Worst clinic that I have ever been to. I came to complete my immunization checking for college. The nurses were very unprofessional. They acted like they were in a rush, even it’s the time of my appointment. They didn’t look carefully at my file, they just rush through it to finish fast. I met a nurse, and the way she talk to me is like my case is not important so she didn’t want to do it. I have to get a vaccine, and it was the worst experience in my life, it’s lucky that I’m not scared of needle, but if it’s other people, they would faint already. The injection procedure was rushed through, it was very painful and I didn’t even get a bandage afterwards. NEVER EVER COME HERE PLEASE!

I went out of my way to review this place. People need to be aware of this place and not go there. It's a complete waste of time. Staff was very rude. There are signs on top of other signs to "guide" you to where you are supposed to go... so confusing. I waited in the wrong line up just to get attitude from the staff because apparently the sign was very clear where I was supposed to go if I got an appointment through Rendezvous santē. Even with an appointment, I was unable to see a doctor after waiting for 1 hour. The receptionist told me it was normal...

This is not a Clinique I would recommend. I cold have gone through emergency and would have been seen sooner. Their process s awful, whether you hav an appointment or not. I am now in the Clinique once more and am going on my third hour waiting. 3 hours after the appointment. This place needs serious process improvement!

I had a really pleasant experience with the personnel, doctors and administrative agents here. They are very polite and helpful. The wait is as long as it gets, just like in any other clinic or hospital. I wonder why many people had unpleasant experiences here. I guess it depends on the doctor you get.

THE WORST CLINIC! Don’t waste your time by going to this clinic. With appointment, you have to wait minimum 3 hours. The doctor was rude as if he is forced to work there. I saw people go to doctor’s office without their names being called. It is the worst clinic on Montreal island.

Never go there. If I could've give -5 star I would. Worst experience ever from 10 years ago till now nothing been better.From the receptionists to the nurses who scared my whole arm with bruises after doing a blood test, because of him not being experienced enough the next day my arm looked like someone beat me my whole arm was bruised in different places which is not normal for a simple blood test. French speaking receptionist really rude all the time even if you speak to them in french. Don't bother to call on the lime for anything or to get your results you will be on an endless hold waited 4hours and nobody answered. This clinic has a measure managing issues and they need to recrute fully experienced people especially nurses and doctors because the people who are there right now ain't trust worthy at all. It's a shame for "health care" to treat patients like that.

We take the trouble to make an appointment for a medical emergency, when we arrive, we are given a number…. Despite making an appointment... we are made to wait. The secretaries laugh among themselves, 5 counters are closed out of 6… no skills, no empathy. For one of the rare times, I realize that what people say about the health service in Quebec is real. Poor health system that profits from the money paid by Quebec citizens.

Not a good experience at all at this clinic. Not one person speaks English, despite it saying on their website that services are offered in French AND English. I proceeded to explain my symptoms to the triage nurse and when I couldn't find the words in French, I said it in English and she then instructs me to open google translate on my phone in order for her to understand. Being served in English in Quebec is supposed to be a RIGHT. And same goes for the doctor, did not know one word of English. Completely unprofessional and shameful service from the receptionist to the doctors. Not to mention very long wait time, despite having an appointment.

Contrary to what all the reviews say, I was very well received in this clinic, I had an appointment via 811 option 3. The receptionists I was able to speak to were all very pleasant, as well as the doctor. that I was able to meet.

Awful experience with the doctor at this clinic. I felt extremely rushed and not properly listened to. They were jumping to conclusions without properly questioning or listening to me. Not the type of service we should be receiving from a health care professionnal. I would avoid this clinic at all costs, even if you are desperate, please go anywhere else.

Another clinic I called and English services weren’t available. Again… we’re not calling to order a pizza here. It’s our health and well being. Gheeze. I had more services available in English to me in France, Spain, Italy and South America than here in Quebec. Awful and embarrassing.

Worst staff ever extremely slow waited 3 hours to see doctor....they don't keep up with proper appointment time . Waste of whole day just coming to see a doctor here very unorganized and unprofessional.

Horrible service. My partner waited more than 1h45 to simply ask for an appointment with her family doctor. Almost 2 hours and they never answered!!! Incredible!!!

I got an appointment using QC rvsq website, drove there on a frigid day, registered, then half an hour later they told me the doctor won't see me so my appt was cancelled. They offered an appointment the next day, but i won't be going back there.

Ridiculous. This clinic make appointment for clients even you don't ask and don't need, then their Dr. can get paid by RAMQ, no matter you present or not. Not honest at all.

The attention is the WORST!! From the reception to the doctors themselves. I suggest you do as others, take care of us elsewhere.

This morning after waiting 20 minutes on the phone to try and take an emergency appointment for tomorrow, this French Canadian RUDE receptionist just brushed me off without even taking 2 minutes to listen to me, she literally hung up on me. Really????? Nice service. Congratulations !!!! There are plenty of people that would take her job any time and probably give better service. Shame on you !!!!!!!

I have never been to a clinic as bad as this one, they don't care about the patients, very poor service from the nurses and receptionists. Really disappointed with this clinic
