The
WORST
salon
experience
I
have
ever
had.
If
you
want
to
be
ignored
and
left
wet
in
the
cold
so
Huda
can
book
another
appointment
she
is
your
stylist.
I
have
been
a
customer
for
a
long
time
(14
years)
.
I
scheduled
my
appointment
a
month
in
advance
then
2
weeks
before
Huda
called
and
tells
me
to
schedule
an
appointment
for
6
pm
insted
of
my
original
11
am
.Ok
no
big
deal
I
switched.
Then
the
owner
of
the
salon
called
and
told
me
I
had
two
appointments
for
11
am
and
6pm
but
since
Huda
had
a
customer
scheduled
to
do
UP
do
for
another
customer
at
11
am
I
had
agreed
to
keep
the
6
pm.
Then
Huda
called
me
Friday
and
tried
to
move
my
appointment
again
for
11
am
to
which
I
had
declined.
The
worse
part
is
that
this
salon
does
not
have
an
admin
/
receptionist
so
the
stylist
book
appointments
and
sell
product
when
a
new
customer
walks
in.
So
I
just
had
my
hair
washed
and
it
is
soaking
wet
dripping
which
my
shirt
is
wet
as
well.
What
does
Huda
do
when
a
customer
walks
in?
She
leaves
me
with
soaking
wet
hair
and
proceeding
to
attend
to
a
new
customer
booking
their
appointment
and
having
a
discussion.
I
had
asked
her
to
come
back
and
dry
my
hair
to
which
she
just
ignored
me
and
continued
with
her
conversation
with
the
walk-
in
customer.
This
is
not
the
first
time
she
done
that
but
it
is
the
last
time.
In
this
salon
you
will
not
get
a
relaxing
experience
you
are
looking
for.
They
will
consider
it
normal
to
let
you
over
process
your
color
because
they
are
attending
to
a
new
walk
-
in
customer.
This
place
is
freezing
cold
even
when
you
are
completely
dry
but
when
your
hair
and
your
shirt
are
soaking
wet
and
you
have
booked
the
appointment
a
month
in
advance,
Huda
will
drop
you
and
let
you
freeze
while
she
is
selling
her
possible
appointment.
She
has
left
me
with
wet
hair
at
the
sink
before
for
10
min
and
went
to
book
a
new
customer
.
She
had
left
me
longer
then
allowed
time
because
while
I
was
processing
she
decided
to
take
another
customer
for
a
hair
cut.
She
thinks
too
much
of
herself
and
feels
that
asking
a
customer
if
she
is
pregnant
every
month
is
going
to
motivate
me
to
loose
weight
or
she
may
just
like
to
call
customer
fat
but
she
cant.
I
dont
have
self
esteem
issues
and
my
figure
is
not
of
her
business.
I
came
to
get
my
hair
done
instead
she
pointed
out
that
I
am
not
skinny
as
I
used
to
be
and
that
her
next
appointment
is
more
important
than
a
current
customer
sitting
in
her
chair
already.
