Stopped here on a jeep tour and picked up some chocolate. Very flavorful. Bon bons, cookies and basically everything tasted wonderful. Nice clean modern buildout and people were very friendly.

We recently visited this place as part of a Chocolate & Rum day excursion organised via our Resort with an independent operator. To be honest, I wasn’t too keen to do it as I’ve previously done something similar with Hotel Chocolat and frankly the whole tasting different percentages of dark chocolate is quite boring and not appealing as whilst I do have a love for chocolate, that is not it. But my wife was keen so I just went with it. The premises is very nice, clean and products are well presented in the shop area. The staff are also well presented with very clean uniforms but at the same time seem a little bored. They talked us through things, smelled a few beans etc, poured chocolate into our own moulds then sprinkled on various additional ingredients that were there like chilli, salt etc. you then wait in the shop for about 30-45 mins or you can go upstairs to the cafe area which fair play has some stunning views. Then once our moulds have set we get our chocolate bars and leave. My one was inedible due to the chilli and salt, I’d put on too much but I’d just copied what everybody else was doing! Personally I wouldn’t of bothered with it, and wouldn’t go again but my wife enjoyed it a bit more so I’ve given it 3-stars on that account plus the fact it was well turned out/clean etc.

Enjoyed the visit during a recent trip to Saint Lucie. The setting is magical. Overlooking the lush green landscape and a view of the harbor. The dark wood floors and furniture were a visual compliment the greenery. We had lunch and enjoyed the desserts, My vegetable burger wasn't too good, The ciabatta roll was too thick for the patty. We did a bean to bar tour Good visit and nice chocolate experience.

My visit to CACOA in St. Lucia was an absolute treat for both the senses and the taste buds. This charming chocolate-making experience exceeded my expectations in every way, offering a perfect blend of education, fun, and, of course, delicious chocolate. The first thing that struck me was the impeccable presentation. CACOA's setting was not only inviting but also beautifully designed to showcase the art and science of chocolate making. The moment I stepped inside, I was greeted by the intoxicating aroma of cocoa, setting the stage for a memorable adventure. The highlight of the visit was undoubtedly the opportunity to make our own chocolate bars. The hands-on experience was both educational and interactive. The staff at CACOA guided us through every step of the process, from roasting and grinding the cocoa beans to adding our preferred mix-ins like nuts, dried fruits, and spices. It was incredibly satisfying to witness the transformation of raw ingredients into a silky, velvety chocolate concoction. This immersive experience allowed us to appreciate the craftsmanship behind chocolate production and gave us a newfound respect for this delectable treat. What made CACOA stand out even more was the passion and knowledge of their staff. They shared intriguing insights into the history of cocoa cultivation in St. Lucia and its significance to the island's culture. Their enthusiasm was contagious, making the tour not just informative but also engaging and entertaining. As for the final result – the chocolate bars we created – they were simply divine. Each bite was a symphony of flavors, and the customizable aspect allowed us to tailor the chocolate to our own preferences. The quality of the cocoa used was evident in every mouthful, and I couldn't resist indulging in more than a few bites. In conclusion, CACOA in St. Lucia offers a delightful experience for chocolate lovers and curious travelers alike. The great presentation, interactive chocolate-making process, and the passion of the staff combine to create an unforgettable adventure. If you're looking to satisfy your sweet tooth while gaining a deeper appreciation for the art of chocolate making, a visit to CACOA is an absolute must.

We stopped here for lunch and to look in the chocolate shop. We were a bit after lunch time but still got served and the restaurant was very quiet. The views from the top were amazing - what a place to eat! We had the Sunday creole lunch menu (although it was a Monday) which seemed like local food (lots of sides etc) and was VERY good. Nice touch to have a bit of chocolate in the main dish. The service was a little slow, but very friendly and kind. Reasonably priced - more expensive than local food places but the experience was obvious great and food worth it. Toilets lovely. Thought the chocolate in the shop was all very expensive. Would have been nice to have a cheaper option to try/take home - and then might have been won over to buy more!

Enjoyed every minute of my chocolate tour and making experience. Best cocoa in the world is found right here in St Lucia. I learnt things I didn’t know about cocoa although my family has grown and harvesting cocoa for years.

From the moment you enter, you’re greeted by rich chocolate aroma…so inviting. The ambience and decor is on point. The chocolates are beautifully packaged and displayed. The staff and owner are super friendly. The chocolate making workshop was fun. I think its worth the experience. Kudos to this small business owner 👏🏾

We bought items from the store only and did not eat in the restaurant. This is an upscale chocolate confectionery with a large variety to select from. The chocolate is delicious and the flavors are really good. There wasn't a lot of plain milk chocolate which some in our group wanted.

A fun rally drive up and around plenty of S curves to get here from Soufriere. Lovely handmade chocolates and desserts. Plus a restaurant with an incredible view. Photos from restaurant. We bought the most delicious chocolate banana bread to take away and enjoyed a chocolate latte up top. This is worth a visit. We wanted to go back for a meal but didn’t have time, we saw what others ate and it looked fantastic.
