Perfect place to stay on the edge of town (but within walking distance), nice and quiet. Rooms are very comfortable and the restaurant has a good choice of foods. All the staff are welcoming and very helpful. Highly recommend

I am a member of the Health Suite here and thoroughly recommend it, the area consists of a pool, sauna, steam and jacuzzi. There is no gym which isn't a problem for me, the facilities are generally very clean, although the jacuzzi tiles could do with a daily wipe to remove a build up of scum. Towels are provided along with drinking water and loungers. All the staff here from reception to the cleaners are friendly and polite which is very refreshing these days.

The rooms we have stayed in have always been amazing and well presented and clean. The pool is well maintained and is kept at a nice temperature, the food in Copenhagen is also awesome! We have stayed here several times and will be visiting again soon.

We have just returned from a 3 night stay at this beautiful hotel. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the spa facilities great and the food/drinks were fabulous. The staff are so friendly and helpful and made us feel very welcome. An amazing holiday, thank you.

For anyone staying in business the hotel is dead on arrival. The internet is 1998 speeds - 200kb downloads and 5kb uploads. I had files trying to send back to the office in the UK that never got there. About 400mb was all I was able to send over 8 days. Otherwise the hotel is fine but the internet speeds are a disgrace. A McDonalds in the UK that sells a 99p ice cream has better Wi-Fi. Unacceptable for a £1000+ stay.

Lovely and tucked away from the main drag of Saint Peter's Port. The rooms are tidy and well appointed with great tea and coffee making facilities. All of the service team are helpful and friendly going above and beyond. Great facilities in the hotel including an indoor pool, steam and sauna rooms and a jacuzzi.

Enjoyable stay for one night. Afternoon tea on first day for family and friends to celebrate birthday. No need for dinner! Very good breakfast. Very helpful staff. Will certainly be going again - next time for a longer staycation.

We came to stay 40 years ago on our honeymoon. So come back tonight for a celebratory meal. We wanted to dine at the Wellington Boot, but no longer possible. An excellent 3 course meal and wonderful staff. I have a garlic allergy and the staff were very helpful. Thanks for a lovely time.

Although it has a slightly small menu you can't fault the food, it was delicious. The staff couldn't do enough for you, they were all excellent. The pool was a perfect size for a good swim and open for long hours giving you plenty of time to swim and enjoy some sightseeing. The hotel has a beautiful lounge area and lovely areas outside to reboot. Lovely location with amazing views.

Great overnight stay at the hotel with very helpful staff. Rooms well decorated and comfy beds. Due to an early check out reception organised breakfast boxes. Short walk to town but situated on a hill so going down is easier than coming up. Would stay here again.

Good location, just on the edge of town a short stroll in, but yet you feel away from it all. Courtyard rooms very comfy, clean and mod. Breakfast delicious. Lovely pool and garden area. Would stay here again

I stay at a lot of hotels for work, and the customer service here shot this place to the top for me. The team are incredibly friendly and attentive, making the experience feel personal. Nothing is too much trouble for them. The rooms are lovely, clean and well equipped, with a great tea and coffee selection (including cafetiere), a fantastic shower and a TV with Netflix. The beds are large and very comfortable. I loved the daily fresh fruit, water and biscuits. The food in the restaurant is very nice and there's a great selection of drinks. The pool is lovely and while it was small we didn't struggle to get a spot to swim. It's also in a great location with the walk into St Peter Port only taking a few minutes, and free parking on site. I would highly recommend this hotel if you're looking to spend a few days in Guernsey.

We mislaid one off our car keys at the hotel not only did the hotel contact us after finding it they went to great lengths sorting out express delivery of the key to our home address .

Very expensive for the quality. Nice enough and comfortable but nothing exceptional, quaint and nice outdoor areas and architecturally interesting. The rooms don’t have aircon so we had the balcony windows open all night to stay cool. The bath was a big step to get in and out. The two meals and the breakfast were not very good. The Paella was way to wet with small diced chorizo, why? The muscles had a smell like they were on the turn, enough to put doubt in my mind and the taste wasn’t nice. The bread with the muscles was way to crispy and over buttered. The in room breakfast was adequate. Staff were friendly and the receptionist helped with power point adaptors.

This place deserves ten stars. the staff were so amazingly accommodating and lovely while we were here, particularly Luca, Sandis, Stephanie, Evdoxia, and plenty more that I am sure that I am missing. I cannot recommend this hotel enough while you stay in Guernsey.

Having stayed at more hotels than I can possibly recall, I have finally found one that really does make its guests feel special and valued. The staff were all fantastic. Nothing was too much trouble and we really felt that we were getting personal service. I have no hesitation in recommending this hotel.
