My apartment at Waters Pointe Apartments has been "my sanctuary" for the last 3 years. The staff has always been helpful and Doug on the maintenance team has always been so helpful and is greatly appreciated. Watching the dolphins and manatees from my balcony never gets old, nor does walking my dog in the morning along the water as the sun was rising!

Updated Review Sep 2023: This is my updated review for Waters Pointe. I'm thrilled to affirm it remains the paradise we believed it to be. Nearly a year here, we've seen the switch to a new manager, Daniel, whose incredible work is evident. The outstanding views, friendly community, and dedicated staff, make this place extraordinary. Any issues? They're on it immediately. Having lived in various apartments, Waters Pointe tops them all. We hope to call it our home for a long time. A massive thank you to Daniel and everyone contributing to this fantastic community! December 2022: We are grateful to call Waters Pointe home. Even more grateful that Charlie works here! Charlie has made the move-in process easy and welcoming. He is one of the main reasons we decided to move here, along with the incredible view, setting and people. An amazing place to live!

Don’t let the beautiful view suck you into the spiral of irritation and aggravation that comes with living at this place. The elevator takes nearly all day to climb up and down. The appliances are old and the washer and dryer are located in the kitchen. The bathrooms are tiny and the water temperature is not controlled at all. Sometimes it’s boiling and others it’s freezing and there’s nothing you can do about changing it. Showers were often very miserable. The office staff is a whole other story. When leaving this place someone literally told me I had gained weight. Loved that. Not. It also is nearly impossible to get guest parking, if you have a lot of company and don’t want them to be towed, Don’t move here. They towed my car twice with a parking pass in the window. They also took my full deposit for cleaning upon moving out. They also charged me dog rent for two dogs when I informed them 8 months before I moved out that dogs no longer lived with me. So thanks for giving me a horrible experience and stealing from me. I will not ever recommend.

I moved to WaterPointe in August of 2022 Marena was who I spoke to the most, getting me through all the applications, the fees, and just working with me to get moved in… She and I became friends, and when I had a chance, and she had a chance, we would chat… I’m so very sad to hear that she is leaving us. However, I believe when one door closes, another one opens!!! I’m more sad that she will not be in Florida! I wish her the best of luck! I am sooo in love with living here! The location is convenient, the views of the water are incredible, the people are friendly, and the property is so well kept up. The community manager Daniel is incredible and is always working so hard to make the resident experience top notch. The holiday parties and events he puts on really bring everyone together and help establish a true sense of community. Not only do I love it here, but my pup does as well. The community is very dog friendly, with a great park for pups to play.

My husband and I moved to Waters Pointe about a month ago from NY. We did everything remotely from NY with the help of Marena, who is the assistant property manager. Marena was so sweet, patient and helpful throughout the entire process and made the move and transition here so smooth and seamless. Once we got here, we met Daniel the property manager who is fantastic and is working hard to make many positive changes around the property. We also met Charlie the leasing agent who has been equally amazing and kind. The entire team truly is wonderful and so friendly! This was a big move for us and they all made us feel right at home immediately. We couldn’t be happier with having chosen Waters Pointe to be our new home

I couldn't be happier with where we live! From the moment we moved in, it's been amazing, but the property manager, Daniel, who joined the team shortly after our move, has been working tirelessly to make this place even better. The location is fantastic, the gym is well-equipped with everything we need, and the pool is the perfect spot for a relaxing break. Overall, Waters Pointe Apartments has become more than just a place to live; it's become our home. Thanks to the hard work and dedication of Daniel and the entire team, we couldn't ask for a better living experience. We're grateful to call this place home. I moved into Waters Pointe 2 weeks ago and am pleased with all of the support I've experienced thus far. Charlie in the office has been amazing to work with. In the months leading up to my move in, he was quick to respond to all of my questions. The day of the move in and since, he's been a steady contact to help me resolve issues quickly, offer local advice and be overall supportive in my transition. He as well as others I've met like Daniel the manager, Alfonso in maintenance and Joe with the pest control company have all been extremely kind and helpful. Nothing can ever be perfect in a move, but the people make all the difference and I can't say enough nice things about Charlie and the rest of the staff I've met so far.

I want to publicly say “Thank you”, to Marena Margolles! I lived at WatersPointe for a year, and always had a pleasant experience with Marena. I am moving back to WatersPointe, and Marena not only welcomed me back home, but she helped me find the perfect apartment. I need and want privacy. — and in my state of PTSD being triggered she gave me a sense of calmness! We went up to the apartment I would be leasing, and it felt like home when I walked in. She knew what I needed. I moved out because I had no privacy in my last apartment. I had the perfect apartment for the outgoing “party” person. I had the view of the Bay and pool, but it’s a very busy area, and rightfully so! It’s beautiful! Marena, has been and is a blessing to me. I am so excited to move back home to WatersPointe. I am counting down the weeks and days to be in my new private, top floor home! Thank you, Marena Margolles! I also want to thank Daniel the property manager, he also welcomed me back home! And was very helpful and so kind. There is a feeling of family at Waters Pointe.

I absolutely love living at Waters Pointe Apartments. Beautiful views, I call paradise!! I have lived here for 1 year and 3 months. Since Daniel Nichols took over management. I see lots of great things happening. Repairs are getting done, new lighting, floors redone, landscaping improved, pest control improved, corn hole and shuffle board, and fire pit replaced. Daniel has community get togethers, with potlucks and music and fun. It has really made waters point feel like home. I have meet lots of great friends here at Waters Point. I am looking forward to all the great thing yet to happen!!
