Love love love! I am not one to stay in one place during vacation but I found myself at peace on the resort and didn’t have an urge to leave. During our stay, the resort was at 40% occupancy due to COVID, which attracted us to the resort as well as the high praise for family. We were warmly greet by staff and their ongoing care throughout our visit lulled us into a state of relaxation. The daily spa options were addictive and lead by an expert team. Multiple food options to meet our dietary needs and our strive for healthy eating. The beach and pool staff were attentive and friendly and the areas kept impeccable and clean. I’m excited about many happy returns to BodyHoliday.

As returning guests to the BodyHoliday we were a little nervous that standards would have dropped due to Covid restrictions but we needn't have worried, it was as excellent as ever. Yes, there were some extra, common sense, measures such as mask wearing in common areas and temperature checks but this just made us feel more confident in their care for guests and staff. Our whole experience was wonderful but we were particularly impressed with the housekeeping of our room throughout our stay, the quality of the food in each of the restaurants (even better than last time), the Water sports equipment and team and the Wellness centre therapists. It was obvious throughout our stay that the staff we met had embraced the BodyHoliday service ethos and we very much appreciated it, thank you!

Had an outstanding experience at the Bodyholiday. The food is exceptional, with lots of variety and they cater to vegetarians. Great breakfast choice. The staff were always helpful and friendly. Love that there are so many activities available but there's no pressure to join in. The beach in front of the hotel has some great snorkelling. Will definitely return soon.

First time here, but I get why most are returning guests. Special recognition to Ian and Jennifer who are not only brilliant dance instructors, but truly make every guest feel special. They definitely passed on their passion to me and I can't imagine going back to my normal routine and hope they will be back soon which would make me a returning guest too! A lot of people made my stay wonderful: I don't have all the names of the staff but Mabel (housekeeping) , Mindy and Shakil (bodyguards) stood out to me.

Lovely resort; warm, friendly staff! I recently spent seven lovely days at BodyHoliday Saint Lucia and can honestly say that this was the best all-inclusive resort that I have stayed at so far. It seems to me that the mission of the staff is to make guests feel as welcome and comfortable as possible. The welcome that I received from the staff members who were on duty at the concierge desk when I arrived set the tone for a relaxing and enjoyable stay at BodyHoliday. Everyone whom I interacted with who worked at the hotel worked tirelessly … the staff at the various restaurants, at the bar, on the beach, at the spa, the "activities" staff, the concierge desk, housekeeping, maintenance … everyone. The food was delicious. I particularly looked forward each day to the buffet lunch as well as to the afternoon tea, and the service by the staff at the various restaurants was wonderful. They were very attentive. The grounds at the resort were lush and immaculately kept and contributed to one’s feeling of tranquility. (The birds also enjoyed being there.) I enjoyed immensely the six massages I received during my stay. Having certain spa services included in the all-inclusive package is an extremely attractive feature and that is one of the reasons I plan to return to this hotel. (Upgrading one of the all-inclusive spa services to receive a hot stones massage was also a treat!) An excursion out with Marlon to see the Pitons and Soufriere was worth it. He is fun and quite informative. A visit to the Botanical Gardens was also time well-spent. I do hope to return to this lovely hotel.

Perfect holiday. Staff were amazing without exception. We were made to feel so welcome. Food great. Treatments world class. Facilities amazing. Already booked for next year. 2 minor criticisms....the coffee is bad, so bad. The scones with the afternoon tea needs proper clotted cream, I think they use cream from a can. As I said these are minor 1st world issues and should not stop anyone from going.

