    We stopped here in the way back to Chicago, and I have never in my life had an order be so absolutely wrong. Order #474. I asked for a spicy cluck, only cheese bacon ketchup and mustard. What is on the receipt is a mess that makes zero sense. What I got was a chicken sandwich with lettuce and mayo. I also asked for a sourdough jack, only ketchup and mustard. Again, what is on the receipt is a hot jumbled mess. What I got was a sourdough jack with mayo and ketchup. Absolutely, and by far, THE worst order experience I have ever had in my life

    My problem is that the door is never open during dining hours. No matter what time you go up there. Lately there has been kids sitting in the dining room like their mom bought them to work with her. It's just a waste of time to even try and get inside. Nor everyone owns a car. I think corporate needs to reevaluate this location and hire new workers that have a consistent babysitter

    Tonight my experience was terrible! The lady in the window attitude was nasty and I didn’t have a whole piece of grill chicken on my salad just scrapes of chicken! I complained about and told it was a whole piece smh!

    Cam to the drive thur at 4:30 pm on 9/6 and waited 30 min to place order and 30 more minutes to get almost to the window before driving off. Poor service and timely service and needs Some attention from corporate

    My experience is if you don't have a car, you can't order food. Would love to have had this as an option for lunch, but apparently I'm too poor to have access to this business. Can't afford extra delivery fees through 3rd party apps. Oh well! Guess I'll have to find a different place to walk to & spend my money. Bad for anyone who doesn't have access to a car.

    It's average I guess, not the best, it can be a hit or miss at times... idk what's up with keeping the doors locked every time I go up there. Hopefully they'll let you hit up the drive through if your on foot, depends on uow busy they are at the time...

    I love Jack in the Box every since I was a Lil girl. My favorite always been the famous 🌮 🌮🌮 🌮. But the egg rolls are awesome as well! An the oreo shake🤦‍♀️ Thank you Jack for always keeping it real❤️❤️❤️‍🔥

    Ordered breakfast jack was out of ham ask for bacon got just egg sandwich even though I paid for bacon, then ordered 12 tacos which was 6 orders of two got 6 tacos went back threw drive thru told worker he goes 6 tacos I got hun 6×2 is 12 no it's not, yes sir it is oh ur right , finally got my 12 tacos no ranch , no sweet and sour sauce no bacon hmm nope.

    Nothing I ordered was right. This has been a norm now when I choose Jack. How hard is "PLAIN". I don't know about you, but I like hot fries, even semi warm! I was so looking forward to eating my burger and fries... I'm done wasting money on this franchise!

    I understand fast food is hard, but if people who come there and dont ahve an attitude dont deserve the treatment I just got from them. I dont have a car so I have to walk there. So I get there and the lobby doors are locked. They make walk ups go to the drive through window, which is not professional and gettho. I go to the drive through and tell them I have a doordash pick up and they tell me my order is not at that location. Which is wired, if Im picking up for myself, doordash would not send me somewhere thats 5 mins away. So they lied. And refused to check me order or see where it came from. They should robots replace them, but then again what other jobs can they get lol.

    I know its fast food...but over $17 for I can't even explain...And the picture is of the better looking tacos...my daughter asked where is the meat..I had No answer

    nobody in the drive, i was the only one inside, they had 5 people working and nobody bothered to take my order. waited probably 10 mins before walking out. they had more time to gossip than to take my order. workers went outside and back in several time amd didnt bother washing thir hands. another one cleaned the floors and didnt bother washing their hands.

    I could have sworn JITB does not start your food until you order... Not anymore, because after paying 15+ dollars for a combo I almost chip my tooth on an cold, old, reheated burger. My advice is to save your money and make a cheeseburger at home.
