This historic cabin made of cypress logs still stands the 80+ years of time. Has served as school, community center, home to Boy Scout Troops and recovery meetings. Massive coquina fireplace centered along on long wall, two wagon wheel chandeliers light the room all contribute to the feeling of pioneer days in Pinellas.

I have been to a ton of A. A. meeting in cool places, like the historic Akron, Ohio sites, but this was the coolest building. Kirk K. (avid Ohio State Buckeyes fan)

Rustic Cabin. Boy scouts meet here Tuesday nights at 7:30. AA meets there on other nights. Needs some repair.

While sitting at a traffic light we spotted this old log cabin. We turned the corner and stopped in and chatted with a guy that said they were restoring the old building. We looked around and took some great pictures. The Seminole Civic Club was built by members of the Seminole Methodist Church circa 1935.

Neat place to hold a meeting. Wouldn't want to do a wedding there. Too much stuff on walls, but it's cool to visit.

Falling down building. Rotted wood roof rotted leaking. Should be condemned. Not safe for meetings of BOY SCOUTS. Seminole Methodist Church should lock it.
