Great place to stay and hosts Kent and Diana are so helpful people. Staying here, you will not be disappointed. Bus stop is 15 minutes by walk and airport is 10 kms away. Closest beach is Dover beach. You will enjoy your stay here in a nice peaceful Barbados neighborhood.

Great host and lovely apartment. Apartment has everything you need and it was spotless. I only spent one night as I was in transit, but I could have comfortably stayed longer. For a small fee I was collected from the airport and dropped back. There is a shopping complex about 10-15 walk. I would highly recommend this place.

Absolutely wonderful place to stay. Kent and Diana were extremely attentive and friendly. The apartment was clean and very comfortable, all needs taken care of down to the smallest detail. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay there and will definitely be staying there again. Highly recommend!

Not even words could describe this memorable moment. The place is just home away from home. The hospitality was superb. Mrs. Jerson always have a friendly smile and always willing to help in every way. The room clean always. I would definitely stay there again next year.

Excellent accomodation and great value for money. The place is small and cozy, exceptionally clean and the hosts are kind and thoughtful. We had beers in the fridge, toothpaste and toiletries in the bathroom upon arrival, loads of cooking utensils etc. Really recommend it as a budget alternative to the big hotels.

Love this place!!! The room was clean, cozy and has everything you will need and more. I paid for transportation in addition to the room and Mr. Jerson was always there to take me to where i needed. He definitely looks out for his guests. Goes above and beyond. Would definitely stay here again.

Kent's place was last minute and unexpected but was beyond expectations, very cozy, comfortable and relaxing, I rate this 5stars and will definitely recommend and visit again, Thanks to Kent and his wife!!

I had a wonderful experience when I stayed at Jerson Apartment on 6th November, 2018. Cost of accommodation which I found very reasonable, included transportation to and from the airport as well as drop off at the US Embassy building on the morning of 7th November to facilitate Visa appointment. The owners of the business, Mr. and Mrs. Jerson, are very polite, kind and respectable individuals. I was picked up at the airport on time by Mr. Jerson, his polite and gentleman like demeanor made me feel very comfortable. I was also impressed when he asked if I needed to pick up anything before I got to the apartment, I was so happy. This reinforces the qualities of the individual. He was mindful that having been on the aircraft for two hours, I must have been hungry. He took me to Sheraton Mall, where I got some food. When I got to the apartment at Briar Hall Gardens, I was even more impressed by the cleanness of the apartment, the quiet neighbourhood. I felt very safe. All the amenities I needed were at the apartment, I got free WIFI and I learnt a lot about Barbados and it culture by watching the local programs on the TV. I even learnt some Spanish and dancing lessons. I felt so comfortable that I went fast asleep and got a good rest. I thought Mr. Jerson was nice but when I met his wife, she was so friendly and very approachable. She took me to a wholesale supermarket later that evening where I was able to get some fruits and at a very good price. Also, the host was very gracious when on my way to the airport, he made a stop at DHL for me to drop off my passport. The Jerson understand their role as business owners most importantly what makes the difference is the service they provide which is exceptional. I highly recommend this facility. It is safe, affordable; the owners are honest and genuine people who give value for your money. What makes the difference is the service which is awesome.

Lovely place to stay, the owners make you feel at hope and helps you out as much as they can. I love that it's walking distance to the Sheraton mall and that there is accessible public transportation all around.

This was the best choice, they are warm,friendly and very courteous. Our stay was memorable in this nice cozy apartment.
