    In person ordering is generally pretty good, but online is often far off. Always something wrong about the order, but generally is pretty small. However, I just picked some up and they forgot an entire menu item on top of being late. This has happened multiple times with one where I ordered a bowl with guacamole on the side and received the picture below. I was charged $13 for it and couldn’t go back as I was already over an hour out. Go in person to be safe, not even worth the points

    I've tried this location multiple times and every single time I order online, not only is the order not ready when the app tells me it should be available, it's 15-20 minutes extra wait time bare minimum. There are no associates that offer any help or explanations. The associates don't even read the name of the order or try to find the customer that's waiting on the items - making every customer have to come up to the counter to read the name on the bag every time a new order pops up - *Multiple times* I have seen customers yelling out the names that are on the orders rather than associates doing anything to offer assistance and basically ignoring what's happening in front of them. As I'm typing this review there are no less than 10 people waiting in the Online Pickup area. No one has offered an apology and every customer looks disgruntled by the lack of service. Multiple associates have walked by the line of people to grab a drink from the soda fountain and joking with each other. There was even an associate behind the counter complaining loudly about the "service industry" as there were 10+ people waiting in line. I'm currently 17 minutes behind my 720pm Pickup time and haven't even been looked at by an associate once. Not expecting 5 star service from Chipotle but this is inexcusable. It's clear there is a management issue at the Edina location, especially during the 6-10pm hours. Edit: The attached picture was the product of me waiting over 20 minutes from my Pickup time for 1 burrito.. I won't be returning to this location.

    Probably the worst Chipotle visit so far. I love chipotle and everywhere I travel I get the crave to go visit the newest location. I went for dinner with my toddler and they were out of fajitas, guacamole, chips and apple juice. Most bottle drinks. This location is poorly managed. Very disappointed of this visit.

    I ordered a full burrito bowl with, cheese, lettuce, hot sauce etc. this is what I got - literally steak and rice. WOW! How does one F up so bad? This location is horrible and never gets anything right.

    This place is filthy and gross. I can’t believe they haven’t been shut down by the health department. There was trash everywhere, even under the cash register table. If it looks this bad in all the places the public can see, I can only imagine how bad it looks in the back. Expected to see a rat come running by the table. They were also out of things like chips. What happened to Chipotle? They used to be a nice place to stop by for a meal.

    I'm sure the workers are great people, but my wife is pregnant and wanted Chipotle at 9:30pm. The door says 10:00 p.m., online says 10:00 p.m., and the written sign on the door says 10:00 p.m., but they're closed at 9:25. Not the greatest customer service!

    This chipotle location is so poorly managed, 1 star is generous. The store hours are never properly updated and change almost daily. When you enter the store 4 people can look at you before anyone offers to help. I will be taking my business anywhere but here.

    Hands down the worst chipotle I’ve ever had to deal with. There is 17 people in the lobby waiting for food. No orders up at all. My food was supposed to be done 20 minutes ago. No apologies for the delay, they don’t call out orders when they do come. So all 17 people have to look for their name. Workers are laughing at all the people waiting. They should shut this location down immediately. Horrible service. Avoid at all cost.

    What’s happening at this chipotle? Out of the several doors we tried, the only door that was open was the patio door. There was not a sign or anything, another customer had to explain to us that this was the only open door. They were only accepting online orders, yet the line was wrapped around the restaurant of people waiting for online orders. I’ve never seen such a poorly run chipotle. I can understand being understaffed, but this felt as though it was a soft opening!

    I’ve officially given up on this “restaurant”. Food is always cold and/or they are out of ingredients that’s if you can even find them open. Unpredictable hours and days that ignores what they have on their website and door was understandable when civilization restarted but it’s been a year now… better service and food can be found anywhere.

    This is by far the worst Chipotle I’ve ever been to. Today the pinto beans had turned to refried beans. The food is old and of poor quality. The store seems to be run by teenagers whose main focus is giving free food to their friends. There is always a group of kids smoking pot in front. The counter top is always covered in old food that they will drag your container through. They just do not care. If I could give zero stars I would. I’m surprised this place is even open.

    There are other Chipotles in the area, this one's clearly mismanaged. Not the first time I've had issues but after so many over a long period of time I feel necessary to leave a poor review. I mean, it's a Chipotle, but they're always behind on pick up orders and the cleanliness could be improved. After waiting many many times past the window of pickup, on this occasion an extra 45 minutes pasted the arranged time, I was told there was no chips and then I would need to go through the online portal to get my money back. This was after getting a scowling glance from the person behind the window telling me there's no chips and going right back to work without an apology or explanation.

    The service has been terrible several months, but tonight was particularly special. Arrived at 5:40pm and once again was told they had no vegetables available (haven’t had grilled vegetables for months, regardless of the time you go). When I asked for chips and salsa (because I saw 2 bags of chips on the shelf still available), the young female worker just stared at me, as though she was trying to figure out my request. 30 seconds later, a male worker from the back came through the doors and took both bags of chips and left to the back again. The female then turned around, looked at the shelves, and said, “no, we don’t have any chips.” When I told her I saw the chips, she told me that “online orders take priority.” So I paid for my bowl and left. Got home to eat my bowl, and FOUND HAIR IN MY FOOD. Absolutely disgusting.

    AVOID this Chipotle, had an awful experience. Ordered a salad bowl and they didn’t have fajita veggies or the vinaigrette—so I paid $10 for plain lettuce and half a scoop of chicken. 👍Extremely annoyed that my salad bowl and my fiancé’s rice bowl were barely filled (see photo). The workers there were also rude, snarky, and snappy with us. The girl at the register was making side remarks and giving us attitude. Save yourself the money and go to Zupas nearby, you’ll get great service there and you’ll ACTUALLY get a good meal for the same price. This made it clear to me that Chipotle is in it’s downfall, we don’t be coming here (or any chipotle) anymore.

