I bought a rowing machine in July 2022 from fitness boutique in Evere. The after-sales service was top notch. Immediate replacement of the defective rower. Since the management of the store has changed: I called for a problem with my rowing machine (dial displaying the data no longer works even with newer ones), the person on the phone asked me to send a video... of the box (a video is is the procedure!...sic!). I did what he asked and sent a message on April 26...and I still have no response... Very angry
