Rude staff - too busy to talk to each other like others have already stated. Two weeks ago I have warned the staff that the price for cucumbers was different on the scan than on the price label. Today, two weeks later, same thing :))) I'm sure it's done on purpose and I'll warn everyone I know, in every way I can to avoid these thieves! Not the only issue, of course, but the only one for which I have a picture.

Bad experience in my first and last visit to this supermarket. Turned a corner and came across tanks of live lobsters! With their claws trussed up and hardly able to move. Poor beasts - how is this possible in this day and age? I put down the items I had intended to buy and walked out there and then. They've lost my custom. Also, as previously stated, where are the spirits? Why wouldn't you stock all alcohol together?

Reasonably stocked supermarket. Oddly enough they do their restocking during the busy times of the day, usually by some junior staff who just talk to another rather than work. The latest dis-improvement is moving the spirits and champagne to the check out (only one lane) only. The staff there must be the slowest in world history. They also have no idea what alcohol they are selling. Just get security tags for the booze and invest in security and move it back to the shelves. Waste of time.

Shopping experience is poor for liquor for e.g. hard drink is difficult to shop as it is hidden behind the cash counter

It, s always well to crowded with not enough open registries so on average 20 min waiting
