Loving living at Forte on the Park!! I would like first to say that It wasn't an easy move from Seattle to Minneapolis but I can tell you that after looking for a safe, close to work and a quality place that I was looking and didn't hesitate to apply here. From the moment I walked in I was greeted with kindness and understanding about all the things that were happening at that moment, from the smiles of James, the understanding of Ryan and the knowledge of Bob (manager) thank you all. If you are looking for an excellent place to move in downtown but at the same time in a quiet area of downtown across the Gold medal park, walking distance to the Guthrie theater, US stadium and light rail this is the place to move and trust me you won't be disappointed.

My fiancé and I moved into Forte on the Park this past July, a month after it opened. From our initial construction tour with James to now the fun community events held for residents, our experience here has been nothing but 5 star so far. The building itself is kept impeccably clean, the apartment finishes are top notch, the downtown/mill city views are fantastic, and the team really shows they care by welcoming and implementing suggestions and feedback from their residents. Its great to see new faces moving in each week and the community we’re building here.

I recently went on a tour of this apartment. I wanted to leave a review to share how incredible their staff and support were during my tour. Ryan O'Brien (I believe that is how you spell his name) provided nothing short of an excellent tour. He was funny, kind and very informative, especially of near by entertainment. The Property Manager, Maria was kind, funny, and loving. It was like a home away from home, tour! I highly recommend staying here if you are looking to be in the downtown Mpls area.

A 6 month review after moving in to Forte on the Park, I wanted to wait because when you move in everything is perfect, but after 6 month living at Forte on the park everything is still perfect. as the first day, friendly, knowledgeable and reliable team, Pet friendly place with toys and treats for them on the main lobby every day!, the building amenities are amazing with a perfect location in downtown ! I definitely renewing my lease here !

I am so excited to move into Forte On The Park!!!! Ryan was awesome. I was truly enamored by his passion for his work, the building, and taking his time with myself and my friend, by showing me multiple apartments. And also making sure that he understood what I was looking for. Not only did he go above and beyond during the tour, but he also kept the lines of communications open. So that when I am ready to move, all things will be smooth. The cleanliness of the building blessed my soul. 🤗 Gallie's smile, attention to detail, and warmness sealed the deal for me.

I had an amazing tour here with Ryan. I was greeted with the upmost respect and gratitude and given complimentary drinks. They made me feel welcome and at home. The building itself is breathtaking, it was beautifully designed and decorated by the best, to make you feel like you were somewhere other than Minneapolis lol. The tour did take a while just because Ryan and I bonded instantly and he wanted to show me all the details of the apartment. I love the pool deck area where they have a hammock and games for residents and guest to play, and the amazing coffee bar that they have many options to choose from. I would also note that the finishes in the apartment were beautiful! Most of these apartments nowadays are quick with construction to the point where everything looks cheap and breaks down easily, well not at the Forte! They care about elegance and the quality of the apartments their tenants live in. Just based of the tour, it made me want to move in immediately, I hope to be a resident here one day because the tour alone caught me by surprise! Don’t be afraid to stop by for a breathtaking tour experience with Ryan! Thank you so much for your time.

My girlfriend lives here and I spend a good amount of time here, visiting her. When I am around, the building management team could not make me feel more welcomed or included. They - especially Ryan - treat me as if I were a member of the community they’ve worked tirelessly to build. Forte on the Park is a very cheerful place to spend time, thanks, in part, to the people who work here who have made it such a pleasant environment for residents and their guests to be part of.

We had the opportunity to tour this very high scale apartment complex. It is immaculate and very well kept. We can't say enough about the excellent service Ryan provided to us. He cares about his tenants and will do anything to make sure you are taken care of. We highly recommend Forte on the Park to anyone that is looking in the Mill District.