Where to begin in trying to capture the essence of a solo trip at the BodyHoliday in St. Lucia?! When preparing for my trip to the BodyHoliday, I thought it can't possibly deliver what it says it does - "Give us your body and we'll give you back your mind" is a pretty big statement! But in my experience, it gave me back so much more. I spent one week in the magical BodyHoliday in March of 2022 on a solo holiday, my first trip since covid began! I was open to spending the week on my own kept busy by the expansive list of activities but I also knew that the BodyHoliday uniquely positions itself as catering to those solo travelers who want to maybe dine with others in the evening. The communal dining was actually a great way to start my experience at the BodyHoliday and is where I met three amazing friends with whom I dined and spent time with during the week - highly recommend checking it out if you are solo or a couple. The daily spa treatments are fantastic, just be sure to plan out your treatments at the start of your trip so you can take advantage of a scrub early on before the sunburn hits! It's also a good idea to plan early, so you can decide what other activities you'll do around your treatment. In terms of planning in general, starting your stay with the Welcome tour will really help orientate yourself for the week and give you an idea of the scale of activities on offer. If you are lucky enough to have Leah do your Welcome tour, you'll be taken care of by one of the kindest people who will do everything she can to make your stay even more amazing! Leah goes above and beyond just by being herself and was great in helping to organise additional activities for me. The yoga/mindfulness on the hibiscus deck was magical, the aqua aerobics is brilliant and no, it's not your typical OAP session! I completed my PADI certification with Curtis who was so nice and generous with his time! I was a little nervous but he completely put me at ease. In terms of food, you can't possibly go hungry here! There is food served around the clock and it is not only tasty but super healthy, with plenty of opportunities for "balance" with gorgeous cocktails and fab desserts! I stayed in one of the standard garden view rooms which are recommended for solo travelers. The room was perfectly clean, had all the facilities I needed and a very comfortable and massive bed to fall into at the end of the day. I slept here but I spent practically no time in my room. I think the BodyHoliday invests more in the amazing BodyGuards, hospitality, all their staff, food, activities and this is personally what I would rather see than investing more in the rooms - they are perfect as they are. Having said this, they also offer BEAUTIFUL luxury villas which we had an opportunity to see at the Wednesday night reception. Lastly, even though it was probably the highlight of my stay, my day trip with Marlon to the Pitons - if you go to the BodyHoliday and you don't book a trip with Marlon, you're not really experiencing the best they have to offer. Myself and a friend I made while staying at the BodyHoliday, booked Marlon to take us to the Piton, go to the waterfall and visit some spots along the west coast. The Pitons, the views, the scenery, the landscape were all stunning and spending the day getting to see St. Lucia was a true highlight of my stay. Marlon helped us tailor the day and was so flexible as the day went on as to the stops we wanted to go to, nothing we asked was too much and he made some suggestions (coffee and chocolate) that only added to the experience. There are many ways to see the West coast and indeed the Pitons, but the highlight of this day was Marlon's company. If it's not obvious, this was the trip of a lifetime and I can't wait for my next stay at the BodyHoliday.

Omg, great service, great food. Did I say enough about the staff? I repeat myself, the staff was fantastic, every one of them. The food was incredible. Had a really hot and personable guest host, Leon Taylor who just happened to run into the wife and me each morning at 6:15 to get coffee. He is as friendly as he is hot, just saying. Most guests at the resort are from the UK, with a few of us USA chaps to keep them on their toes. At least 2/3 of the guests were women. Car ride from airport to resort is 2 hours but we had two great drivers to show us around and answer our 100s of questions. The staff quickly learned our habits, I'm a creature of habit, so when I would sit near the beach, or in the piano bar, a beer would magically appear. The wellness center would address us by our names as we would approach; even though there were probably over 200 guests. Already planning next trip for wife and daughter. Note - Cricket Wireless phones do not work at BH nor at the airport.

Beautiful location. Wonderful weather (well near all of it was). My seventh visit. Cant say I was comfortable when I found out that the massage ladies do not get paid if the guest does not attend for the booked massage. Clients dont get a refund so I guess it goes to the companies bottom line. I really urge the company to review this practice. Food in the main was fantastic. Loads of super tasty GF and Vegan options. Shame no strawberries, blueberries and melon all too often under ripe. Would be nice of the owners and management talked to clients/guests rather than make us feel we dont exist. The lady who checked us out didnt ask anything about our break. She had no interest in us being happy or unhappy clients. I wish management and the owners would stop being so over confident and start to engage with clients and make us feel valued. Will definitely go again one day as we have never found anywhere which gets close to what this hotel offers.

Been to this resort several times and it’s always the most enjoyable vacation - being able to do everything from yoga to fitness and water sports and of course, the spa treatments which are spectacular! The Yoga and Pilates instructor, Lindsay is incredible - she is a professional acrobat, dancer and has studied yoga in India - she knows how to teach and demonstrate very well and makes each class so unique with many variations to accommodate beginners through to those more advanced. Given her professional career - she is also great at teaching Aerial Yoga!

Great holiday for those looking to completely unplug and reset ... And anyone with food sensitivities or allergies Shout out to all the chefs ...especially Juliana, for making my stay possible and just perfect. The activities are varied and have something for everyone. The staff are wonderful and the setting is rustic and beautiful. It was my 2nd time traveling solo and I will def be back. Loved me room this time. Oceanfront is def worth it.

