While this store tends to be comfortable due to it never getting too crowded, I cannot recommend this store. The store is neat and tidy which is all good and well, but some of its staff members are simply unfriendly; often aggressive towards customers. The two employees that we asked for help sighed and clearly showed how annoying they believed we were being even though we just wanted the missing shoe of the shoes we wanted to buy. Not a welcoming place to go to as a customer.

If you want a good shopping experience never go here. They don't have anything in store which is on their website and the staff are very rude. If I could I would give it -5 stars

Very bad experience in that shop. Workers are not polite even owner. Cashier he said he’s working as students job.he felt shameful. Even shops Guardian too.Finally shops Guardian apology to us . Horrible. No respect person.

On one hand there is plenty of choice and good prices on discounted items. On the other hand, the staff acts like a more disorganized version of IKEA's. They mostly ghost you when you try to look for them for a different size or they literally just started working today and have no clue what to do. The latter are at least polite...

Very unpleasant and uninteresting store. They carry brands like Nike, Adidas and Puma and have a large stock but it's all old material, low budget, end of series. Ideal if you care more about budget and don't care about how you look (or do not care about the latest trends). I have the overal feeling that they buy overstock or from outlet stores. The fitting rooms are incredibly claustrophobic and very dark.

Some employees are gorgeous. They work like machines. Especially on Fridays and Saturdays. But then there are dumb employees, who don't know what they're doing. Those employees are the reason, why customers leave the shop and don't come back. Just because of their unprofessional behavior....

Very friendly service. The luggage I wanted to buy was damaged and they looked for an issue as soon as I mentioned it. The shop is clean and very big, with a lot of choice. On the downside, it is difficult to find your way to the cashier or your way back out.

Nice place with lot of branded stuff. I would prefer this one over Decathlon. Price is reasonably fair and sale items are present.

Complicated environment, not spacious, normal vs sale price not easily distinguished, costly even during sale period. A bit hard to find the desired product. Still were able to buy what we were looking for at a good price :) Decathlon Evere much better in terms of space and items to find

There are not all trend shoes of Nike such as blazers, air force’s etc. The t-shirt, jeans and hoodie prizes are very high. The staff is helpful.

Really like the sports Direct for their collection of sports stuff and also the clothing and shoes. Right from the day I reached Belgium have ended up buying so many shoes and clothes from here. The prices are good too. For the range of sports and outdoor activities related stuff though decathlon is better. Between the two sports Direct shops, I now prefer the one at docks since it is bigger and has better collection

I arrived here 15 minutes before closing time and they wouldn't let me in even though I explained that I knew exactly what I wanted and would be done in 5 minutes both in French and in English. This is really not customer friendly behaviour.

Worst sports direct store ever They don't have enough people to help you. I saw many people leaving because of the unprofessionalism If you want to waster hours of your time, this is the store for you.

Very good prices but low quality !

Too crowded on a saturday afternoon, people do not respect social distancing enough and some salesmen do not wear their mask properly.

Very calm and cool compared to the one in City2.

Horrible staff they don’t help you they lifted my price it was originally 50€ but they charged me for 55€ without a reason I asked her why and she didn’t even reply she ignores everyone and don’t help you at all if you ask any worker there for a question they are annoyed they were very disrespectful towards my grandmother
