The rooms were very clean, hygenic and very comfortable. I highly recommend this place for people who want a relaxed stay with good food and hospitality. The property is simply beautiful, with very well maintained garden. Rooms were quite spacious and nicely maintained. The rooms were spotless and the staff was very helpful. The hospitality they have provided was wonderful. I would definitely like to visit them again . It was fantastic experience staying at Hotel Aadhya INN Property. The place is gorgeous. The bathroom is extremely clean. It is very hard to find such a well maintained Hotel and Lodging in Kolar District.

Though the hotel is very good in terms of maintenance, cleanliness and good views, the customer care service is pathetic. The restaurant is too expensive.

Check your room properly before you check in, because every room has a deficiency due to average maintenance, although good capital amount has been spent. One room doesn't have shower, other room didn't have proper water supply, third room didn't have remote. I also didn't like the room TV service. Only YouTube. Very polite and smiling staff.

Nice rooms, Comfortable stay. Very new, they need to learn many things regarding hospitality. No Hair dryer, No kettle, Dental kits in rooms. No verity in Breakfast, same Combo thali everyday. Meals were super delicious..

Very pathetic service, Manager and receptionist works if they have mood to work and time to work, then only you will get room and bills at check out otherwise you just have to sit and wait in lobby for your bill, after 10PM at night there is no room service if you want water you have to come downstairs and collect water bottle till 11PM only, if you stuck in lift by chance then you will be stuck for night, worst hotel with pathetic service in Kolar, Karnataka.

Great place to stay in the Highway NH -75. Rooms were spacious, hygienic and have a nature view Window with awesome surroundings for walking.

We stopped for lunch on the way back from Tirupati to Bangalore. Ideal location, great and tasty food, excellent washrooms, ample car parking space. Service could have been a bit faster. Those traveling need to complete their eating and hit the road again. For this, services need to keep pace with travellers.

Very Good rooms. Good maintanance. Good for short stay and people attending marriages in Nandini palace. Food Taste is average but costly.

Perhaps the best stay available around in Kolar. Had to stay here due to cousins wedding and was not disappointed. Cleanrooms and good service. Very courteous staff. There is ample parking space but not covered. Definitely recommended stay for family friends.

Service was excellent, hygiene was properly maintained, good room service, cleanliness was up to the mark, manager Lalith was very friendly.

They don’t know how to treat customer they themselves will decide to which customer they want to take order based on their clothes and they take order with attitude after asking to take order, since yesterday night we are travelling and tired I saw this restaurant to have something with piece of mind but it was very bad experience poor service and when we informed to their manager he’s doing back ditching and saying customers are like that only simple they shout etc …….. actually the order also not taken properly also and showing attitude to us ,for their mistake hey are showing attitude with customer I will rate this restaurant “0” so poor service and worst experience on 1 st time.
