Such a worst lab with inexperienced staffs...😡🤬😠 Staffs in registeration desk don't know what is humanity and how to talk with respect in Ambattur branch. There's no zero option in Google. They deserved to get only zero. Arthi scans Anna nagar is best & I never get such worst experience there. I came along with my mother to take USG abdomen. They told it will take 2 hours for me as my name is in 20th place in the registration. They asked me to drink water when they call my name. Inbetween my bladder got full and I have to pass urine. When I approached them they told me to pass urine partially as the test requires that my bladder needs to be full. How come a women pass urine partially? And it's been 3rd time I passed my urine. When 3rd time I approached them, they asked me why you drank water without calling your name. 4th time also my bladder got full. When my mom approached them to get my scan to be done, they told that they will allow only when my token number come. They gave only 2 options, either to pass my urine partially or to wait untill my token number arrives. At the same time we saw another girl also suffering from the same issue. Then only we realised that not only me, whoever visiting this Ambattur Arthi scans are experiencing the same issue. Is urine an artificial thing to get or stop whenever it's required. Can urine be controlled possibly by a women when the bladder is full? This basic commonsense also they don't have. This is to be noted seriously and not to be forgiven. Someone should raise this issue to an higher management of Arthi scans and those lady staffs should be punished seriously. Such a common sense less, humanity less staffs and argued with my mom without giving respect. And they explained that urgency means when a patient in an emergency condition treated as emergency patients. Such a worst lab with worst staffs. I will never recommend this lab to my friends or family. Never ever..😡😡😡🤬

Had a recent MRI scan done at AARTHI. liked their motto of performing all the diagnostics at low cost. The staffs were friendly too. The availability of reports online was very beneficial, instead of visiting the centre again! Good service at very affordable price.

I did MRI thrice here and very happy with Arthi scans for getting us discount price in the night from 7pm to 11pm which no one can get anywhere else and it is the cheapest. Very quick, no much waiting, films given same time and reports later. Facility and hospitality is great.

Aarti scan are the worst to deal with. They are highly priced but inefficient. They make bookings and you pay online but when you come for your appointment they say doctors are not available and they have informed but there is no information. One books a home delivery collection for a specific time but their tech will arrive 2 to 3 hours later and you don’t know when you will get your reports. You can call several times and you will get answers like we need to do retest there seems to be difference and the reports are not coming correct. People be aware that Aarti are medical scammers

Went for master health check. Staffs were guiding very well to what needs to be done next and where to go. Availability of reports online was very much useful. No much waiting time while taking tests and also while getting the reports. They also intimate us through call once report is ready. Good hospitality and service.

No proper guidance. For testing they are providing used and dirty clothes for the patient. I waited from 6.30 am today till 10.30 am to complete all my tests. Staff is not guiding properly for various test.

Went for blood test on a sunday morning.... The whole process from billing to sample collection was done in quick time....reports when ready were telephonically intimated...reports were available online...thanks for the convenience

Comparatively cheap cost compare with other scan centers. Good service... Definitely u will save decent amount in scan

My experience with Aarthi scans at Ambattur was pathetic. We have to wait for 1 hour Jst to make the billing as the Manager and the reception, cashier are very dull and working very slowly. Elderly senior citizens are made to wait in fasting for more than 1 hour to make the billing also the ECG OPG tests facility is in the first floor without lift facility. Not sure how they are expecting patients and elderly people to take the stairs. Very bad experience visiting the Ambattur branch

Yesterday i went for ambattur aarthi scans to take master health check up package, well trained professional staffs,billing time took very less, they explained very clearly what i need, every one is so knowledgeable, after every test blood test or use or whatever i need they guide me so well,thank you for the whole team.
