Absolutely amazing day out on the water. Great weather- Perfect for sailing! ⛵ Crew was very knowledgeable and professional. They went above and beyond to ensure the safety of the cruise. We brought drinks and snacks for the trip. A Cooler was provided to keep our frosty beverages nice and cold. Crystal clear water! We did see some dolphins 🐬 while out in the Bay. This is a relaxing cruise (This is NOT the touristy booze 🍷🍻🥴 cruises that you see around John's Pass) make sure you bring a hat 🤠 and sunscreen. They do have a convenience store where you check in if you forget anything. Free off the street parking (park in the white lines only) Waffle House will tow you! We highly recommend Suncoast sailing. Book early they fill up fast!

This was a very relaxing, low key cruise. The captain and first mate were knowledgeable and very attentive to all their guests. We enjoyed the sail boat experience so much! We purchased a Groupon for this and will be buying it again! You can bring your own drinks, they have a cooler with ice and they provided bottled water, Coke,Diet Coke and Sprite( FREE). A Sea turtle was spotted on our cruise, it's nesting season currently. Thanks to the crew for a great experience!

Captain Dave and Mike were so kind and welcoming! I highly recommend going to the Club before for lunch/dinner and a drink. It’s enjoyable. Bring a cocktail with you and a snack. The waves were a bit rocky but it was still a blast! You go by John’s Pass which is fun since we’ve always been on land at John’s Pass. Also a fun side note - there are two bean bags at the front of the boat to sit on. That was cozy!

Where to even begin. Let's start with the booking. I made my reservation a couple of months in advance and had to change the number of people on 2 occasions. Easy Breezy. The Viator website was easy to deal with. Enough about them. Let's talk these fine people. The building is VERY easy to get to. There is abundant parking for you while you are out on the water. The inside of the facility was way above par! It was clean and recently remodeled. They had an abundance of drinks to select from if you wished to bring some last minute beverages onto the boat with you. All kinds of drinks from water and sodas and beer and wine and even little charcuterie options. Very nice touch. Lol. There is a very clean restroom to use beforehand if nature calls and there are plenty of items from hats and shirts if a quality souvenir is your thing. The check in took less than 1 minute and was done by the owner himself who was EXTREMELY pleasant and professional and welcoming. I want to point out that literally every member of his staff would prove to be highly professional and polite so that vibe is clearly part of the culture with this operation. Kudos to everyone for that! The boat itself had more than enough room for all of the guests. We had about 15 people on our booking and 3 in our party. We had a cooler we packed ourselves and it was stowed safely and readily accessible as was the case for everyone else on board. We were not on top of the other guests and the Captain and his Admiral were all you could want for something like this. 1. They were capable sailors. 2. They make and excellent team and keep the attitude fun and safe and light. 3. They are very accommodating to the comfort of the guests. From helping with photos to providing supplies to those less fortunate with sea sickness. 4. They were knowledgeable of the area and would point out landmarks and kept an eye on local wildlife. We saw a sea turtle and a pod of dolphins on our trip. 5. They were in no rush to get us out and back in. The trip us all about the sunset and they really embrace the spirit of how magnificent the Tampa Bay area sunsets are. They gave us close to 3 hours out there and brought us back in just after dark. Safe and sound and very content. 6. Tipping is a nice touch on these types of trips and they mentioned it maybe twice? Maybe. Classy and professional for something that they totally deserved and earned. My point is that they didn't make it about them even at this juncture. This was a WONDERFUL way to spend an evening on my trip from Ohio to see my Dad for his birthday. He loves the water and the sailing experience was very special. We had a great time and will talk about it for years to come. Moreover, we will make it a part of our itinerary in the future. It is a no brainer of an excursion! Top Notch to the entire staff and crew.

We have a great day on the water. The 2 captains were fabulous. We had a disabled person and an elderly person in our party, but boarding was a breeze. The length of time of the trip is just perfect. You get to see a lot of neat things on the intercoastal waterway before heading out to the Gulf of Mexico. This would be an ideal thing to do with out of town guests or for a special day. Highly recommend!

Owner, Captain, crew...everyone was just so welcoming, friendly, engaging, and loving of what they do! Beautiful vessel & great atmosphere. The bottle of Prosecco was a nice add. Great value for the time and experience provided; and great memories of our 28th anniversary 🥂 (Pic taken by our ride from the John's Pass Bridge 😉)

We had a party of eight, and had the boat to ourselves. This was a bucket list for my mom who is in her 80s and she enjoyed the trip immensely. My father is also in his 80s afraid of the sea, but did really well on the voyage. Special thanks to David and Shawna. Who made our trip even more enjoyable. They both were very knowledgeable and took time to visit with us and describe highlights in the area. Definitely will be sailing again with this crew.
