This week could have easily been the toughest week for me in 2020. However, because of the amazing work done by Urgent Care Mobile they have allowed this week to end better than it begun. On Saturday evening my aunt took ill. I took her to the clinic they provided fluids, sent us home and instructed me if she does not improve by Sunday morning take her to QEH. Sunday morning she was worse and QEH had no ambulance and I took the decision to request Urgent Care to send one of their doctors. Dr. Jordan arrived and a hour late QEH called to say they had an ambulance available; this was two hours after we had called them. I politely refuse their ambulance. Dr. Jordan spent 4 hours working on my aunt and by that time, Dr. Majek and Nurse Jacob had joined her. We (the family) had a choice to make; home management by Urgent Care or QEH. With QEH having issued their warning about lack of bed, and known nurse shortage, we choose to trust Urgent Care. It was the best decision. Dr. Jordan, Nurse Jacob, and Nurse Ince were amazing over the 5 days they cared for my aunt. They caught changes in her vitals that I doubt would have been caught without 24hr bedside care. They made my aunt feel calm, relax and even made her smile and laugh during what was easily a stressful and scary time for her. Even after me hiding in my car as I cried my eyes out for 30mins, I came back in the house to Nurse Jacob smiling and telling me everything would be ok. Dr. Jordan, Nurse Jacob, Nurse Ince, Dr. Majek, Dr. Simspon, Nurse Best, Nurse Vaughn and Head Nurse Akema. Thank you!!! Thank each and everyone of you for saving my aunt's life this week. My daughter had acute gastroenteritis and the normal doctor that we see here when we are on holiday. Couldn’t manage to visit us because she was so busy at her surgery. She suggested this company and, thank goodness, she did. When doctors make a home visit they normally come with the briefcase with a few things in it. In this particular case Dr. Roberts came with another medic, Taj, brought along a huge box with every conceivable medicine in it. In my daughters case, she needed to have a drip, faithful a catheter in her arm, and they were able to do it there and then. They were with us for one I would guess to be one an a half hours. Dr. Roberts also gave us a prescription for three different drugs. By the following day, my daughter was virtually perfect. I cannot recommend this company to my Lee, and we also found a callout fee to be very reasonable in the circumstances, that being both the doctor and a medic came. I cannot recommend this company.Highly enough.

While on vacation, I had a miscarriage and passed out. It was a bank holiday, but they were open. I am grateful for all that You do to help care for those of us in need of medical care. Thank You everyone

I had to call urgent care several times this week, and I am impressed by how thorough each doctor was. Each doctor took notes, asked many follow up questions, and did a great deal to get me better (meds, referrals, advice). They even called me after the visits to check in and see how I was. Highly recommend

Excellent service and excellent communication. Shanice was very fast at responding to my emails and very friendly. She was also very patient with some questions that I had. I needed a covid pcr test and the results were done in less than 24 hours. Alison did an excellent job at doing the covid test and was very professional, friendly and gentle. Used their house call service back in October 2021 when a family member fell ill and passed out briefly. The doctor (name evades me now) arrived quickly and was professional and really calming. I would definitely use their service again.

Absolutely fantastic. I have had six home visits already this year (fortunately I have one of their plans in place) and could not ask for better care. All the doctors I have seen have been so kind, caring and very skilled at doing IVs and blood tests. Coming from England this service is particularly impressive as they've been able to administer pain relief, take bloods and even do a rapid COVID test right here in my bedroom. All results have come through quickly and these are available online with visit notes if you are a member: which is invaluable when seeing specialists. They've visited me and arranged an ambulance for me in the middle of the night at one point, and referred me to some amazing specialists. Highly recommended to visitors and residents alike.

I had to use this service over the weekend in the most trying of circumstances and I was so absolutely impressed and grateful. Very professional, kept me up to date all along the way. Dr Wiltshire has a calm demeanor and kept everyone grounded. Two thumbs up.

