MOST TRUSTED AND THOUGHTFUL HOTEL STAFF ANYWHERE IN THE WORLD! My daughter and I celebrated two of our milestone birthdays on a special trip to Paris and found this wonderful hotel. Our stay was spectacular but that is not what has moved me to write a review. I left my wedding band and pearl ring (highly sentimental) in the bathroom and didn’t remember until I was at the airport. I immediately called the hotel and Anna at the front desk had already been trying to reach me to say they had located them - with a picture. To cut the story short, Eloise emailed me saying that the rings had been posted with not only a tracking number but a link that shows where the ring is in transit. I received the rings today, meticulously packaged, in perfect condition. I asked to pay for postage but the hotel covered it. What could have been a very unhappy ending turned out to be an extra special memory based upon the actions for the staff at this amazing hotel. If staying in an establishment where you know the staff actually care about their guests and demonstrate it through actions, this place is for you. Merci beaucoup Anna and Eloise!

Excellent stay, the hotel is very nice, room was comfortable, very clean, comfy bed and nice bathroom. Gentle staff and excellent location, city center and access to Le Halle RER and Metropolitan station. I would love to stay here again

We had a really wonderful stay at Hotel Le Relais des Halles! So cozy & intimate hotel in a perfect location! For us who arrived at CDG airport, it was just to take the train to the Halles train station and then it was just 3min walk to the hotel 👌🏼 The staff was Berry friendly and helpful! We truly recommend this small & beautiful hotel!

The hotel is perfectly well-located, being less than one minute away from the closest subway station and in walkable distance to many landmarks. The staff is very attentive and friendly, helping to make everything efficient and enjoyable. And the rooms and all the spaces are completely clean and beautiful, with lovely decorations, also they serve an amazing breakfast. I would definitely recommend this hotel and stay here again.

The location is unbeatable but what really made our stay great was the staff. There was a minor issue during our stay and they bent over backwards trying to make it up to us. They really went above and beyond. I would 100% stay here again just for that. Rooms are very clean and comfortable as well.

My husband and I stayed here for 4 nights. It was perfect for us. Great location with tons of cafes and walking distance. The louvre museum is in walking distance. A metro station is just around the corner which made getting to other parts of Paris easy. The staff was very kind and the rooms were clean and pretty. Would recommend!

Lovely room with comfortable beds and large bathroom. Friendly staff and very good breakfast. We enjoyed our stay at this charming hotel. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because the shower door didn't seal well and the water made the floor mat quite wet.

Since we checked in to this delightful hotel i have been writing this review in my head. I chose this hotel based on the previous stellar reviews, and they did not steer me wrong. Location The hotel is utterly central, yet also (somehow!) a peaceful oasis. The hotel is easily accessible from Chatelet-Les Halles, basically the junction of every major RER/metro line + mini mall, and there are a variety of cafes and restaurants literally on the doorstep. It's so central that we ended up walking most of the time, but when our feet needed a break, the metro was right there. Rooms * A/C was flawless (and much appreciated during a little heat wave). * With the busy streets outside i was a little worried about the noise, but the double glazing and soundproofing is excellent. We didn't hear anything outside or from other rooms. * Extremely comfortable beds. * So many thoughtful and high-quality amenities - all toiletries were provided (hand soap, shampoo, body wash, conditioner, body lotion, razor set, comb, cotton buds and rounds, ladies' products, hand sanitizer). Bathrobes and slippers, iron and board, and a BaByliss hairdryer. * Nespresso and kettle, bottled water and selection of teas and coffee replenished daily (and also available in the lobby, along with an icemaker and adorable little thermoses to carry the ice back to your room). Minibar had a good selection of things you would actually want (only suggestion would be maybe more snacky things?). Baths * Absolutely spotlessly clean * Refitted to a very high standard. * Fabulous water pressure, and tankless (flash/instant) hot water. * WC had built-in bidet function * Plenty of storage for your odds and ends. * Functioning window * Excellent quality towels. Staff Absolutely charming and friendly staff. For such a small hotel, it felt like the guest:staff ratio was 1:1 and there was a different person in reception every time we came through. And to a person, they were all so lovely and welcoming, always checking to see if you needed anything or if you'd like a bottle of water before you headed out for the day. Also extremely patient and encouraging with my very rusty French. :) We will be back next time we're in Paris!

