Well... There's a mixed bag of reviews here. What to make of it? First the good. The staff are friendly and super-courteous. The location on the beach is absolutely terrific. The gardens are pristine, making a big contribution to the overall good impression. (Gardeners are always the most overlooked people!) The dining area is grand. Now the qualifiers. It's a wee bit pricey. The staff are deferential, but perhaps a little untrained. This comes over in random, unimportant ways (such as how room numbers are taken at breakfast) but can cause a teeny sense of disorientation. The food is expensive, so we didn't try dinner. The breakfast was a good example of the near-but-not-quite service: sometimes you were offered coffee, sometimes you asked; no sauces were out; choices were limited; fruit wasn't replenished. All micros, but just a bit random. Bottom line, this is a happy, if expensive, oasis of calm and we were a little sorry to leave. And... 10/10 for gardening!

I have never stayed at this hotel. But I heard it is a nice hotel. However, I have had dinner here and it can be a bit pricey.

Lovely beach-side hotel. Very good value for money. The reception staff were so welcoming, polite and professional. The restaurant area has a lovely feel and the food was good, but not exceptional. I would recommend the chicken wings starter. Our room was well laid out with a good WiFi signal. The only slight negative was that the main light was not very bright. The shower was refreshing. The bathroom mirror was well lit, which was great for shaving and I imagine for those applying makeup.

I stayed at Beachcombers hotel for two weeks and had an amazing stay, it felt like a home away from home just enjoying the beautiful landscape , garden and the ocean view. The food was delicious kudos to the chef and I had the opportunity of meeting some of the amazing staff. A special thank you to Marva who provided friendly and efficient service in the restaurant. I will also like to thank Denise who cleaned my suite on a daily basis. and Chanel at the front desk. Thanks for making my stay memorable . I will definitely be staying at this hotel again

The restaurant is fantastic. The chef has a strong Turkish influence and has trained worldwide, including with Chef Enrique Olivera. Great atmosphere as well. Best hummus I have ever had. Would recommend it to anyone.

I visited Beachcomber in April 2023 where I intended to stay for 7 days. My co-worker was also visiting the Island with me but was staying elsewhere. When she attempted to visit me at the hotel, she was prevented from coming to see me as she was told that I could not have visitors. To my dismay and embarassment, I was informed that I couldn't have any visitors as it was hotel policy. I was totally embarrassed and checked out immediately. The customer service was horrible. I really won't recommend this hotel.

Nice, quiet hotel right on the beach. Our room was very clean and the staff was super nice. We stayed for 2 days and enjoyed the food at the restaurant. There is a small pool overlooking the ocean. I would definitely come back here again!

I wish 10 star was an option … I have lost count of the hotels that i have stayed in but this place is far beyond is the best .. it was such an amazing experience for us. Workers are very friendly everyone made sure that we felt like we were at our own home. Owners are amazing people , its very surprising to me that such an amazing and polite people still excist in this world .. we will definitely be back to them , it is our always go to list , i would highly recommend everyone to see this boutique and very authentic place , i promise you , you wont be disappointed Oh by the way their restaurant “ADA” is delicious For those who will go there to stay you can thank me later and for those who goes somewhere else good luck!!!

The hotel is very well located, our room facing the garden was spacious and not noisy at all. attentive and helpful staff. very good breakfast and dinner was wonderful. We didn't need to leave the hotel because everything was perfect! we will be back soon!!

Please do not call the person in the kitchen a Chef. That is an insult to real Chefs. The food is mediocre at best. I ate here three times during my stay and I learned my lesson. Eggs over easy came out cooked beyond believe. Tje shrimp are cheap quality and certainly have been frozen most likely since the ice age. A push button soap dispenser in the shower? Pff

We enjoyed our stay!. Very friendly staff, delicious food, clean surrounding and the location is perfect!...No taxi needed to or from the beach!. The hotel is literally on the beach where you can sit by the poolside with your favourite drink and watch the sun set..🤤🤤...Good job guys👌🏽👌🏽... keep it up👍🏽👍🏽.

So many great things to say about this hotel. The reservation team were fantastic to deal with. We had to change our reservation multiple times due to AA messing up our flights and they were just so pleasant and patient with us. We really felt like the staff wanted to take care of us throughout our stay. They just went above and beyond day after day. Great service, great rooms, great food, great drinks, super friendly and attentive staff. Honestly, just 5 stars across the board. Thank you everyone at the beachcombers!!! We will be back :/)

We didn’t stay here at Beachcombers, just ate. The food was much better than other restaurants in the area, and it took a long time to come out. Fish was fresh and tasty, but a little over cooked. Waitstaff definitely needs a lot more training. No greeting, you have to call them over to request more water or to order food or to pay bill. Could be due to the youth of staff, they seemed unaware of “servicing” their tables. (Not just our table, but I saw many patrons sitting for 10+ mins looking for staff.) Bartenders are another story. They smile, they make eye contact and ask what you need. Sheniece was friendly and attentive, and she continued to prep, clean and assist others while I was waiting for my food.

