I wanted to get some low lights, root touch-up and a layered hair cut. The stylist made the color too dark. The hair cut was uneven. The left side was longer than the right. The color was so dark you couldn't see the low lights. I had to go back a second time and she tried to cover up the uneven style by pulling hair over it so I wouldn't see it. I should not have paid for such a awful job. I had to go to another salon to get the color and style corrected. She colored and styled the way she wanted to not the way I asked.

The WORST salon experience I have ever had. If you want to be ignored and left wet in the cold so Huda can book another appointment she is your stylist. I have been a customer for a long time (14 years) . I scheduled my appointment a month in advance then 2 weeks before Huda called and tells me to schedule an appointment for 6 pm insted of my original 11 am .Ok no big deal I switched. Then the owner of the salon called and told me I had two appointments for 11 am and 6pm but since Huda had a customer scheduled to do UP do for another customer at 11 am I had agreed to keep the 6 pm. Then Huda called me Friday and tried to move my appointment again for 11 am to which I had declined. The worse part is that this salon does not have an admin / receptionist so the stylist book appointments and sell product when a new customer walks in. So I just had my hair washed and it is soaking wet dripping which my shirt is wet as well. What does Huda do when a customer walks in? She leaves me with soaking wet hair and proceeding to attend to a new customer booking their appointment and having a discussion. I had asked her to come back and dry my hair to which she just ignored me and continued with her conversation with the walk- in customer. This is not the first time she done that but it is the last time. In this salon you will not get a relaxing experience you are looking for. They will consider it normal to let you over process your color because they are attending to a new walk - in customer. This place is freezing cold even when you are completely dry but when your hair and your shirt are soaking wet and you have booked the appointment a month in advance, Huda will drop you and let you freeze while she is selling her possible appointment. She has left me with wet hair at the sink before for 10 min and went to book a new customer . She had left me longer then allowed time because while I was processing she decided to take another customer for a hair cut. She thinks too much of herself and feels that asking a customer if she is pregnant every month is going to motivate me to loose weight or she may just like to call customer fat but she cant. I dont have self esteem issues and my figure is not of her business. I came to get my hair done instead she pointed out that I am not skinny as I used to be and that her next appointment is more important than a current customer sitting in her chair already.

The salon is just ok; Christine, the stylist I've been going to for years, following her to a number of different salons, is great. I have very thick, curly hair and there aren't many stylists who know how to deal with it; Christine does.

Really love our Stylist Houda. She's so sweet and professional. She Does a great job on my hair. I love getting my hair done with her. My only complaint is one of their OTHER stylists - a weird overweight balding guy with a sad ponytail who literally sits and stares at the women while they get their hair done. Just. STARING. THE ENTIRE TIME. He eavesdrops on our conversations too. It's really annoying. The staring is the most unnerving part. Men should know when they aren't wanted and they shouldn't interject themselves into other people's conversations. If he left - everything would be perfect!

I go to Huda for the Chi Smoothing treatment every 3 months with a wash and blow dry in between. I love the Chi. It really makes managing my afro hair easier and is worth the price which isn't bad. Huda is professional and efficient. She is very polite but doesn't talk too much which I find refreshing because chatting isn't my thing. One time the dryer got a a little too hot on my scalp and I flinched. She apologized profusely. I could tell she felt bad but it was no big deal. I would be very disappointed if Huda ever left Penny's.

Stacy does my hair I have been to her twice and she does a fantastic job. Color and haircuts are as I ask. Great personality. Stacy is my go to she does what you ask not what she would like to do. Thank you Stacy!!

I was a walk in and Michel gave me a consultation first and was very helpful with suggestions. He gave me a really great haircut and I am so pleased with it. I would highly recommend Michel to my friends.

I visited this location few times in the past few years with my family , I found the crew to be really nice and helpful. They always recommend good ideas and do good job. I usually get a hair cut at any available free stylist but my wife and daughter always go to the same lady "Huda" to do their hair. I guess she is one of the most experienced ladies who work there as we visited this site for the first time in 2005 and she has been there ever since. Good Job JCPenny Salon crew.

Was in town for weekend wedding only and needed quick style appt. So glad I found Casey here. She did a great blowout and used curling wand to give me beautiful waves (that lasted!) and styled my hair up on the sides making a pretty swirled together gathering at the center. Casey did great work and was very easy to chat with. Thanks!