We went in 2022 and loved it so much could not wait to return. We are going back in September with 4 other couples who are as excited as we are. The service is amazing, and 5 stars don’t say enough! The beach is beautiful and private. A blackboard full of activities from greets you every morning with options from yoga to boot camp work outs. Even a walk around the beautiful property is a vacation in itself… so serene and beauty all around you. Food options for every palate and diet.

Lovely resort. Adults only so nice and peaceful. Excellent service. Good quality food. Desserts could use some improvement. Massages every day are great IF you can get them scheduled properly, I found it cut the day in half a lot of times.

My husband and I joined our daughter, son-in-law and teen grandson for a trip to Body Holiday, so it was a multigenerational experience! Although many may go to BH for their varied & fun exercise classes & water sports opportunities (which are many and varied to every skill level), it is just as great to go to enjoy a more leisurely time -- the choice is yours! With a daily included spa treatment such as a chair or full body massage, facial, and body scrubs (and many additional options over the included ones you can purchase separately -- I added hot stones to my massages and it was fabulous!) - you really can enjoy your days there any way you'd like to schedule it. Our room was a nice king with comfy bed, nice bath with rain shower & ocean view and it was definitely a beautiful relaxing view out over the beach and ocean! Our group took full advantage of the activities & spa which you can schedule in advance online and we enjoyed it all. Our weather in paradise was beautiful and the rainy times were usually brief in the afternoon. Although my husband and I are seniors, we are fairly active and don't have mobility issues so we went at a little slower pace than some on our daily walks up the steps to the spa & gym area (located up a hill on the resort) but we looked at it as a little extra exercise and after a week it became easier! You are rewarded at the top with a beautiful view looking out over the resort to the ocean. Honestly what stands out the most, is the daily pampering you receive from kind, generous, and exceptionally skilled staff from morning to night! From housekeeping & turndown service including tea, to attentive food & beverage & towel service while lounging at the beach or pool, to fabulous breakfast, lunch, dinner & afternoon tea offerings, to evening entertainment (including a steel band, a great singer who encouraged dancing, etc.), the piano bar, and library/game room -- someone was always ready to pamper you with a smile and offer to bring you a drink or serve you! The food and restaurants were varied with indoor/outdoor seating that enjoyed ocean breezes, a Wellness cafe with yummie smoothies & salads/sandwiches, a grill, and delicious experiences at the "Windows" indoor restaurant (which was a lovely fine dining experience). Tao, the Asian fusion restaurant is exceptionally good as well. We found all the restaurant staff whether stopping in for a quick bite or a more leisurely meal to be attentive, helpful, and skilled. There's so much flexibility with the timing of breakfast, lunch, tea, and dinner offerings -- you never have to worry about going hungry and being forced to a certain schedule. Although BH focuses on providing variety of options, and healthy fresh ingredients at every meal, they spare no expense or effort in offering quality and varieties of luscious desserts, so no worries about being deprived of goodies -- they are exceptionally good and abundantly available as well! You should know that the trip by car from the airport to the resort does take about one and a half hours on twisty / winding roads, and so we were armed with ginger chews in the event it created any motion sickness but even the most sensitive in our group were fine thanks to the "gentle" and considerate driving of our driver. The hotel arranged car service for us ($50/per person each way) to/from the resort and I would definitely use their recommendation again! I see why my daughter & her family have made many Body Holiday trips and we were delighted to join in the fun!

** So many bug bites** I just arrived last night and when I woke up this morning, I had about 35 bug bites on my legs. The resort is nice with great food and spa service but I am struggling with all the bug bites. I wish the staff warned me when I arrived yesterday evening about the bugs.

My first solo trip to Body Holiday. Room was spacious, clean and tired. No balcony, but did have sea view which I was not expecting! Mosquitos - huge issue. Did request for my room to be sprayed every evening, not sure if this was done as I had new bites in morning. Food was great apart from Christmas eve evening which could have been warmer! As a solo traveller meeting at piano bar was fantastic, associating with other solo travellers and the body guard team and having evening meal all together was so much better than eating solo. Treatments were brilliant as well as activities provided. Staff were lovely and nothing was too much trouble. I did ask a member of staff what happens to all the guest left over food - to be told this gets thrown away. Staff can only eat food from the staff canteen! Maybe this needs adjusting! Staff can only receive guest tips once a year! Perhaps this needs addressing (ie maybe quarterly - as an assentive). Gift shop was overpriced! Would be nice if hotel could arrange local artesians to visit hotel early evening with their wares so that guests could purchase presents, as the airport is not great for gifts. Overall a great stay and looking forward to my next trip.