Love the outside view of the place. The inside of the $100 rooms can seriously use some update. However, it was too noisy. One young lady tried to call a hotel next door, but I would have to get a taxi to carry my bag over, plus it was still near the road. Someone was literally riding their motorcycle until after 3am in the morning. The window was closed, but the bathroom have opened areas and the sound travels. Went to the front desk and no one was there. Saw the security guy in the morning, asked if they was an emergency? then no one is available. Saw a motorcycle sitting at the front of the building. Ask to call a taxi and he said no one was picking up. I tried to call with my phone and the phone would just hang up. Pulled my bags to the top of the hill and God made a way. The devil is a liar. I would not recommend this place to anyone who is a light sleeper or need transportation to the airport. I never got to sleep, so I basically paid for a shower and a place to repack my bags. I would have been better going straight to the airport.

This is the only place I would stay on Villa beach. It's the nicest along the beach. Seems that it is more in line with Canadian/American standards. I was traveling with my son, daughter in law, and her parents. We came from Bequai on the only early morning ferry on a Sunday (630am) and everyone (except me) was flying out at 730pm. Beachcombers allowed them to stay the day without extra charges. They also accommodated early check-in (10am) for 5 of us. My family was able to store their suitcases, rest, and enjoy the pool and meals. I'm very grateful for that! They took all of our luggage up many stairs and oriented us to the room. The room was clean and fully stocked with coffee, tea, and a mini fridge. AC worked great! Water supply was good, so shower and toilet worked fine. The food was delicious! The service was very professional and prompt. Kayann, at the front desk was friendly and responsive. The beach is not very long, but our portion of the beach was the most sheltered. Bring your snorkel gear, as there are many great fish to see, right off our beach. There are a few beach restaurants and bars along the beach if you want to try something else. As well, there is a free ferry to Union Island, which takes about 3 minutes to get to. You can have lunch or a drink and take in the scenery from the other side. Short trip to town.....I think our cab was 40 or 50 EC. Because I smoke when I drink, I was planning a cab ride to town to get cigarettes. I found out they sell them at the bar. (Expensive, but no different if you factor in the cab ride). My deluxe room was very reasonable, even at high time. I will definitely come back and recommend to anyone.

Restuarant was good but limited menu. Good service. Strong rum punch!

Wonderful hospitality. Such kind, caring, efficient, professional staff. Andrew, in particular, was excellent. The food was great and the Christmas decorations were the best I've ever seen. Thanks to Flora and Beverley for making us so welcome. Afternoon tea at the Beachcombers is worth its weight in gold.

The food is good and ppl at restaurant are nice. The room is not good, I have no wifi in my room even I have called them several times but they always say they fix it but they never been fixed. Also, There is lizards in my room made me not sleeping well. The price of the room per night is too high compare to the services and quality. I won't come back again to stay in this hotel but I may come to eat at the restaurant.

We had a family vacation for 7 of us in 4 rooms. We are grateful that Beachcombers management took us in after another hotel didn't honor our reservations and gave our rooms to other people. The rooms were nice and thank goodness for the air conditioning. The pool was refreshing and the restaurant had some good selections but the service was top notch. I liked that they were right on the beach and had a nice view of Young Island. I would definitely stay at this hotel if I come back. If you want really authentic Vincention food, I would recommend going into Kingstown for that. Otherwise, everything we had except for the Vincy breakfast was great.

Just had a wonderful dinner at the restaurant for a group of 8 before we go sailing. The owner showed us a few rooms while we were waiting for dinner & were impressed with the rooms. We will definitely stay here next time we're in St. Vincent.

I love this hotel, it's right next to the beach and the service provided by the staff is top notch. It was a welcome engagement when compared to the service provided by staff at hotel/resort on other islands whose main emphasis was being tipped. I will stay there again in the future.

First time being there it was a great experience all the staff were wonderful and cheerful I hope I can go back again

We stayed at this lovely hotel for 2 weeks and enjoyed every aspect, every day. The staff was wonderful from the gardeners and reception to the wait staff and bartender. The food was delicious and the service was outstanding! I loved relaxing by the pool and walking only a few feet to snorkel (I brought my own gear). Walking distance to other restaurants when we wanted different options was a bonus. We will definitely be back!

The staff are awesome. The views are wonderful. The sea is perfect for swimming. The rooms could use some updating but overall it's a great value.
