5 stars FOR SURE!!! Pleasant spot steps off the beach with great ocean/palm tree views. Petra is a wonderful lady, runs a great business with a small shop adjacent to her restaurant. If you drink, order her rum punch! I would say 3 is your limit - strong and GOOD! The food here is so reasonably priced with big portions and absolutely some of the best food i've had in the Caribbean. Get the fish roti!!!! I have also heard her breakfast is amazing. I haven't tried it as we went for lunch but I did stop in earlier in the morning to view the menu and very reasonable yet again with lots of offerings. OH! Also good to know- she can make your drink to go in plastic for some beach fun. $10EC for rum punch - best deal on Lower Bay Beach!! You will not regret going to Petra's. :)

Best rum punch...2 is your limit! Fresh food, home style cooking, lobster salad and red snapper available, be prepared to wait for good things , island style and island time...and your hostess Petra is great character.

Admittedly Lobster is a rare treat for me, so I cannot claim to be a regular consumer......but this place has Lobster to die for. Seriously outstanding. Lovely friendly welcoming staff and 'regular' customers. A little piece of heaven right here on earth.

Lovely and lively little neighborhood eatery and market in Lower Bay. Petra makes everyone feel welcome and the setting right across from the beach is wonderful.

Wow, great cooking! Home style with no pretention. 🦞 fresh lobster was probably the best I've tried. Defiantly another visit due and also a handy mini mart for essentials next door.

Best lobster salad, ever! Petra and staff are so friendly. I love this place! I've heard the roti's are the best, sadly didn't get a chance to try one!

Petra made a special vegetarian dish for my husband and fresh caught fish for me and our friends. Super yummy.

Petra's had really excellent food. I met Petra, She was very nice. The service was great. They were even attentive to the amount of ice in my glass. The photo is the Red Snapper.

Petra's is a hidden gem that serves fresh and delicious food. Since we love Caribbean Lobster, we ordered her grilled lobster. What a treat! The meal included fresh made beans, plantains, vegetables, twice baked potatoes, and a side salad. My husband also enjoyed one of their local beers, Hairoun.

Amazing food, the best creole lobster we have had after 2 full weeks on the island! Do yourself a huge favor and walk the extra 15 minutes down to see Petra for some fantastic food!!!!
