We stay here whenever we come to St Kitts. The location is perfect, right on Timothy Beach near most of the beach bars and restaurants. The staff are lovely and friendly and so helpful. The only issue is the beds are very firm and the pillows are a bit flat. We asked for extra pillows and got lots to choose from and were then able to get a good night's rest. Having a kitchen in the room is also really helpful for keeping costs of travel down.

On St. Kitts, you will discover vast stretches of beautifully preserved land and sea which are more stunning than you will find anywhere else in the Caribbean. Located in the northern part of the Lesser Antilles, St. Kitts is the first volcanic island in the chain. St. Kitts features luxuriant rainforests, amazing sea life with coral formations, small and incredibly beautiful cove-like beaches, and most of all Timothy Beach Resort located on South Frigate Bay Beach, the most popular beach on St. Kitts & Nevis. At the uniquely located hotel, the captivating island culture and the clear Caribbean Sea provide the ultimate paradise.

The customer service here was really exceptional! Communication before we traveled was prompt and clear. We received a very warm welcome on arrival and was taken to our room, with help with our cases. As a family, we had a room and also a 1 bedroom apartment. Both accommodations were spacious, nicely decorated and immaculately clean! Reception staff continued to be helpful and attentive throughout our stay and room service was daily and thorough. Grounds / gardens were immaculately maintained and the views were just stunning! Beach towels were provided, which was very helpful. The pool area was clean and well maintained - also with stunning views. We would definitely return here again.

I found the room to be dated and dingy. The sliding was broken,.I was locked out on the balcony. The repair that was made lasted all of 12 hours. Their idea of house cleaning is to wipe a few areas with fabulous. The first day of house keeping, I kid you not, they made the bed and left a shirt under the sheet. Not sure if they have bee told not to touch personal things. But that was the most asinine thing I have seen. The night crew in the restaurant never came to my table to take my order, and glared at me as I walked out. Why would I order food from with such a foul attitude The day staffing is much better. 😟

This is the only place we stay when we come to St Kitts. The staff is friendly and helpful, the food is delicious and the rooms are comfortable as well as affordable.

I don't get these raving reviews. The room was so bad we left. Management, what management? We gave the restraurant about 3 chances and it was worse each time. Nobody at this whole place care about what they're doing.

Four things about this place: Location, location, location and the pool/bar. Expect a budget motel and you won't be disappointed. The location on the beach was ideal for swimming and snorkeling. Proximal to a series of restaurants on the Strip. The pool deck made for great sunsets. Bring your bug spray as the mosquitos come out as the sun goes down. Happy hour was well attended. The bartenders were excellent (Kimberly and Leroy served us). The chat with other guests was most pleasant. The restaurant was good. Ram's grocery store is under 1 km in the Marriot area. Our room was very dated with ring top stove and a fridge that made noise through the night. The cleanliness was lacking with the floor not swept under the bed and the kitchen showing stains and dirt in the pulls on the drawers. The fridge needed a good scrub and the kitchen had tiny wee ants. The frying pans were not usable (both dirty and scratched). The glass table on the deck was dirty/sticky. This place could be so much better with some TLC from cleaning staff and a few updates. A car (ABC rentals -use them).made getting around the island easy and we made excursions daily to Arthur's restaurant for a fabulous lunch and to the beaches; Shipwreck, Major's and Cockleshell as well as a port Zante trip.

We stayed here in April 2010 for 10 days and had a wonderful Caribbean, laid-back island experience. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was adequate. The access to the beach was perfect The only drawback was the late night noise from the beach bars.

Great location if you’re looking for a few minutes walk to the beach. The rooms are stuck in Golden Girls time, but we spent most of the time outside of our room. Bars/restaurants right on the beach, as well as, water activities were available. The rooms were cleaned daily and taxis were plentiful to get around.

Jody-Ann and Ms Dominica (Jasmin) really made it for us - brilliant customer service, always willing to go above and beyond to make us feel taken care of. Loved the singing chef - but the lady chef was sweet and lovely also. Bar staff are great (think he's called Lloyd - he was so welcoming!!) Shame the hotel doesn't provide soap past the first few days given Covid. And the rooms could do with an upgrade. But all in all a lovely place with excellent views and a brilliant vibe

