If
only
I
could
give
negative
ratings,
I
would
gladly
give
for
the
worst
hotel
stay
experience
ever
I
had
in
my
life.
Very
Inconsiderate
and
Disrespectful
staff,
zero
accountability,
highly
irresponsible
behaviour.
We
had
booked
a
family
unit
room
(we
were
a
group
of
5,
so
we
booked
2bhk
setup)
one
day
prior
(we
had
already
called
and
informed
that
we
would
check
in
around
10.30
am)
and
paid
the
advance
also
for
it
since
it
was
available,
but
when
we
reached
there
after
over
9
hrs
of
travel
by
11
am,
we
found
out
that
they
had
already
allocated
that
room
to
someone
else,
which
we
have
no
clue
why
we
had
to
pay
in
advance
to
block
the
room.
(We
had
specifically
asked
for
that
room
in
lower
floor
and
paid
for
it,
which
they
assured,
since
two
of
us
cannot
climb
stairs
due
to
medical
reasons,
that
was
also
communicated
to
them
beforehand
while
booking
the
room
-
Note:
Lifts
were
not
working).
After
trying
to
reason
with
them,
they
said
they
will
arrange
for
alternate
rooms
and
provided
us
rooms
which
didn't
have
the
plug
sockets
and
bathroom
heaters
working,
so
we
were
unsatisfied
and
asked
to
allocate
us
a
different
room.
They
said
they
will
arrange
for
it
in
an
hour,
but
were
negligent
and
after
continuous
insistence,
gave
us
temporary
but
separate
rooms
by
3.30
pm
(which
by
the
way
was
totally
against
the
reason
we
wanted
to
stay
together
as
a
family
and
booked
the
family
unit)
and
it
was
on
the
2nd
floor
even
though
we
said
we
had
elders
who
cannot
climb
stairs,
which
they
didn't
even
heed
to.
We
could
have
gone
to
another
hotel,
but
we
came
for
an
urgent
emergency,
and
were
pressed
against
time
due
to
our
plans
and
we
didn't
have
much
window
to
go
and
search
for
other
hotels
in
the
area.
Also
they
refused
to
refund
our
booking
amount
even
though
it
was
their
mistake
to
allocate
the
room
we
booked
to
someone
else,
so
we
had
to
stay
there.
One
of
the
rooms
they
allocated
to
the
ladies
in
our
family
had
gents
smoking
and
having
alcohol
in
the
common
shared
area,
which
when
we
complained
to
the
reception
and
they
reluctantly
switched
our
room
again
after
strongly
refusing.
Adding
to
the
chaos,
we
had
also
booked
a
single
room
unit
prior
to
our
arrival
for
one
of
our
guests,
which
we
had
told
them
that
they
will
check
in
by
4
or
4.30
pm
and
asked
them
to
allocate
only
after
4
pm.
So
in
essence,
we
got
our
rooms
by
3.30
pm
and
we
told
them
to
have
the
guest
room
ready
for
check
in
by
4
pm.
But
they
had
booked
all
our
arrival
time
as
11
am,
including
for
the
guest
even
though
we
were
checked
in
only
after
3.30
pm.
So
the
next
day
they
kept
bothering
us
to
vacate
by
11
am
itself
stating
that
we
entered
their
premises
by
11
am
so
that
will
be
our
room
timing
despite
getting
checked
in
only
after
3.30pm.
Only
for
the
guest
we
were
able
to
buy
time
till
2pm,
and
we
were
forced
to
vacate
by
11am
itself.
Also
the
room
AC
was
not
working,
TV
didn't
work,there
were
high
amount
of
mosquitoes,
poor
maintenance,
lifts
didnt
work,
they
don't
clean
the
sheets
properly,
no
toiletries
or
towels,
no
drinking
water
in
the
room,
restrooms
had
a
lot
of
stains.
Adding
to
that,
they
said
they
had
separate
car
parking
during
our
earlier
enquiry,
but
when
we
reached
there,
they
said
the
internal
parking
was
only
for
2
wheelers
and
we
had
to
park
the
cars
outside
on
the
road.
This
was
such
a
horrendous
experience
and
the
worst
ever
hotel
stay
I
had
ever
seen.
The
staff
were
totally
unbothered
about
any
of
the
inconvenience,
and
didn't
even
seem
to
care
about
their
mistakes,
were
arrogant
and
very
bad
attitude,
kept
acting
up
as
if
we
had
to
be
at
their
mercy.
When
we
were
checking
out,
another
guest
was
also
arguing
at
the
reception
for
something,
and
with
all
the
other
reviews
here,
it
is
clear
that
the
management
doesn't
even
bother
to
care
about
their
guests
or
take
any
steps
to
improve
their
service.
KINDLY
AVOID
THIS
PLACE
AT
ALL
COSTS!!
WILL
SAVE
YOU
A
LOT
OF
TIME,
MONEY
AND
MENTAL
PEACE!!