Upon my arrival there was an unusual downpour of rain. The bathroom window was NOT sealed, and the rain poured into the bathroom, flooding the bathroom floor, close to the carpet. I spoke with the woman at the desk, and she did not have any maintenance person to help with the leaky window, and there were no other rooms to move to. Fortunately the rain subsided, and many towels were used to dry the flood. No mention of this was made when I checked out - I thought perhaps someone might have been interested to see if any of my items were damaged by the rain pouring in. The hotel is in a great location and if maintained well, could be lovely!!!

Very nice hotel. We enjoyed out stay there (3 nights). We had a chance to speak to mens at the front desk during check in and check out. They were very nice and supportive. They offered our child orange fresh. There is free water, coffee and Lindt chocolate every day near the front desk. The room was very nice and atmospheric. There were a lot of details I never saw in other hotels: bath salt, ear sticks, earplugs, cotton pads, even tampons and pads.

Great location, within walking distance from the Louvre and multiple restaurants downstairs. Staff were super nice and accommodating, beds were comfortable and nice bathrooms and showers. Lots to like but the service and communication were the best, keep up the great work!

The initial concern that it might be impossibly loud at night due to the location in the middle of the Paris nightlife hotspot evaporated as soon as I entered the room. With the window open, you can certainly hear something, but not with the windows closed. The rooms are up to date, everything is renewed and modern. Small but nice! The location is great. Everything is within walking distance and you are also close to the metro. There is a small supermarket around the corner and the large shopping center just 200m away.

We stayed for four nights and it was fantastic. Superb location near a major Metro/BER stop with a direct line to CDG airport, within walking distance of many of the main attractions and many lovely restaurants nearby. The staff are really friendly and helpful, especially the lady serving breakfast, rooms are perfect with the most comfortable hotel bed ever.

Our stay was just perfect! the location, the room, the breakfast, and the great service were all of the highest standards! Minhaz, the receptionist, was great, recommended and helped us to order a good restaurant nearby, and to order a transit back to the airport. always with a smile and a pleasant attitude that let us feel like home. The room was very clean, we actually saw the clean guy work so thoroughly on the next room, we were very impressed! the breakfast was great and fresh, the nice lady made us omelets as we requested and a freshly squeesed tasty orange juice. Thank you for the whole team that made our stay a one to remember! Everything was beyond our expectations and we'll surely book this hotel on our next visit to Paris!

Great stay overall. Beautiful hotel in a perfect central location. Staff were really friendly. The only thing to note is that the Smart TV functionality was not working. All TV stations were in French language so it would have been very useful if I could have used the Smart TV to connect to my Netflix account

Nice friendly receptionist. Clean and comfortable room, though not big room, which is understandable in Paris central location. Nice bathroom. Location is excellent, 2 mins walk from metro 4, and 3 min from another station which has RER to Eurostar north station and to Disneyland (chatelet des halles station. )

This hotel was wonderful - kind and helpful staff, clean rooms, comfortable bed, quiet room despite being in a busy area, centrally located and close to so many shops, restaurants, etc. Would 100% stay here again!

Our 4th stay! Loved everything- the beautiful accommodations, the helpful staff- especially Sabrina- the LOCATON is the best. Many restaurants, coffee shops, ice cream, patisserie shops & subways within easy walking distance. You can’t go wrong & the price is right!😊👍🏻Stayed 7 nights-be sure to have breakfast included- very nice way to start your day!😊We’ll definitely be back! Came home July 6, 2022.

The room was even nicer than the pictures portray and the cleanest I've ever stayed in. First class bathroom fixtures and bed and bath linens. The breakfast is substantial, including eggs cooked to order. The kitchen staff and housekeepers are lovely. With the exception of one slightly surly front desk person, all the rest were personable and beyond helpful - restaurant recommendations, reserving taxi for airport, etc.. I will be back and will recommend your hotel to all my friends! My only suggestion is that you should probably tell guest(s) before assigning room 701..

I can't recommend this hotel enough! The building is freshly renovated, rooms are big according to Parisian standards and the staff is very pleasant and helpful. The area is central, you can easily walk to all the main tourist attractions. I will definitely stay at this hotel again.

This was our first visit to Paris, and staying at this hotel was perfect. It is a true gem tucked away in the center of Paris. The hotel was nicely decorated, cleaned, and just steps away from transportation. The rooms were also very comfortable with a touch of class. The staff were very friendly and accommodating to our needs. We hope to stay here again at our next visit to Paris.