I can't say enough good things about these doctors. They diagnosed and treated my hard headed father's walking pneumonia a few years back when they just offered the mobile service. Then while I was in Maryland my uncle here in Barbados became ill and it gave me great relief being able to have them treat him and bill me. Last week a day after arriving on the island my sister fell and was unable to bear any weight on her left leg. So because I felt she could possibly need an X-Ray we went in to their facility at "The Estates". From the time we entered the door until they wheeled her back to the car they did a phenomenal job of taking care of her. Even popping in from time to time to give us updates while we waited on the X-Ray results. They are now going to be the primary care center for my entire immediate family and me when we are in Barbados. Honestly I wish I could fly down from Maryland every time I am sick so they could take care of me as I have now found providers I trust completely but also treat patients like the priorities they should be.

The doctors and staff were amazing! They helped us feel better about this injury, they took their time and really helped us. While any injury on vacation is awful they gave us peace of mind and a plan to keep enjoying our vacation.

My father had a medical emergency while on vacation with me and we came to this facility. The place is very clean and modern. On the walk in everyone was very helpful and nice. The 1st encounter with the nurse wasnt so nice because she was treating him as if he was drunk vs him act being sick . After she realized the seriousness of his condition her attitude changed and she was fine. From the beginning the doctor (i believe her name was Dr Forde) was very professional and attentive. She asked questions without judgment, listened, fully assesed my father. and was compassionate with us. She moved fast after seeing how sick he was and kept us informed. She was amazing! Unfortunately he was too sick and had to be transported to Queen Elizabeth hospital

Had to call a doctor to my father and one was with us within half an hour. Blood tests taken at bedside then a mobile lab turned up to get results immediately. An absolutely incredible service I wish we had something similar in the UK paid for privately.

I’ve had to use Urgent Care a couple of times with my children and the service has always been excellent - great thorough doctors who go above and beyond. I find it’s a great sense of comfort having this 24 hour service in Barbados.

My family had the pleasure of working with Dr. Farmer of Urgent Care for the final months of my Uncle's terminal illness. Whenever we called, she gave us an accurate time of arrival; all necessary blood tests were done with immediate results, and she always explained things to him and us in clear, understandable terms. Over the months Dr. Farmer became an extended menber of the family whilst maintaining a very professional approach to her job. We felt very comfortable contacting her if we had questions even if a visit was not necessary. When it became clear that he would not be with us much longer, she prepared us for the inevitable and was a much needed comfort at the other end of the telephone on the.morning that he died. The service offered by Urgent Care is exceptional. We as a family really appreciated the fact that they came to us and treated Uncle in the familiar surroundings of his home as opposed to us having to transport a very ill person to a Doctor's office, particularly at this time with concerns for COVID-19. Thank you Dr. Farmer..thanks team Urgent Care.

The best experience I have ever had with health care anywhere. I needed a COVID test urgently for travel (because of a flight delay) and they were kind and efficient in facilitating my request. Truly grateful for this service.

I had to get a COVID test last minute and they were AMAZING! Charmaine (in the office) helped me understand the process, put me at ease and was so kind and empathetic to my situation. Traveling can be very exhausting and I was emotionally drained by the time the nurses came to give me my test, and they were so wonderful! The nurses helped me calm down and stayed in touch until I got my results back the next morning. Efficient and easy! I'll always use their services when I'm on the island, best experience getting medical care.

Being a weekend Warrior and avid Crossfitter I have had my share of injuries. Most recently a wrist and achilles injury left me sidelined. Rather than a quick fix, correction and stretch, Dr. Vaughan and her team treated me with a holistic and multimodal approach. I was also given a clear treatment plan inclusive of return to play instructions. I have managed to remain injury free and as a result I am fitter now than pre injury!

It’s an encouraging and friendly atmosphere... suitable for various levels of Pilates experience. Recommended for beginners, those who are re-beginning and those who have been at it for a while but may still feel like they’re beginning. Sandra’s patient guidance and watchful eye will ensure that you at least have the opportunity to benefit from the classes. The rest is up to you.

Had therapy for an issue with my elbow which I initially ignored and tried to work around it. My course of treatment included electrotherapy and some acupuncture. The service was thorough, very professional and reassuring. I'm glad I utilized the option of physiotherapy and I no longer have an issue with the elbow!
