A wonderful gem in the heart of Kingstown with a friendly staff. The ambience is amazing - very upscale and classy. The food was great and decent sized portions. The menu is varied and the wine selection is HUGE! And if wine isn’t your thing, there’s the option of local and craft beers, and also ciders. There’s honestly something for everyone. Would absolutely recommend and return!

One of the most consistently good restaurants in St.Vincent. I tried one of my favourites (the wontons with pistachio and cream cheese) for the first time in many years and it still tastes exactly the same. I cam count on getting what I expect with this restaurant. Tried the breadfruit cakes for the first time and they were delicious!! Unique use of such a quintessential local ingredient!

Personally, I am not easily impressed, but my first experience at this place was legit on point. Even before that, I had heard only good things. In my bias though, I reserved judgement, and had no real expectations. In the end, I thought that the spot was cool, the prices were decent and the food exceeded expectations. That pepper crusted beef salad was … 🤌🏾

One of the few consistently good restaurants on the Island. Often has a pretty chill, relaxed vibe when you need to get away from the hustle and bustle of the city (although there are certain times when things can get hectic there). Staff is pleasant, food is VERY good. I have a few default favorites on their menu but their seafood, pasta and salad dishes are always winners and if you're a drinker- their wine selection and locally brewed beer isn't bad either

Some nice and interesting ingredients and meals I could not find elsewhere on the island. Good interior and ambience, friendly staff, easy to find location.

If you are ready to wait more than one hour for food this is the place. Ordered “feta cheese and olives” (which they are both in the fridge prepared) one hour later I am still looking at the table :)

The food was great, but the staff is a bit laid back. Can recommend as they have a wide choice of wine and dishes

Great place with wine by the glass. To find it, look for a small sign in a doorway to the right of Subway, and go up the stairs

We “taxied” to Flow on a Saturday night expecting, from the reviews, a great atmosphere & food. We got there about 7.45 pm & it was empty except for a family group of about 6 and a couple of people at the bar. The bartender could not find the wine I selected and I settled on something else. We were also told that if we ordered food it would take an hour (apparently because there were a lot of take out orders). The bartenders were not very talkative. We has an interesting chat with the man beside us. After 2 drinks he guided us to the nearby taxi stand and we went back to our hotel for dinner. Will not go again and if it had not been for our “new friend” at the bar this bar would get no ⭐️ from us.

Very nice atmosphere. We were tired after walking around the Botanical gardens and Kingstown. We stopped in the have a few beers and a meal and it was well worth it. Good service music was not too loud food was excellent my wife had snapper in a Creole sauce. I had curry chicken and it was marvelous. we had a side order of vegetables and they were served perfectly. I highly recommend the place.

Very cozy and upscale hideaway yet public bar and lounge. Quality of food offered is superb. Range and volume of music played is quite balance. Prices are mid range and is justified with the ambiance offered. A definite worthwhile experience when looking for a place to relax and engage in romantic conversation.

Superb ambiance, great food, excellent service. Big up the staff Stan, Trevor, Christine and Kelly Ann the chef. You must have their Rum Punch..It is one of the best I have ever tasted on five continents. I would give 5 stars but I believe there's always room for improvement so 4 stars is akin to 5.

Half of the steak was fat. Mashed potatoes lumpy and gluey.Chicken fajitas unseasoned, the meat tough. No catch if the day and the fish special was not available. Sweet samosas ...bad choice. Service friendly but slow. Expensive!

Good food and great atmosphere. One of my favorite restaurants on the island. Awesome selection of wine as well. Staff was very friendly and attentive. Went more than once, salsa night is also a lot of fun.
