by
what
i
had
posted
below
but
wanted
to
register
not
only
the
bad
mishap
from
their
end
but
also
would
like
to
convey
the
good
gesture
form
their
end.
After
the
below
incident
the
store
manager
was
in
touch
base
with
me
to
enquire
what
had
happened
he
listened
to
the
grievances
what
i
had
listed
below
and
immediately
the
next
day
he
called
me
to
inform
that
there
was
mistake
from
their
end
based
on
the
enquiry
and
they
came
in
person
to
apologies
for
the
mistake
plus
they
had
refunded
the
entire
amount.
Paying
heeds
to
customer
query
and
complaint,
correcting
the
shortcoming
is
a
good
sign
for
any
organization
which
i
would
appreciate
but
i
just
request
your
team
to
stand
by
what
ever
the
brand
value
that
you
had
earned
in
chrompet
as
hotel
industry
is
not
a
place
where
blunders
can
be
accepted
and
moved
on
so
kindly
ensure
that
you
give
quality
products
for
the
price
which
you
charge
in.
I
am
a
grate
fan
of
this
place
who
often
visit
here
for
my
cravings
on
Pastry
but
I
foresay
this
point
please
don't
order
any
customization
cakes
from
here
I
had
a
terrible
experience
with
this
place....Knowing
their
brand,
quality
and
taste
I
gave
an
order
for
customized
cake
order
for
my
daughter
Bday....I
ordered
cartoon
Lion
faced
cake
with
caramel
flavour.
1)
First
they
had
given
an
orange
based
cream
on
the
top
which
was
overpowered
by
chemicals
which
gave
a
awful
taste
to
the
cake
topping
2)
Most
of
our
guest
refused
to
give
the
cake
to
the
ward
on
seeing
the
nature
and
taste
of
the
cake
topping
cream
3)when
it
comes
to
the
crust
of
the
cake
it
was
a
pretty
ordinary
vanilla
flavored
cake
even
Ice
cream
cake
crust
from
Arun
brand
which
are
pre
made
would
have
been
better
option
4)
we
were
all
searching
for
the
caramel
flavour
we
ordered
in
the
cake......at
the
end
of
the
day
we
ended
up
paying
a
premium
amount
for
a
worst
cake
which
we
could
have
ordered
from
any
nearby
bakery
shop
which
would
would
have
atleast
made
the
Bday
a
pretty
normal
affair.
We
were
much
embarrassed
infront
of
our
guest.
One
thing
which
I
could
say
on
the
positive
aspect
is
that
they
replicated
the
same
kind
of
customized
cake
which
was
shown
as
a
base
to
them.....I
now
realized
they
would
have
got
all
negative
reviews
for
their
Bday
cakes
and
not
for
anything
else
proves
to
be
a
true
in
my
experience
too......please
don't
order
any
Bday
cakes
from
here.....
