We enjoyed a 2 week trip through central Kerala organised by local DMC Leisure agent Mr Febin Mathew Jose. From touchdown to takeoff we were taken best care of, including all hotels, homestays, private AC car with driver, visits of pristine beaches, mountain areas and towns. We experienced true leisure and hospitality, had cooking classes, village tours, market visits, cloth and tailoring council as well as lots of delicious homemade food of typical Kerala dishes. We visited classical dance performances, film shows and even schools, were invited home by local families and also enjoyed first class hotels. The whole programme was put together according to our individual wishes and interests including bird watching, jungle trekking, plantation visits and swimming in natural rock pools. We had a jeep safari, a motorbike tour, riksha rides and boat tours. The experience was perfect, the memories precious and innumerable. If you want to experience "God`s own country" without stress or worries, let DMC Leisure be your travel agency and Mr Febin your individual councillor. He is bound to let you enjoy every moment of your holiday with all senses! Price was very low considering all the wonderful experiences and amenities - had we booked ourselves, we would have payed much more and missed many wonderful places! I went to Azerbaijan through this company. We had a terrific experience right from start to end. They customised the trip for us and it was well curated to our requirements. Vacations are always less frequent than we’d like. So, when we actually go on a vacation, we want to enjoy every minute without having to stress over flights, accommodations, transportation, itineraries, tour guides etc. That’s why we love working with DMC. They have always come through for us…even at the very last minute, for eg, calling them on a Friday afternoon with a request to travel the very next day. Romario organized for us an amazing Hampi & Hyderabad trip literally within a couple hours. What’s incredible is he is actually available outside of business hours to immediately take your call and resolve any issue, for eg Google had misinformation on flight departures which had us totally panicked. Romario not only was available to take our call, but re-confirmed the timings, sent us our boarding passes totally alleviating what could have been a really stressful situation. My experience with DMC was very much fulfilling. I was guided by Mr Shibu Unnikrishnan who was always in contact from the start and till the end of my trip. Everything was arranged professionally to ensure we are fully equipped with relevant documentation and information needed for our honeymoon. Don’t Listen to what they say . Go see Jordan! We did a well organised trip to Jordan thru DMC Leisure. Mr Shamnand was very helpful and forthcoming in answering all our queries. From the hotels selected to the guides/ drivers and transportation provided it was done with great elan. A special mention about Mohammed Hadid our driver, so nice , helpful and informative. He made the long drives pleasurable. Jordan is a must see go to destination at least once in your lifetime. A hikers paradise, a diverse water world for divers, a destination filled with history. We visited Petra , A beautiful historical place, the grandeur of the canyons is something which one must see. A word of advice do this climb to the monastery while your knees can go up 1250 steps up and then down again. But worth the climb. A good pair of walking shoes, sunglasses, a hat and plenty of water is a must. Of course there are donkeys on stand by to carry travellers up and down. But but be careful of scamming Bedouins. Mount Nebo , Aqaba, Wadi Rum and Dead Sea were other places which should be visited. Do not miss it. The desert sun set in Wadi Rum is something not to be missed. Our hotel UFO Luxotel is by far my favourite tent camp ground . The star gazing activity arranged by the hotel is another experience I will always remember. What can I say about the Dead sea, we so enjoyed it, applying the Mud mask and floating in the sea is just too cool. Overall a wonderful experience a hassle free holiday all thanks to Mr. Shamnand and his team.

I received the contact from a close source and thought could avail their services. I did speak to a person and i was told the basic checklist would be sent to me for applying for visa. I tried reaching out many times asking for the same however there has been no response. My calls are not answered nor there is a call back as committed. If visa services alone are not provided you can let your customers know of the same. I personally don't have a problem. Unfortunately very unhappy with this kind of mis leading service. When response is so poor even at the beginning i can imagine what it would be if I avail any services.

DMC leisure is a super professional organization, they are on call 24x7 throughout the journey .We undertook a 7 day trip across Jordan (Amman, Aqaba, Petra,Wadi Rum and Dead Sea) .Shamnad from India and Isabel from Amman respectively were literally a whatsapp message away from our group throughout the 7 day trip and in fact for a good month before the trip started too..coordinating everything from internary, to hotel bookings , logistics and visas and what not. Our group of 4 had multiple needs at multiple times including literally a change of plan to a different city after we reached a destination and their reaction times on whatsapp was literally under 5 minutes irrespective of time difference across the continents. They(Shamnad and Isabel ) got things done in lightning quick time. Romario from Shamnads India office coordinated all our visas and documentation without a hitch. We planned our 4 year old's birthday party with DMC Leisure while we were abroad. We needed a lot of help planning it as we were in a different time zone. Wasif, Surya and their team were tremendous in planning, coordinating and executing the plan.
