Yes, it is a monthly fee which is the direct care model but the true value is to have someone really caring, no more waiting days or weeks for rushed appointments or navigating the traditional doctor’s office protocols and paperwork, where your member id number comes before your symptoms. Instead, with Eric you get what you need - time, attention, easy access and an awesome and kind provider who gets to know you well and truly cares about your health. That’s so worth it for our family.

I can't say enough about this place! Although all of my healthcare is covered by the VA, I still choose to go to Eric for part of my care as well. The amount I pay monthly is definitely worth the excellent and consistent care I am provided. He makes navigating my wellness so much easier, he helps me get down to the problem quicker, and sends any records over to my primary at the VA. I can always get in for a visit when needed, and with their app my questions get answered quickly. He can even do telehealth when needed. It is nice to have an office, and a provider, that is geared so much toward patient care. It's not the norm, but it is here! Thank you Eric for always responding so quickly and for caring! Not all heroes wear capes!!!

Eric is an amazing PA! He has helped my family and me through several injuries and illnesses. We always feel very well taken care of and appreciate his "bedside manner." We like going to him much better than our previous GP. In addition, the way his practice is set is much more financially wise than the old way of working with a GP.

Of of the most compassionate human on this planet. What an exceptional professional Dr Eric is. Really hands on and actually listens to your concerns. Love the fact that he does everything by himself and doesn’t really on others. Keep up the good work

If you don’t have insurance, his cash program is affordable and a great value with how high healthcare can be nowadays! 10/10 would recommend if you’re in the area!

I have been traveling to St Petersburg, Florida for just under a year now. Doing so in a global pandemic has been challenging to say the least. Thankfully I’ve only visited Mr Mcdougle to get a rapid test. Each time the process has been relatively painless and quick. I also received my results within the hour. The last time I saw Mr Mcdougle he informed me that there might be a wait because someone called in that needed stitches. I took this into consideration and gave him a bit more time to address the situation with that particular patient. By the time I arrived the patient was walking out and Mr Mcdougle was ready for me. There are a number of health care options and professionals in the St Petersburg area however Eric Mcdougle is at the top of my list. Perhaps you should add St Pete Direct and him to the top of yours.

I have had many experiences with doctors, and Dr. Eric is my favorite to date. He responds fast, listens to your concerns, and takes great care of you. If you’re looking for new primary care, call him!

Hello, I wanted to thank Mr. Eric McDougle. Very smart and really good at what he does!! Very intelligent and professional, but makes you feel like family. Really smooth process from beginning to end and will answer all questions, very knowledgeable. Great partner he has as well working along side of him. really great staff. He followed up the very next day as he said he would when we first met, earlier than later which was awesome and he briefed me on my lab results. All and all 10/10 I would be back for sure for an annual. I would recommend this place of business to any and all. Great experience. changed my life for the better. I can’t be more appreciative for the service I received here! But most importantly the knowledge and skill level Eric McDougle has to offer.