Stayed here back in March '23 for a family visit. The location is very close to the beach and restaurants approx two mins from my room to the beach! The staff were all friendly and mostly helpful I did have one issue asking for extra sun loungers and being told there was no more about 15 mins later an older couple arrived sun loungers were put out for them I suspect they were owners of some of the villas I did see a little preferential treatment for some who I thought might be owners. I have to say the service at the restaurant was slow but good food except one day I literally waited 1.5 hours waiting for someone to take my order I could hear people talking about it...she's been sitting there for ages etc ..! I saw in other reviews there was an issue with non guests taking sun loungers designated for guests and I did see this happening I also read about noise complaints but I didn't experience this and I was there for St Patrick's Day when they had a big party I could hear the music but it wasn't loud enough to stop me sleeping and I sleep lightly. My son accidentally left the cooker on one day luckily the staff caught it before it was an issue/fire(no damage at all) and they were very helpful about the situation. The cleaning ladies came every day to clean the rooms out all very nice ladies. I had my room upgraded free which was very kind of them I had a huge space with a living area and separate bathroom and kitchen and amazing sea view from bed. The bed was comfortable but was actually two smaller beds pushed together and one was slightly lower so I just stuck to one side and it was fine. My room had great views of the beach sea and the restaurants and air conditioning was great. The rooms are a little run down and could do with some modernisation but that doesn't bother me it was clean and comfortable. They offer water sports on the beach for some reason they never approached me and my son I suspect it is because I am mixed race and so they didn't realise we were 'tourists' too I saw them approached many white tourists on the beach. They have a swimming pool at this resort but I didn't try it as the sea was very close and I prefer the sea! Overall I would say I loved this resort and would recommend it and I would stay there again.

Did not stay at the hotel. We stopped by from a cruise ship. The staff at the restaurant were friendly and helpful. The location is quiet, water is beautiful and the atmosphere is laid back. The Buffalo wing sauce is HOT! πŸ™‚ Our server;Jody-Ann was super. Thanks for a wonderful afternoon break!

Good little resort right on frigate bay. Staff is friendly, they cleaned room daily which I wasn't used to renting condos, was a nice surprise. Right by little strip of Beach bats, good nightlife.

We got one of the cheaper rooms here (just a bed and a bathroom) because we were only staying 2 nights before heading over to Nevis. They are very outdated, and we had ants crawling in the window sill. There were no towels in the bathroom and the WiFi was super spotty, and the TV channels wouldn't work. We asked the front desk about the towels and they sent some up right away. When we inquired about the WiFi and TV channels, they couldn't get them to work so they actually moved us to an upgraded room that had a beach view and full kitchen, and working WiFi and TV. Although the bedding and decor is outdated, the beds are too firm for me, and there were still a few ants near the kitchen window, the service was higher than expected and the staff very friendly. The beach is right there with several restaurants to choose from. Within walking distance to a little grocery store (Ram's Express) and coffee shop/restaurant (Rituals which was ok and Coconut Grove which I totally recommend). 10 minute taxi to Port Zante for shopping.

This hotel is in a really good location and has the Caribbean sea on its doorstep. The rooms are spacious and have everything you need. They are cleaned daily. The hotel is opposite the strip, a series of shacks serving food and drink. Also a short walk from other nearby restaurants. I would recommend the hotel as it makes a relaxing break with facilities on the door step. Would recommend.

The floor was dirty and looks dingy, also the toilet water won't stop running and couldn't get the customer service representative on the intercom to send someone to fix it. I guess it was simply a reflection of the price of staying the weekend which was pretty affordable. So in summation it's an 'ok' experience for the price.

Literally just called to ask about the summer special and the receptionist gave me attitude because I asked her to repeat what she said.

If you are an easy breezy traveler this us the resort for you! I give 5 stars for the location and amazing staff. Beach access and pool are fantastic. And we were located right across from the strip. Food and groceries are within walking distance but we are happy we rented a car to see the beauty of the island. The kitchen was a fully functioning, however we had to be creative with pots, pans and measuring cups. No toiletries were supplied other then soap but I always bring my own anyway. Very happy with our stay.

A friend and I stayed here over the new year period. The room was large and open -with plenty of sunlight and a view of the beach! The staff were very accomodating, professional, and helpful. The food at the cafe was wonderful, as well as the Strip across the way easy to walk to. Highly recommend staying. The kitchen and larger room was great for a longer, economical stay

We stayed two nights at the Timothy Beach Resort before moving on to a villa ... the room was quite good (clean, spacious, with a nice view). Staff was professional and helpful. The location was great -- close to the beach and its strip of restaurants and beach bars. We brought our own toiletries since some reviewers said the resort did not provide them, but our room had soap and shampoo. While we had a rental car, it wasn't necessary to have one here ... there is a lot to do and see (and eat and drink) within walking distance.
