Daddy Cate's Coffee is a quaint establishment within easy walking distance of a park, the library, or boutique shopping. They cater to coffee addicts like myself who enjoy a smooth brew and cozy environment. They offer a few non-dairy milk options in addition to the traditional milks. I highly recommend the oat milk for anyone who prefers a plant based option. There are a few comfy chairs and cafe tables to enjoy your drink or bakery item. They have a selection of scones, cakes, muffins, and cookies all made fresh every day. My personal favorites are the cranberry orange muffins and the chocolate espresso muffins. Whether you grab and go, or snuggle up for a bit to read and reflect, Daddy Cate's Coffee is a great little spot.

I come here for the iced coffee, it’s the best I’ve ever had! The prices here are fair for coffee but a little high for the food. They are in no rush at this coffee shop though, so be prepared to wait a minute. If the owner isn’t there, it is unorganized and hectic. It is a very small place and is easily crowded but there is outdoor seating available.

It was so great to be back in downtown Brunswick and know that my favorite coffee shop Daddy Cate's Coffees is still going strong. I missed my egg sandwiches and espresso muffins. And of course the coffee can't be beat! You need a second location in Florida. ;)

First time here, just moved to area. Awesome coffee/restaurant with a lot of character. Had coffee and scone. Excellent. Super tasty raspberry scone and coffee perfect. Super friendly people, great location, prices reasonable, clean, great location for in town and near water. Thank you!

The decor is nice and drinks are cheap. I wanna root for the underdog ma & pa local business. Unfortunately, it's quite cramped, coffee is mid, and I asked for warm but I got piping hot which burnt my tongue.

My first visit to the shop. I have never walked into a cafe/restaurant and felt such a friendly and inviting environment. Everyone was so inclusive and welcoming! I did not want to leave and I consider myself an introvert!! Btw....I ordered coffee and my husband ordered the daddy dog. Both were delicious! Will definitely return.

Daddy Cate's Coffee is the perfect family owned coffee shop. A Brunswick staple, this coffee house has friendly customer service, cozy seating, unique mugs for dining in or sustainable recyclable cups for carry out. The shop is always very clean, and well maintained with consistently high marks from the health department. The orders are handled rapidly while still maintaining a personable, caring, friendly atmosphere. I was happy to discover this little gem in Brunswick. I had a cappuccino & a blueberry scone, and they hit the spot. I chatted with the owner a bit about the history of the coffee shop, which you can see on its walls. Friendly and clean little spot.

Loved their ice coffee and croissant . Not sure what it was , but their croissants were so fresh. Loved the bacon, egg and cheese croissants here

I love this place! I go every time I'm in town. You can't get much more "friendly neighborhood coffee shop" than this. The coffee and the food are both excellent and they're always friendly. They have really good cinnamon rolls, a variety of muffins, and sandwiches for lunch.

best coffee shop i’ve been to. i now prefer it over starbucks dunkin and wake up coffee. the way they do ice tops it. and the chicken salad croissant was better than panera

I really enjoyed the shots in my latte! They were very well extracted. And the coffee had a nice, full, flavor. Atmosphere was very cozy.

The sugar free frozen Frappe coffee was quite good. ☕ Love the decorations too.

Best coffee shop in entire area... no drive through. The sandwiches are so wonderful the deserts are awesome. I wish they had another daddy cates as well on other side of town...I've been to coffee shops all over USA... this is a great place the best coffee shop I've ever been to. The coffee has best taste... 👌

Cute local coffee shop. My hotel's wifi was not cutting it so I was in search of a coffee shop to work for the day. I am excited I found this place. The coffee is made fresh and they have a good selection of deli sandwiches and salad. Plus the wifi works great! This is a must visit if in downtown looking for a local coffee shop.

I have been coming to Daddy Cates for over 10 years! It is still my favorite Cafe. Dee Dee is the sweetest host !! You must go by and try it out ! The Chilli Dogs are AWESOME!

I have to honestly say… This was the ABSOLUTE WORSE service that I have ever in my entire life have had!!!! Here’s why… I arrived at Daddy cates a little earlier then what I thought I should so I went in and sat down on the couches that they have… I sat there for about 15 minutes.. NO ONE said anything to me at all!! Not a hey how are you? How can I help you mam? May we get something for you? Etc… so I left!! Being that I arranged a very important meeting with someone…I had no choice but to come back a second time the same day ,and it was only about thirty minutes in between.. Came in again and once again NO ONE!! Even acknowledged my presence!!! Not only that… the person I had a meeting with walked and they greeted him with ABSOLUTELY NO HESITATION!!!! If it weren’t for the very important meeting I had I would have NEVER came back!! 0 stars!!!!!!
