables were filled. We had a large table pre ordered our food for dinner as instructed to ensure they were prepared. It took us 4 hours to complete our 3 course meals. One guest never got the drink that was ordered. It was a disappointment as it was also my birthday dinner. Night was slightly saved thanks to good friends who made light of a bad night.

I attended the Park Hyatt for their buffet breakfast to celebrate my birthday. As is always the case, the staff were very polite, attentive, and professional, which added to the wonderful experience. Park Hyatt St Kitts is part of the Hyatt Hotels Corporation who target the more affluent travellers, businessmen, and premium customers, which is evident by the salubrious surroundings, resplendent decor and dining room menu. I have also used the spa services in the past and found the brand to be one synonymous with high-quality service and luxury. The Hyatt is definitely a great place to stay and to visit, whether it be for a meal or one of their spa treatments.

The grounds here were beautiful and everything looked and felt pristine. The service in the Great House was great but the food was subpar. Food was quite expensive for the amount and quality. There was also a lack of variety in the menu (maybe due to it being low-season). The staff were beyond helpful and kind. Everywhere we went, we were greeted with smiles and warm hellos. Both pools were clean and beautiful. We look forward to visiting again soon for a romantic and relaxing getaway. The grounds also looked very kid friendly (with playground) and the few kids we saw seemed to be enjoying themselves. The luxury lounge chairs with umbrellas by the pool were another highlight of our trip. I want to come back just to lay there and relax.

We came here for half of our stay on the islands. Overall we were very happy with the experience. The staff were very friendly and very eager to make sure you had everything you needed. The bartender, Shashi, made us some fantastic drinks and also provided us with a great Rum tasting experience. Atilliah, our server, was very kind and provided excellent service for multiple meals. We enjoyed spending a lot of our time by the pools which were clean and at a great temperature (I am not a fan of ice cold water). We did have an experience with sounds of water above our head in the room, but the staff were quick to fix this. We are glad we made this a part of our trip!

My family had a wonderful stay at the Park Hyatt St. Kitts. Tashanda, the receptionist, warmly greeted us upon arrival and provided a detailed explanation of the resort's amenities. Throughout our stay, she regularly checked in on us to ensure everything was going well and to address any needs we had. Oral, who worked at nights, was also very helpful and always greeted us with smile. Our daughter had the opportunity to visit the kids club on several occasions, and despite being the only child there, she always had a great time. We would like to give a special shoutout to Mimi, a staff member at the kids club, who was incredibly patient and friendly. Mimi engaged our daughter in various activities such as painting, shirt tie-dye, and playing games. It wasn't the busy time for the resort and occupancy was quite low but all areas of the property were open and accessible. We enjoyed delicious breakfasts at the Great House, where the staff was attentive and friendly. We also dined at Fisherman's Village on multiple occasions and found the experience equally enjoyable. Both restaurants has excellent views and a pleasant atmosphere. The housekeeping staff did an exceptional job of keeping our room clean and tidy throughout our stay. We were impressed with their attention to detail. My wife and I had a massage at Sugar Mill Spa. We both enjoyed our massages and overall experience. While the beach offered a beautiful view and clear water, there was a significant amount of seaweed during our visit. However, the hotel staff did an excellent job of cleaning the seaweed every day, ensuring that the beach remained enjoyable. Overall, our experience was fantastic!

We’re half way into our stay at Park Hyatt SK. While the property is beautiful, we can’t seem to get our room serviced without calling repeatedly each day. The restaurant service is excruciating slow - slower than you’d expect even for laid back island time. The resort is not crowded. We are very disappointed so far, and we expected much higher level of service for our Hyatt Globalist stay. Not likely to return.

We loved being here in St. Kitts. Everyone at the Park Hyatt was very nice. The Rampart Adult pool and the Lagoon Pool were beautiful. The food was a bit pricey. We went to restaurants nearby on the beach that were great and had great atmosphere and culture.

We knew about the Park Hyatt and wanted experience it. Food at the restaurant was delicious and staff very accommodating. We also rented the cabana for the day and it was like heaven. There was a Pool that resembled a beach and it overlooked The ocean. Water was perfect, upstairs was another pool for just adults which again was beautiful. The grounds were very well kept and next time when I come back to St. Kitts I'm going to be staying there. It was like heaven.

Absolutely amazing property. So much attention to detail. Friendly and thoughtful staff. Excellent restaurants. Helpful concierge Great service throughout the property. Beautiful rooms. Amazing pools and beach . I can’t say enough about how spectacular this place is.

Beautiful property with amazing staffs. They proactively assisted with day to day needs, arranging transportation, restaurant reservations, rental cars, departure Covid tests, that makes the trip stress free. There are complimentary paddle boarding and snorkeling as well as paid activities like yoga, painting, etc. Restaurants on resort are pricy. Alcohol strong. Few minutes walk to coconut farm near by for Saturday farmers market - must try their chicken roti; 10 minutes walk to restaurants and bar at Reggae beach for local vibe.

I took my Wife to the Park Hyatt St. Kitts on July 26th of this year for her Birthday. The Staff that managed our Cabana made us feel like part of their family. I have never been taken care of so well anywhere that we have traveled & we have traveled extensively….Hats off to an incredible staff that truly cares and loves to please! We will be back & soon!

First off the staff is amazing! They are all so friendly willing to help. Next, the tropical views are stunning. The sky is so blue it looks almost unreal. When I got here, the cab driver only accepted USD buy I had ECD and the bellman loaned me the money to pay the cab driver! I've never see that before. All of the food is cooked to order, but expect a 20 min wait. They have a few bars. The beach is the star of the show for me, but the family pool actually has sand also. The room was very clear, there were two very minor issues, first the stopper in the tub didn't work, would we couldn't use the beautiful tub and when we first arrived our toilet hadn't been cleaned. But these items were fixed once we said something.

Exceptional service and concierge willing to accommodate our needs for a lunch drop by on Father's day. The Brunch was well sourced and plentiful. Swimming available and bar drinks around the pool near the Great House. Fabulous 👌

We spent half of our honeymoon at Park Hyatt St. Kitts and I am so pleased that we did - the rooms were spacious, spotless and modern....the amenities were amazing....it was quiet, peaceful and truly relaxing...and the staff - ranging from the front desk to the bellhop, water sports team to servers and bartenders - were all second to none in their friendliness, warmth, helpfulness and genuine desire to ensure you were having a wonderful and special stay. The view of Nevis and the water is like looking at a painting and I kept commenting how lucky we were to be there! A bit removed but walkable to Cockleshell Beach and several restaurants/beach bars, the location is a bit removed (approx. 30 min from the airport) but well worth it! Rent a car and be sure to explore the island while you're here!

The customer service was second to none. Everything was beautiful and lovely but nothing better than the spirit of the people who work here. They truly care if you are having a good time. Sabrina ran the kids club and she and Michianna did a wonderful job entertaining the kids so my husband and I could have an hour off each day. Pools were beautiful. Housekeeping fantastic.

We booked a day pass while taking a cruise, for our day in St Kitts. It was a wise decision! The weather could be better, but the hotel is beautiful. The staff is very courteous and professional. The food was delicious. We enjoyed our cabana and the amazing view. We certainly will be back to stay there for a few days.

We've been here 4 days so far, and this place is amazing. Each and every staff member we've met has been friendly, attentive and absolutely incredible. The staff goes out of their way to make sure your stay is wonderful. It's beautiful, has a perfect view, the food is fantastic, and couldn't be anymore perfect. Thank you for making this the greatest experience of my life thus far 💗
