Nice and cheap flats. It is 1km away from main highway & There is a railway crossing in between. That railway crossing is the main issue as that will be closed most of the time due high number of local trains in that route. Other than that there is some dust issue as there is a crusher nearby. still the location is very beautiful one. North of the flat is facing an open area with a lake. There will be good wind most of the time. Try to take some north facing flat here. then your balcony view will be gorgeous. I was in a corner room with both north and east view. It was awesome. I stayed there for 3 years. There are some issues like the management is not that good. The gym was not good. I complained them many times. but they done nothing. The pool is in good condition. And there is small park for kids. There is enough parking space for all and even for your guests..

Good place to stay for workers Working inn Mahindra tech city, the place is really good for those who hates city buzz. Has a 4ft swimming pool which is not maintained on regular intervals. Overall a decent place to stay.

One joined an IT around chettipunyam. This is the best place to stay for and guess what only the place to stay for as well. It is sorrounded with AAKAM township. They provide buses or vans to leave up to office. Swimming pool,gym ,lift ,park . Everything available.
