Good
afternoon
I
am
32
years
old
and
have
been
stuttering
since
childhood.
The
stuttering
was
of
moderate
severity,
which
means,
at
least
for
me
personally,
that
in
my
personal
life
it
did
not
interfere
with
me
much
(or
I
learned
to
live
with
it
and
accept
it),
but
as
for
work
issues,
it
was
a
specific
problem.
Especially
when
it
came
to
conducting
any
meetings
or
presentations
(those
who
know
will
understand).
As
a
result,
a
good
friend
recommended
this
course
to
me,
and
after
six
months
of
hesitation
and
reflection
on
this
topic,
I
took
the
course
at
Tatyana
Solovyova’s
speech
rehabilitation
center
and
would
like
to
share
my
thoughts
and
results.
The
course
lasts
about
2
weeks
(very
intensive)
and
is
conceptually
divided
into
2
parts
-
psychotherapy
and
speech
therapy.
It’s
difficult
to
say
which
of
the
two
sides
of
this
process
impressed
me
more,
but
it
definitely
did.
I
would
like
to
concentrate
on
speech
therapy,
since
psychotherapy
is
a
very
personal
aspect
and
everyone
will
evaluate
it
differently,
but
I
would
recommend
being
prepared
to
be
honest
with
yourself.
At
speech
therapy
you
will
be
given
a
speech
technique,
with
the
correct
and
constant
use
of
which
you
will
receive
a
tool
for
constructing
correct
and
fluent
speech.
Naturally,
completing
the
course
is
only
the
beginning
of
constant
work
on
yourself.
But
the
result
is
promised
after
completing
the
course.
My
achievements
at
the
end
of
the
course.
The
result
is
impressive,
to
say
the
least.
Gained
the
opportunity
to
realize
fluent
speech.
The
situation
is
internally
emotional
(I
repeat,
those
who
know
will
understand).
I
understand
that
there
is
still
a
lot
of
work
ahead,
but
I
internally
experienced
a
strong
emotional
upsurge
and
hope
that
I
could
finally
overcome
stuttering
or
at
least
learn
to
completely
control
it.
I
recommend!
But
only
taking
into
account
the
understanding
that
this
is
not
a
pill
for
the
disease,
it
is
hard
and
constant
work
on
oneself.
