TLDR: best customer service, great selection and prices, doesn’t feel like they’re trying to push you to buy, welcoming atmosphere, knowledgeable staff, beginner/nervous person friendly lol I just want to start off by saying if you’re thinking of going somewhere else, don’t. You’ll come here and get a good buying experience and feel happy with your decision! I was first helped by Thang, and he helped me get a better idea of what I was looking for. I couldn’t decide so I came back after lunch and was helped by Anthony. when I tell you this is one of the best customer service experiences, I truly mean it. Anthony was hilarious but also knowledgeable and kind. I haven’t gotten on a bike in YEARS and was feeling nervous during my test ride. Anthony encouraged me and pushed me (with his words of course). Even though it was a rainy day outside, everyone here was all sunshine and smiles. this is why it’s important to support + shop local!!

Great service and great people. I’m an avid biker, and somehow I have not been in here till now. Dropped in on a Saturday with a flat tire. Back two days later to buy a bike. That’s how good these guys are.

What a wonderful experience! Everyone was so friendly and knowledgeable. The owner was awesome! He made sure our newly built bikes were ready to go for us, walked us through all the details about our new Cannondale’s and made sure we knew everything we needed to before leaving the shop. Nowadays, a lot of places that call themselves bike shops are really just corporate stores that sell one brand and a very limited array of products. The Bikery is not that kind of bike shop. It’s a REAL bike shop, that sells a variety of brands from the affordable to the exotic,. They also have an exceptionally talented group of mechanics and specialty tools to do work other shops can’t. I just had them cut the fork crown race seat, ream and face the head tube and chase and face the bottom bracket threads on my restoration project. Their service prices are also excellent!

Phenomenal service from John Johnson. The Bike shop has a really cool vibe. They restored an old bike with all kinds of nice little touches that made it amazing. When I picked this bike up, I was so impressed, I’m dropping off another one!

The best bicycle shop in town. Trustworthy, knowledgeable, friendly staff. John, Taylor, Thang, Eddie, and Anthony just to name a few. It feels like they’ve got something new each time I walk in, which is at least a few times a month. I wouldn’t want anyone else to work on my precious bicycles. Believe it or not, I often find they beat prices when I’ve looked online.

I bought a mountain bike from Walmart on central avenue last week and within 24 hours the tube went complete flat. I went back to the same Walmart & realized they do not sell the same tire tube I needed. This place not only had what I needed but also installed the tube at a great rate, time, & with excellent customer service!

Every time I come here I get the nicest people and the best service! I see no reason to go anywhere else. Plus they have coffee and other cool little things. Saw a bike pouch shaped like a donut there today! So fun. But really everyone there is amazing! My dog ripped my bike apart and they turned it around so it looks great again! John helped me get all my repairs set up and it was such a smooth process! Thanks John!! Thanks everyone else too!!

I decided to sign up for my first triathlon and I went in to discuss bikes, get fitted and get much needed information on confronting this. The staff was beyond helpful! They did a full fit of my bike for me to ensure I was on the right one. They ensured that I had data on what I need as well as worked with me on everything. I would highly recommend that if you need anything related to cycling, service, fitting, etc. you go directly there!

What a great experience today at The Bikery. Richard was so kind and consultative….felt like I could ask any question. And the staff great. Another staff member gave me tip on taking my bike on the sun runner! Which is where I sit writing this review. I will definitely be a repeat customer and recommend!

Very friendly staff with hands on team. Got greeted as soon as I walked in. Bought bike lights and a bike lock with the attachment to the frame and the guy helping me out installed it right on the spot for me with no extra charge. Not Walmart price haha but definitely worth for the quality of products and CUSTOMER SERVICE 10/10 Keep it local 💪

They are fantastic! I was doing my last training ride for a race and blew a tire. I didn’t have a tube and brought my tire in. I had an appointment for the next day to take care of it right before my flight out to the race but they were awesome and took care of it for me right then. They were awesome when I really needed help!!!! I can not Thank you all enough!!!!

I had my 3rd bike fitting today since 1992. This was great as it supported aspects of my long time ride preferences while making a few important changes to better support my current needs. The team had the experience and skills to redirect me that can keep me on the road. at 67 and 2k+ miles per year.

Just had annual service done… these guys have gone out of their way to help me find items I need related to my bike!! And searched for a seat (comfort) that another 2 shops prior didn’t have (but didn’t take the time to ask me questions of what I needed). These guys know I was short so showed me a seat they thought would do the job… it was perfect!!!!! I stop by to ask questions here and there… and they are always, fun, in gaged in you needs and between them have lots of knowledge and experience they love to share!!! So glad I found them !!!!

