To the management of this place: the people who work here have no sense of work ethics. Two days in a row at 8am in the morning there’s this local lady literally yelling in the hallway with another lady and a guy talking to each other and rolling a grocery cart the loudest way possible. Today she was knocking at every door, while she talked on her phone on speaker, ‘room service’ the loudest way possible with a high pitched throat scream. Don’t you know people come here on vacation??? I want to rest, not be waken up for room service. It’s 11 am now and she is still at the hallway with her phone on speaker yelling over the phone to whomever she is talking to.

I prefer rooms that has in a kitchenette and Sugar Bay Club was the ideal hotel for me. The room was spacious enough for two persons. The bathroom was also spacious.. The front desk person was nice and very understanding. Now not forgetting, the price is to die for. I spent three nights and got it for under 1000EC. Be sure to book at Sugar Bay when you're visiting St. Kitts.

The manager Singh is only a phone call away from resolving any issues that you may have. Central location in frigate bay and right next to the Rams mini market! Pools are awesome and the staff are excellent 5/5

Nice for a quick getaway, however, housekeeping needs some work. I’ve had rooms with dirty floors and another with a stain on the pillow and a shaver found in the bathroom. During these Covid times cleanliness should be a priority. I hope this can be improved on because it’s not a bad place.

Great location and next door are places for a great breakfast, good dinner, pizza takeout, and mini grocery store. Casino 200 yards away. Rooms are very comfortable and staff very attentive. Rooms with mini kitchen, rooms with full kitchens, and 2 bedroom cabins on site too. Recommended.

Great place to stop, especially if you need an ATM! They offer only EC money, so make sure you take that into consideration. I did look at a room to stay in, the view was amazing but it was lacking a sense of warmth. Otherwise, total recommend for a cost savings.

So far, so good! Great value in October. The staff is a mixed bag; most courteous and helpful, one or two who try to avoid being helpful or even being kind. Be prepared for lots of renovation work in 2017. One side of the club looks pretty rough, but that is the nature of construction. In our 4th day and liking it even better every day.

My review is on the responsiveness of the management team. I had booked but unfortunately was no longer able to stay. The management were very understanding and accomodating of my requests. Thank you Sugar Bay Club and I look forward to staying there in the future!

Staff made you feel like old friends. It was quite when we went and we had the free form pool to ourselves, nice relaxing break

This place is well past its prime. Best that can be said is that it's clean.

Not anywhere near as described on Expedia. It is not on the water and the place is an antique that did not age well. Find another location for your vacation

It's a bit run down. Can't swim or walk on the beach there. Too much seaweed. But! For the price. A nice seaview room and only a short walk to a nice beach with lots of restaurants.