I will be back! My stay at the BodyHoliday was my favorite vacation ever. The staff are so friendly and accommodating, the food is great, the spa treatments are fantastic, and the facilities are modern, clean and beautiful. It is paradise!

Absolutely would go back in a heartbeat! Beautiful beyond belief, the spa is amazing, the views are breathtaking, the food is delicious. The service is definitely the problem here. Our reservations were messed up twice, service is very slow. Drinks spilled and food spilled on us (accidents do happen, understandably). There really should be an ATM on property bc it literally took 40 minutes to get cash at the concierge desk, not once but twice. Entertainment is brief, it would be nice to have some music past 6 by the beach. Overall, we had a great vacation. Every view is a postcard. Every bite of food is fresh and amazing. The spa is world class.

This was possible the best resort vacation experience we have had. The staff are incredible - very knowledgeable, helpful, welcoming and friendly. The food and service was outstanding, especially in the evenings at Tao, Cariblue and Windows. There was easily enough variety in the food through our 5 day stay. The room was fresh, modern, and pristinely clean. We took part in a number of the daily activities and there is definitely a very active vibe among the staff and guests. On that note, guests also contributed to the friendly and open atmosphere and there was ample opportunity to get to know others in the activities. Daily spa treatments are included and the Wellness Centre is quite beautiful. The gym is really well equipped with trainers on hand. While it is all inclusive, the resort is very skilled at upselling and we forked out several hundred extra dollars on irresistible options! So be prepared... The is a special focus on the wine with skilled Somilliers matching wines to your meals (at a price!!). We can highly recommend this resort!

Another excellent stay at the BodyHoliday. A special call out to Mindy in the bodyguard team whose enthusiasm and kindness is without bounds. Neil the tennis coach who strikes the right balance between praise and ‘could do better’ in his excellent coaching style and the Sherman the boat driver in the water ski team, is a very skilled driver and works hard to help beginner skiers and also engages with more capable skiers to ensure they have fun. As on previous trips the BodyHoliday surpasses all expectation with their winning combo of kind staff, excellent food and plenty of great activities. All topped off with a beautiful location and a treatment everyday. thank-you BH team !

Incredible experience at Body Holiday, visiting in June 2022. I don't normally write reviews, but feel inclined to in this instance. We were first timers (one of the relatively few) and couldn't have asked for more. From the moment we arrived, we were looked after and made to feel at home. The standard of everything - be it the food, service from the wonderful staff, choice of activities, treatments, accommodation (not that we spent much time there), range of entertainment- was just as we would have hoped for. We wouldn't ordinarily go for an all inclusive holiday, but this was everything we had hoped for and more. We're also not generally the type of couple of re-visit places again and again, but I'm sure we'll be back. Quick mention to how friendly the place is. If you want to, it's 100% the sort of environment that encourages you to interact with other guests, mainly because everyone is so happy to be there. You will make friends! Also, love how single-friendly the place is. I would absolutely go here as a single traveller. Final word - among its many other attributes, the staff are what makes Body Holiday truly special. Too many names to mention, but what an asset they are. Shout out to Sherman for getting me comfortable with wake boarding! Body Holiday really have nailed it imo. Thank you, and look forward to coming back.

My Wife and I arrived for a 2 week holiday over Christmas and the New Year. We found the staff especially Kalina, Chloe, Lise and Maeve to be not only very professional but extremely nice people and an asset to the company, because of them we extended our holiday for a further week. I recommend all golfers of any standard to take lessons from Edwin the resident golf pro.

Great place for physical and mental wellbeing. Spa treatments are very good. The offer of water sports is pretty extensive. All-inclusive resort. Good to go with friends or solo.

Outstanding seven night stay. The staff are excellent, very attentive especially Keema on the beach. The food was delicious and there is always a wide variety of options on offer. Drinks were always good too and evening entertainment was enjoyable. Water sports team are all lovely- thank you to Sherman for persisting with me water skiing. So many activities on offer. We highly recommend staying in one of the oceanfront suites the rooms were very spacious and the view was well worth paying a little extra for. We will definitely be returning.

Great location, fantastic facilities beautifully laid out, especially the impeccable activities went on from sunrise to sunset to accommodate and satisfy all needs. Daily spa treatment was wonderfully enjoyable. Staff are polite, considerate and respectful, particularly the one to mention is Steven whom I called an “unsung hero” working tirelessly behind the scenes to ensure the guests a pleasant stay. The only critic hints 4stars was the food and drinks which was good with many choices but not an excellent dine and wine experience given the price paid for.