Great shop! Definitely more of a bike shop than a coffee shop which is what I was hoping for. I brought them my bike to get it ready to ride outside again and they did their annual tune up, replaced the brake pads and replaced the chain. Initially the brakes were being problematic after I picked the bike up so I brought it back the next day. Taylor and John were happy to help and were able to do some more work on my bike to get it working well. Even though it took a couple trips I can tell they care more than other bike shops I’ve been to in the past and I’ll definitely be back!

Amazing Service! Over the past few years, I have dealt with several local bike shops. First off, I must say that I have never had a bad experience with any of the businesses. However, there is only one bike shop that has been EXCEPTIONAL - The Bikery. This shop has been awesome. On every visit I was greeted promptly and professionally with every question or concern answered. I have purchased several accessories and two E-Bikes from them recently. Everyone is friendly and helpful. I worked with Thang and Neal on the bike purchases – great service from each. Not being a seasoned biker, every visit becomes an opportunity for learning!

I went back to talk with everyone they all care I only use them for tires didn't want the online chance. Everything I am always there to help with more suggestions so I would say everyone go there supper friendly knowledgeable and courteous. John is the head mechanic, he is a personal friend of mine, and is the best I have been around; bar none. Jason and the rest by far the ultimate bike shop for knowledge, no how, and very quick turn around.

Rented two incredible e-bikes and had the best time exploring downtown St. Pete! Huge thank you to Taylor and his incredible team for their dining recommendations and excellent service. Pro tip: be sure to try the on tap nitro when you visit. Best I’ve ever had! Cheers!

Really cool bike shop with a lot of variety items for cycling. Also they have good coffee. A must stop for any cyclist passing through. Only two blocks off the coast to coast trail. Great staff!

This place is the best! Tang and Ryan were the best! Fixed my bike in 20 minutes! Even helped with the loading and unloading! Great customer service! Also, the manager came to say hello and was very personable! Even the barista was friendly and welcoming! This place is THE place to get your bike repaired and any bike accessories! Prices are reasonable as well! Highly recommended!

Great service, friendly, and professional. The place is clean and neat as a pin. Decent rental bike selection, in excellent condition. Close to town, shops, and bike path.

Very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful staff. Shop has a wide selection of all sorts of stuff. I needed new bar tape. Not only did I find the bar tape I was looking for, they were able to squeeze me in to put the tape on.

I have never tried the coffee, but this is an exceptional bike shop. I purchased a new gravel bike today, which was the third bike I have purchased from the store. The others were mountain bikes, including one for a child. I also had them assemble a bike I ordered online. Everything they have done has been top notch. The staff are highly competent and fully capable of serving the customers needs. The store has everything you need and has always provided exceptional service with a smile. I highly recommend.

The Bikery is a great bike shop. They fixed my bike and I got it back in the same day. The folks there are very friendly and and helpful.They always take the time to answer my question about my bike, gear and products.

Outstanding bike shop here in St. Pete! Took about 6 days (including two weekend days) for the Bikery to do a full tune up and flush of my older mountain bike, and I can honestly feel the difference on my Pinellas Trail rides. It feels like a brand new bike! I can’t remember the name of every employee I spoke to (it was 3-4 of them) but each was exceptionally helpful and very friendly. I remember walking out of the shop thinking “that’s how every local business experience should feel.” Didn’t really have plans to check out the coffee scene there at the Bikery, but after such a smooth experience getting my bike all fixed up, I’ll definitely be popping in sometime soon. Cheers guys, way to go!

Incredible customer service and care, every single time! You just don't find that level of service anymore or anywhere! I have visited many bike shops from Bradenton to St. Pete and would highly recommend The Bikery for your biking needs. A nice variety of bicycles, clothing, nutrition and accessories as well.

Forgot my sram charger at home while in st. Pete. For the area. Bike sensei and Taylor as well as the rest of the crew were super welcoming. Thought I would run an errand but ended up hanging at the shop for a full charge- while browsing their amazing shop. 10/10! Amazing customer service and experience 👍🏽

I got this cannondale bad boy around 6 months ago and it is still like a dream come true. The team at the bikery sold me this gem for a great price and even gave me a free tune up before sending me out of the store with her. Living and working in DTSP I can proudly say I only start my truck about once a week nowadays. This bike gets me everywhere! The team at the bikery are always in good spirits and have plenty of knowledge in the biking realm. Thank you guys once again for providing me with my new daily driver :)

Best service and selection in town ❤️ Everyone that works there is extremely knowledgeable and kind. Cycling is an expensive hobby but their prices are very fair and I have even been lucky enough to get a helmet and bib on sale for 50% off. Good cold brew too 😊 wish they had oat milk…….

Great experience from staff and owner alike. I just sold my car and desperately needed a new whip. I believe their name was Thang, I'm sorry I forgot already! They were super helpful with a total novice and not pushy at all. I got to test ride a few bikes before choosing my baby, and the whole process was super smooth. Would highly recommend!

This place is amazing! Taylor and his entire crew are so knowledgeable and they have everything you need for road, mountain, tri or whatever your fancy!
