almost

kgs
when
I
met
him
and
my
problem
was
related
to
exam
anxiety
and
not
weight
reduction.
But
he
told
me
follow
the
palio
(keto)
diet
with
proper
explanation
of
why
should
you
follow
the
diet
and
what
are
it's
effects
that
will
happen
in
your
body
which
will
help
you
fix
the
problems
I
currently
have.
I
was
amazed
by
the
way
he
explained
the
diet
and
he
too
have
reduced
weight
in
the
same
manner
and
his
words
inspired
me
to
try
the
diet
and
within
8
months
I
reduced
weight
from
119
to
75
kgs
.I
have
many
doubts
inbetween
days
for
which
he
answered
and
cleared
my
each
doubt
and
I
learnt
a
lot
from
him
in
the
process.
Many
doctors
give
you
or
tell
you
a
solution
with
some
tablets
but
he
not
only
gave
me
that,
he
understood
what
was
actually
needed
for
me
to
understand
the
process
going
on
with
myself
and
spend
a
lot
of
time
explaining
it.
He
doesn't
charge
for
that
,only
charges
for
the
medicine
he
gives
,If
it's
really
required
for
me.
By
far
my
biggest
achievement
is
the
period
of
weight
reduction
and
in
the
end
I
completed
my
exams
too.
Soon
with
my
changes
and
my
family
also
find
him
very
comfortable
to
interact
with
and
even
my
Dad
tried
the
diet
and
reduced
his
weight
and
in
the
process
he
also
balanced
his
bp
too.
This
diet
is
a
magic
and
it
isn't
easy
too
but
with
constant
and
stable
mindset
and
with
an
inspiration
like
doctor
we
can
accomplish
it
.
It
was
certainly
a
life
changing
experience
for
me
that
I
met
him
and
for
my
family
too.