    This place is absolutely disgusting. Nothing is clean. Floors, tables, windows all filthy. Burrito was bad and made wrong. I should have turned around and walked out of there. Plus online order only. This isn't the only chipotle that looks this way...Where are your standards Chipotle? I submitted a complaint via email as well.

    This location is consistent at one thing and that is getting your orders wrong, not having items in stock and being dirty. AND no, it is not a supplier issue as the Richfield location never has these issues. Its clearly the management. Example: Ordered a chicken burrito and a chicken bowl for delivery. The items we received we missing chicken, beans and veggies, but included plenty of undercooked rice. On top of that what was received was not even edible it was that bad. This is NOT the first time with this type of experience at this location, it is consistent. It closest to us so always have the hope that maybe they will get their act together, but nope. Chipotle need to consider either taking over this location or shut it i down, it is doing a grave disservice to the brand.

    I walked in and there wasn't any line. 3 employees were chatting near the register. For the entire time I was there, not a single one of them ever came over. They knew I was there; they just didn't care at all. I decided to leave after standing there for 5 minutes because if they don't want to serve me then I don't want to eat there. After looking at these other reviews, now I know why there wasn't anybody else there. Won't be wasting my time here again.

    Just received a burrito for a toddler from here, not the chipotle you are seeking if you want a proper sized food item. Also they don’t allow for any refunds when an order is messed up just an FYI. Can’t even talk to a human to help.

    The food is amazing, but the online ordering system is completely dysfunctional at this location. I believe I have ordered 3 times and all 3 times it was messed up. Once they accepted my order from the app, charged my credit card, but when I arrived there was a sign saying it's closed and to call a phone number to get refunds. After being on hold with that number for 10 minutes, I gave up. My last order, two items were missing. I contacted them through the app saying I was charged for these items but did not receive them. I was e-mailed back saying I would be refunded. That was a month ago; I still have not received a refund despite e-mailing them reminding them of this issue. Update: One week after this review, I get an email saying "here is your promo code for compensation." No elaboration beyond this. Nothing about what I would be getting from said promo code. Most frustratingly, it had to be redeemed from the online ordering system that I reported is broken at this location. I entered the promo code one day after receiving it. Guess what? It's expired. Sick joke, Chipotle.

    Random hours, often doesn't take in-person orders, this store is annoying and unpredictable. even checking the app is no guarantee they're even open. Find another location, this one is never worth the hassle.

    This used to be such a good location it went so far downhill. Since Chipotle is such a huge franchise I could only hope they’d realize how important more locations here in the Twin Cities/Edina are but hopefully if they don’t shutdown they get new management and find more employees… But in the meantime just do not bother going here it’s not worth it, it’s pretty unlikely you’ll get any quality experience or food at this location sadly.

    For years I have gotten Chipotle almost weekly. I have been to this location only a few times but this specific time during the noon rush was phenomenal service! The man working on the line was super speedy and on top of his game. And the lady at the register was super friendly. These two make a phenomenal team and a welcoming Chipotle environment! Definitely recommend this location.

    This has to be the worst chipotle I’ve ever been to. They’re always out of chips, they mess up online orders, lose online orders, and some days they’re closed in the middle of the day. The employees are usually very nice but that’s about all I can say that’s positive about this location.

    Long lines on Tuesday at this location, only open until 3 p.m, short-staffed is thr common reason. It was noisy, had low portions sizes, and not as good. I had to ask repeatedly to add more veggies and pollo was really skimpy, which was a shame. The scoop sizes must have gone down or it is just this location. Chipotle is a multi- million $$$ Corp and cab afford to be generous with portions, for this who ask, without extra charges. ainxr they have already raised prices of their foods. I stayed until closing times and saw how the employees heaped their portions for their meals. They were out of the green Tabasco, as well.

    The staff need to clean this place up. Nothing wiped down. Dirty pots and pans visible and stacking up. Mess all over the counters. Running out of food. No chips no rice. Staff visibly upset with one another. I don’t know who or where the manager was but this place needs an overhaul.

    6 people from our office ordered lunch and only 1 order was correct. Customer service only offers a refund or a BOGO item so one person drove over to Chipotle to ask them to fix it, which actually frustrates me because I am pregnant at work and since every ingredient in my bowl was wrong (literally, all of them, it's not at all what I ordered) I'm just hungry and want to eat lunch. In addition, we paid $20 per person for 1 meal each for delivery and 2 people are left with nothing to eat and the third had to take time out of her workday to drive there to get it fixed herself. NO THANKS.

    It’s 12:07 and the food is not ready. 25 people in line. The napkins and straws were out. No ice in the fountain drink machine. Once I received my Roger it was very good and fresh!

    This is my first time to this location in a while and I immediately noticed a difference in staffing since the last time I was in. Truly impressed with the kindness in todays team. Maybe I was lucky, but I think this chipotle has listened to the reviews and handled them accordingly. 5 stars ⭐️

    Workers did a good job. I didn't have any confrontation with employees, infact the cook was in good spirits. Food was not out of stock, the preparer's let the cook know what was needing to get refilled BUT I have Never seen a chipoltle running with so few employees (1 cook, 1 cashire, 1 preparer) Portions were regular for Chipotle Lots of people , very busy.

    Ordered online. I was SEVERELY underserved on my burrito portions. Once I got home I was happy as a clam ready to dig in to my burrito only to find it was the size of a toddlers forearm. I COUNTED INGREDIENTS! Absolutely ridiculous. Lucky me was given a replacement burrito and full refund after contacting customer support. Never going back!
