The collections are nice but the customer service is zero. The sales girls simply stand in their respective places and don't bother to look at customers. Everything is self-service by the customers as if we are buying for free. Instead of going to these branded showrooms, we can go to smaller shops where they respect customers. Worst experience.

Lousy treatment to customers. Unwanted procedures for simple task. Takes long time for any matter. In an empty shop, store manager can do things v. fast. Alas. No. Hiding behind formalities and systems. Unable believe Reliance can tolerate this? Sorry not expected from This brand.

The "RELIANCE TRENDS." Were open the new shop at saligramam and following new trends for youngester's large varities for kids,men & women at reasonable price visit this place 😊...

Misleading offers. Says buy for Rs. 3499 and get Apparel worth Rs. 2000 for free. But upon billing says we need to buy for 5499 and then less 2000 so you pay Rs. 3499. Their coupons are also valid for only less than 20 days. Only limited collections and stock. Not many options to choose from and lacks daily wear collections.
