My stay at Parian Luxury has been nothing short of spectacular. The communities elegant design, combined with its top-notch amenities, make for a truly relaxing and enjoyable experience. From the start, the staff has been incredible. I had the opportunity to tour with Bella and from the beginning I knew this was home for my grandfather. In passing on tour, even the maintenance team were welcoming. My grandfather is so excited, because there is no other true luxury community in the area that also feels like resort style living!

My apartment at Parian Luxury is one of the most thoughtful and well designed that I have ever lived in. Whoever designed my home understands what it means to work from home, it’s perfect! With over 1,000 square feet in my one bedroom, I have a dining room and a totally separate area for my desk that is out of sight of my living space without feeling like a cave. The amenities are great and the maintenance and management teams seem to be telepaths, because every time I think of something it seems to get done without having to call. Leasing was a breeze and I have already referred a friend who loves it too. Two thumbs up, way up!

My family and I visited the property for a tour and was immediately greeted by a warm smile. Jessica toured us around the community and showed us a 3-bedroom apartment. The amenities offered are far from basic, they offer everything from a pet spa to a beautiful clubhouse with a pool table and shuffle board. The office staff was professional and helpful. This community is 100% on the top of my list.

as with anyone reading these reviews, we have lived in many high-end apartments. parian is by far one of the best! MELISSA and KRISTINA are absolutely fabulous! Melissa has gone far above to help us with various issues/concerns/questions. from the moment she greeted us on our very first visit all the way through present day months later - melissa is simply the best! we have asked for her assistance in a couple instances that were definitely not the usual things she would deal with — no problem! done! maintenance and cleaning crew are all on point. better than any other complex we have lived in. for sure! super happy in this community. the neighbors are generally friendly, too! location is premium. morning commute can be a challenge, but worth it once you return home.

The Parian is beautiful! I love this place! The staff is very helpful, Melissa really put the time and effort into answering all of my concerns, she was incredible to work with. Everyone is so kind, management, maintenance and the neighbors. I adore this community!

The Parian is the best in its class in the area, by a mile. The location is ideal, the community has top notch amenities, common areas are flawless, and the people living here are happy and friendly. Most of all though, the stellar staff of the leasing office go above and beyond to answer any questions you may have, and the maintenance personnel are impeccable. The team provides a great reflection of The Parian. I fully recommend this community to anyone who is interested in living in the Riverview area.

I am happy, I like these apartments and the treatment they have given me is excellent, Tiphani, Melissa, they have helped me a lot. I also met Pedro, he is very kind and so is Angel. They are all very nice.
