Very large property with multiple detached buildings spread over a campus. While there are renovations underway, overall the property is very well maintained and staffed. We were able to get our preferred room during check-in and have been very happy with the units location, view, layout, cleanliness and condition. Everything works great. The staff are superb. Everyone we've encountered has been extremely friendly and helpful, their professionalism has been essential to our experience and they go beyond their duties to make sure the guests are taken care of. Highly recommend.

We've had a lovely stay here. The accommodations are spacious and comfortable. The staff is friendly and helpful. We spent two full days at the resort, two days sightseeing, another two at nearby beaches. It was always great to return to our rooms. It's the off season, so is fairly quiet - as we like it. Oh, and the pizza is delicious! There's also a store, Ram's, a few steps away where we picked up items for breakfast, lunch, and snacks.

The hotel is very nice. It has nice restaurants and a beautiful beach. Service is on island time which is much slower... maybe order 2 beers at a time? The food is good and the breakfast is very nice. A continental breakfast for platinum members is much more than a normal continental in other locations and worth it instead of the points. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. I absolutely recommend this hotel!

Excellent stay at the Hotel, rooms were clean and big. The staff was friendly and a pleasure to deal with. Their breakfast buffet was really good and the selection was many. The pool was nice and clean and big. There was a pizza hut next to the pool but I didn't try it.

Nice resort. Large pool, bar in pool, one hot tub, large sitting area around the pool. Nice Beach, snorkeling. It's 3.5 km from downtown. I was told no public buses allowed to stop at the Marriott Resort and no Uber. It's a Local law. Must take taxi. Cost of $20.00 USD each way.

Lovely resort and very friendly staff. We had a 2 bedroom 2 bath villa in the Canada house which was clean and well equipped. We didn’t spend much time at the resort (we love to explore), but we enjoyed the lobby bar (Shashi is the best!), lunch at the beach bar, and steak dinner at Fire. Would definitely stay there again.

We had a wonderful vacation stay at Marriott Vacation Club in St. Kitts. Very friendly staff, restaurants were great, location is excellent. Facilities were clean and up-to-date. Many restaurants are walkable as well as a pharmacy and grocery store.

Great hotel with superb service. Beach is gorgeous and location is great, just across the street from a supermarket and restaurants.

Awesome resort on the Island of St Christopher (Kitts). Amazing surroundings. Beach was covered in seaweed though. Nothing the hotel could do about that but there were options to bus to a seaweed free beach over on the other side. There are several restaurants at the resort. The food on average was about a three star out of five. The best food is at the local restaurants off the resort property. Rooms were very nice.

Just completed stay Thur 11/25/23. The staff and mngmt at Marriott StKitts couldn’t be nicer and more professional. Michael the front desk manager provided courtesy fitting my Marriott status showing flexibility and responsiveness . The grounds are well kept and nearby amenities (shopping / grocery) easy to access with 5-10 min walk . We ate at LaCucina where the Italian was surprisingly authentic… very nice touches on the plates , great focaccia bread, and the salads, pasta sauces :chicken dishes very flavorful . The problems with seaweed are a bit overblown from prior reviews . The beach is swept well and wind prevalent so there is little note of the natural seaweed . It’s our first time in StKitts and thanks to this property… motivated to return .

Nice place, friendly staff. We stayed in the vacation club villas, in Turtle Bay building, 2 bed 2 bath ocean view. Ocean view was nice as advertised, bedrooms were very large and comfortable with 2 queens in the second bedroom. Kitchen and living areas had everything you could need. Grounds were all in good shape aside from brown grass, but it was really hot and no sprinkler system. Pools were huge and nice, staff were always welcoming and asking how we were doing. Beach was fine, seaweed washing up daily is a problem but we used it anyway. Nice that they have lounge chairs and sun huts for free use. Overall a nice Marriott and would stay there again. Oh the pizza place had really tasty pizzas and the pool bar and grill had decent sandwiches. Didn't eat anywhere else on site. Fitness area in good shape with great selection of equipment.

Traveled to the island to visit family who are living there while attending veterinary school. The location worked for walking the resort's beach, also to some nearby shops and restaurants when we wanted something different. Service here was really good.... friendly staff, accommodated us when we had a leaking electrical outlet in our room as a result of hurricane Tammy, and ended up moving us to a larger, nicer suite. There were lots of people working on grounds and buildings all the time, it clearly takes a lot of maintenance to keep this place up and I felt it was in the shape expected for an island resort given the storms we witnessed. In other words, it's not brand new and we got what we paid for. It was a great trip and we appreciated the air conditioning at night as well as everything the resort had to offer. I recommend this place for anyone looking for a relaxing vacation. All you have to do is walk outside to the Atlantic Ocean or a pool or whirlpool.

Super friendly people! Not much to do in the off season though, which I did not expect. If you want to just relax and hang out at the pool it is perfect in September, though very hot and humid. Loved the cabanas by the pool, and at $30 for the day a great deal.

