Recently we bought a new godrej almirah from this showroom, after 3 weeks they delivered it.Product is of worst quality , the handles came off , door alignment is completely wrong, bottom part of door was broken and hence they are not closing properly. Complained many times but no use.Mr.Griffan the coordinator is absolutely careless, we are planning to file a case in consumer court as it is more than 3 weeks and no action taken.

Bought a diamond king size cot made from godrej interio last week. After a 25 days delay got the cot but am not satisfied with the finishing provided by godrej interio (version dealer) thoraipakkam. The wood is not properly finished from the side. The wood also not sure it is mahagony.will provide a detail review after a month of use.

Don’t go with this show room / Dealer . Very Very worst service they don’t even answer for installation and they delivered the faulty broken product . Such worst experience in dealing with this dealer .. I have to pay extra to replace the lock for new item that I purchase such a worst dealer ..

I ordered a godrej almirah blue colour on 30.11.2023 at (Version godrej) godrej intereo showroom at Rajiv Gandhi Salai, Thoraipakkam, Chennai. Selected product available before bill, but they told no stock the same product after the bill. How is it? They are making me fool.This is very bad activity. I wanted to refurbish my kitchen as the earlier cabinets had been spoilt by termites. I had bought Godrej Almirah from Sarada Agency, Kasturiba Nagar, Adyar, Chennai in 2009. Their service was very good. As a returning customer I searched and found their showroom at OMR, Thoraipakkamm. I approached Mr. Rajesh there who was very helpful and professional. The measurements were done and after color selection in about a month's time the installation was completed. I complement Sarada Agencies and Mr. Rajesh in particular for excellent support and service.