Fantastic experience. It started when we realized our room had a shared balcony and went down to the desk to change it 2 hours later. Not only was there no grief but she was extremely gracious about it and easily gave us another room. The pool was terrific and we even got a cabana one day which helps with the beating sun. The staff in the restaurants were great, but beware small portions! On a roll with eel....it was sliced thinner than the prison garlic in GOODFELLAS. Then in the Italian restaurant, the pasta was $20 and a $19 add-on for scallops and shrimp. Four 26-30 size shrimp, and Three "quarter diameter" scallops. I don't expect sea scallops to be silver dollars, but these were not even $.50 cent pieces. The grounds were great and the amenities were very nice.

Samantha at the front desk was awesome. During checkin she really made me feel welcomed as if I were part of her family. She offered things to do on the island, best local spots to shop and dine. Samantha is a true gem! Whenever she saw us, she always interacted with us and was full of smiles 😃

Most staff was a major help. Only problem I had is I wasn't able to get the front desk on the phone 2 nights in a row and had to walk down to get an answer to my questions. Other than that the facilities and accommodations were fantastic. Would love to visit again!!

Excellent front desk service. Fantastic helpful staff with getting taxis. Entertainment staff good fun. But not so friendly at the pool cafe. Good food though especially Arwee sushi bar. Amazing villa. Beautiful views. Clean and modern.

Large resort with good amenities located close to good night life and beach. Somewhat expensive for what is on offer including food choices. Service charge was included and extra gratuities are expected. Staff were friendly enough. My room was large and comparable with pull out sofa, coffee table, etc. Would have appreciated a working desk but I guess most go to vacation and not be on a laptop

Definitely an older property, but great food options right outside the resort and a grocery store across the street. Very friendly and accommodating staff that try their best with the older buildings. The few things we had in the resort were delicious. Pizza and the conch fritters are a must! Beach chairs need some updating, but there are plenty of them both at pools and on the huge beach. Was able to take an aerial photo from the plane just to show the massive place.

Hotel was great, Steph has been very accommodating and making you feel welcome. There's a casino in the hotel as well as some restaurants and also a really nice size pool area. Our stay here was definitely very nice

This location is split between hotel, time share and Marriott Club. As an Elite member it is confusing and perks are different depending how your staying. The gym, spa, and restaurants are good. The villas were comfortable and updated. Property has to be the largest on the island. Most of the staff are very welcoming.

About 10 minutes from the airport. The "bell hops" were nice and pleasant as well as the front desk staff. We had one of the villas so were outside the main hotel. It would have been nice to have a map of the property to see where things were. The room was pretty nice. Bed was comfortable. Shower good. Be aware there is no elevator in the villas, and if you're tired after traveling, the way the rooms are marked can be confusing. It looks like an arrow is going up for 1 room and down for the other, but what it means is after you open the door, one is to the left and the other to the right. There are 2 working pools right now. The 3rd is under construction. The hot tub is at the main pool. Some of the conference rooms aren't accessible inside the hotel - you have to go out and then back in. Some of the restaurants aren't open. The ones that are have great drinks, ok food, and terrible service. We were often waiting for 40 minutes to an hour from time of ordering to time of receiving your food. Beach is available with some cabanas.

When I made the reservations I told the person I was celebrating 21 years of marriage so I was expecting a a room well prepared, nothing of that sort. It was very disappointing, however, I try to make the best of my anniversary and my stay here. I extended my stay for an extra day and the lady in house keeping Josephine decided to decorate the room before we checked out tomorrow God's will. This is the condition of the furniture's we met in the room.

The resort is very pleasant despite ongoing renovations and the excellent shuttle bus beach service takes in great views and delivers good beaches and beach bars with first-rate Caribbean vibe. The cheerful hotel staff are very helpful and efficient…. their friendliness made a real difference

This was a beautiful resort. The staff were very friendly. They greeted you with a smile and hello whenever they passed. There is a grocery/liquor store (Rams) across the street which has all the basics you could want. Would definitely stay here again if I returned to St Kitts.

We had a 2 bedroom suite with full kitchen next to main pool, near the ocean. 1st floor so couldn't see the ocean from the room, but it was a 1 minute walk. Beach was beautiful but was covered in smelly seaweed. They did the best they could to clean it up. I loved having the large gym with the coffee shop right upstairs. I also got a very good manicure at the spa. Location was central to beaches, restaurants and downtown - need a cab, although some folks did walk to Frigate Bay.

Loved the ocean view, service is a little slack but overall staff are helpful. Unfortunately, the pool nearer to our room was under renovation. The rooms are clean, I like the full kitchen with oven, microwave, cooking utensils, and even a washer and dryer. Do make the stay feel easy and free. I will definitely book the place again for my next visit.

So. I am not rating the hotel just the lobby bar. I remember going there 7 or so years ago almost every evening after work. Loved the wine. A possible mix drink and man the sushi. Fast forward to last night. Darn it the tuna was still frozen. The roll oh dear. When I saw the wines on the shelf and realised i could buy better on the store next door I said nope.

When we walked into our suite we were immediately taken aback by the size of it! There was a mini kitchen area, a spacious living space with a tv. Our view from the balcony looked over the sea! It was gorgeous. It made for a beautiful view of the sunrise one morning. Our room had 2 beds and it's own access to the balcony which was very convenient. The room also had a walk-in closet. The shower was huge and so was the bath tub and jets! The room also had one and half baths and a bidet. Our housekeeper was so sweet and helpful! The employees by the pool were also very helpful! Breakfast every morning was a treat! We enjoyed our stay.
